• KAREN (8/5): Great location, lovely pad it just needs more crockery and utensils. - Location was great and had parking which is always a bonus. It was very clean and spacious. No numbers on the apartments so we had someone trying to get in our apartment. It needs more crockery and utensils, four plates and bowls is not enough for four people. No big plates or bowls if you wanted to make up a salad for example. No wooden spoon or big serving spoons. We found the bedrooms very cold and had to put both duvets on our bed.
• Deborah (8/5): A great base for exploring this beautiful part of the world - Excellent location. Spotlessly clean. Suitably furnished as a holiday flat. Effective heating and hot water. The only downside was the terrible beds! I struggled to sleep as particularly the mattress in the main bedroom was so poor, leaving me with an aching back and hips for the entire holiday. The oven door was broken, which meant the oven didn't work properly - although this was rectified after we left so shouldn't affect anyone else. We also did not receive the welcome hamper other guests have mentioned - apart from some milk.
• Siobhan (4/5): Nice size, clean and presentable - Size was good, had everything you needed except tin opener, close to the beach. The back door opened directly on the road, right facing a gym with loud music, no place to sit outside. The parking space would struggle to get 2 cars to the rear and open doors, lucky for us no one was booked in upstairs.

• Ingrid (8/5): Very good - Very nice Apartment with private parkingspot on the backside. The beds were comfortabel. The apartment was clean. The bara brith, coffee and tea made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, the Guests in the apartment above were very loud. In the kitchen we missed a bottle-opener, Salt for the dishwasher.

• Jenny (9/5): Seaside retreat - The location of the property was perfect. Next to the beach and a short walk to the centre of Town.The welcome pack of tea,coffee,milk and cake were very welcoming. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and had everything needed to feel like a home from home. There wasn't really anything to dislike though I feel that the property would benefit from some sort of dressing to the windows on the roadside. Passers by could look directly in.
• Bethany (10/5): Exceptional - Well furnished flat, all appliances and kitchen utensils needed. Half a mile to Lidl and spar and there are other supermarkets in town. We used it as a base to go and walk the wales coast path on the llyn peninsular and you could complete most if not all on public transport as day trips from here.
• Rob (9/5): Superb - there was a nice welcome hamper on arrival! lovely big apartment! comfy beds! amazing bathroom! fridge/freezer was huge! plenty of towels! parking at the rear was really handy! Lots of pots and pans etc.... short walk into town!! nothing it was great

• Joan (8/5): Pwllheli apartment - Everything else was great, welcome pack, very nice, free WiFi too. No teapot, or full length mirror, and no instructions for induction hob.
• Celina (10/5): Excellent place, so well positioned for the beach and access to the town centre. - There could have been an airer to dry towels etc.
