• Sebastian (10/5): Bardzo przyjemny pobyt w Rzymie, również dzięki temu apartamentowi. - Miejsce nieco oddalone od centrum Rzymu, ale znakomicie skomunikowane dzięki autobusom. Przystanek 100m od apartamentu, również duży sklep spożywczy, dzięki czemu bez najmniejszego problemu można zrobić zakupy. Generalnie bardzo miły pobyt.
• Mariela (9/5): Excelente departamento sin lavarropas - Edificio moderno, apartamento comodo, limpieza excelente. Buen barrio con el supermercado al lado. El desagote de la pileta del baño estaba tapado casi en su totalidad. No recibimos respuesta del anfitrion al comentarle el problema. No tiene lavarropas.
• Jing (9/5): Buono - Perfetto la locazione, Pulito e vicino Lidl Non ha lasciato shampoo e doccia in bagno, deve portare da casa sua. Il balcone è chiuso non si può aprire, preferisco aria fresca

• Daniel (9/5): - Všechno hezké (stylové), nové, rozumně čisté a hlavně bezpečné bydlení. Obchody s potravinami, restaurace, bary i zastávka v podstatě u domu. Přesto bylo ubytování klidné a tiché. Klimatizace si poradila i s teplými dny, ale musela běžet konstantně. Výbava na vaření nadprůměrná, dokonce myčka. Majitele je nutné před předáním kontaktovat a domluvit se na předání klíčů (jako všude jinde v Itálii).

• Krsto (10/5): Exceptional - excellent new apartment in a newly built building, less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Rome. Next to the building there is a Lidl and the neighborhood is very safe and clean, the people are friendly. Mrs. Gulia, the owner of the apartment, guided us in everything we asked of her, we are very satisfied with the service, cleanliness and comfort, and we certainly plan to return soon to this same location and the same apartment. Highly recommending. Everything was perfect
• Irina (9/5): Very nice - The apartment and all the furniture are new and stylish. The bed was very comfortable. The building was very peaceful and quite, so was the neighborhood. A toaster and a microwave would have helped, but at least we had a cup water boiler. It was very easy to take and to leave they keys at check-in/out from the locker. The apartment is very bright, you have sun in the room starting with 6 am, so i do recommend asking the host to pull down the balcony roll-shutters, otherwise it gets very hot in the balcony and room. The host speaks no english, but she was warm and helpful every time we needed. Google translate helped a lot :) There's a LIDL 100 metres away from the building, this helped a lot too It would help to have mosquito nets for those who don't want to sleep with the AC turned on. Take into consideration that the apartment is quite far from city centre, it takes between 35-50 minutes to get to city centre, depending on the hour and the traffic. Monday to Friday the buses come at 10-15 minutes in the morning and at 20-25 after 9 pm, and at 40 minutes intervals during the weekend/holidays. And most of the times there was no AC in the buses. Take into consideration that restaurants usually open after 7pm, before that, there's mostly pizza and pasta to eat

• Irina (9/5): Pleasant stay - The apartment is new with quality furniture, near it’s a Lidl, a pizzeria and a cafe where I recommend to go. Good view to the balcony windows The bed is comfortable and big - We had ants in the bathroom and mosquitoes in the bedroom - only 2 coffee capsules for 2 persons for a 4 day stay !?! - no washing machine - city center at 40 minutes with the bus - we had to pay extra 48€ for tourist tax and it was difficult to get in touch with the owner who wanted to come and see us in person in the apartment and we were hungry and tired..
• Simona (9/5): Superb - The flat is brand new, great air con, comfortable bed, lift for the luggage, safe building, very quiet and sound proof. Big lidl shop nearby. I was surprised to see we had nothing in the flat you would expect like salt, oil, shower gel, shampoo. We bought them for only a short stay. The kitchen was not fitted properly - with no chopping board or bread knife.
• Bar-on (9/5): Superb - Absolutely stunning! The apartment was clean and beautiful. Perfect size for a couple. The neighbourhood is really nice, there is a Lidl store literally a minute walk from the apartment, as well as a pharmacy, café and a pizza place. There is also an amazing restaurant called motarello thats a 5 min walk from the apartment. For anyone who is planning in using public transportation, there is a station 1 min away and there are lots of lines to anywhere. My friend and i had a really easy time using the public transportation so the area is great for that too. Guilia was amazing! She helped us with many things in addition to any questions about the apartment. She is the sweetest! We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come again!
