Before I left I ckeaned the room and kitcthen then I recieved a message by the ownrr the clean the dishes on Wednesday. The lady manager never cleans the entry way or kitchen and the owner has no right to ask the customer to clean the kitchen specially if hes checked out
• Nay434 (1/5): 🤢 - Nothing Everything for one I checked out on the second not the 3rd for two originally was staying till the 8th and I decided not to considering there was people in the next room over doing drugs I ended up leaving the house smelling like it not to mention they let them stay there even after I told them that they were doing drugs they knew that they were doing drugs in that house did nothing about it for three I sent pictures and record documented of the kitchen completely unsanitary and disgusting nobody should even be staying there the room didn't even look like it was clean just the bed made that's about it nothing was wipe down everything was Dusty and dirty

• Andrew (10/5): Its a place which i will continue to use when visiting Minneapolis - The house is beautiful, quiet and clean. Comfortable beds and nicely kept. Other guests are quiet and respectful. It sits in beautiful neighborhoods with really nice cafes and restaurants near by I have no dislikes about the property.
• Andrew (10/5): Comfortable place which gives me the feeling of being home even though i am not - Beautiful house in a very nice area. 2nd time I’ve stayed there and i absolutely love it. Feels like home away from home. I stayed there in the spring of 2024 for a few nights. So it was noticeable that theres been some slight wear and tear on the place since then. My suggestion would be to make sure smudges on stairwell walls get cleaned and around light and electrical plates. But besides that, its a great place, perfect location and i truly appreciate it.
• John (5/5): It was OK for three nights. For longer stays I would want my own washroom. - The bedroom was adequate and the space was quiet from other guests. The main washroom on the sending and floor was dirty. Even when cleaned first thing in morning, it got dirty quickly. There were pink fungi along the tub edges, bits of gray/black mold(?) between tiles, the caulking fell apart and needs to be replaced. There were lots of hair on the floor. Once I forgot the combination to my room.co.ing back from the shower and it proved impossible to reach the host. Luckily I got the number after multiple tries. Host was unresponsive. It was difficult taking the bus to the Convention Center, my primary reason for the visit to Minneapolis. Few restaurants within close walking distance. A heavier blanket for the fall season would be warmer. I was barely warm.

• Matthew (9/5): Great comfortable location - The location is great. Also the house was mostly empty while I was there, so it wasn't noisy at all. The room was comfortable. I liked this place a lot! The check in process is a little cumbersome.

• Rachel (1/5): Please remove this vendor from your listings; they make me register doing business with Booking. - The location was convenient, especially if you don't have a car. First of all, I booked a location on Dupont, but the check in details I was given was for an entirely different property about a mile away on Aldrich. When I got to the location, which advertised a full working kitchen, I discovered that the oven and none of the burners on the stove worked. I had specifically booked this property bc it said it had a full working kitchen, and I had bought my groceries based on this fact. I thought it might've been operator error, or they needed a match, so I tried again the second day. they still didn't work. I contacted the property manager. They said they'd "have housekeeping look at it". (I never saw any evidence that housekeeping was they're during my stay, but it's possible I just missed them). Long story short, half way through my week+ reservation, they finally confirmed what I had already told them that the oven didn't work, and they'd "be sending sometime to repair it". Given that this property was rented out "hostel style" (private bedrooms rooms\shared common spaces), I have a hard time believing that no one else has noticed or reported that the stove want working. In the meantime, my room was rank with the stank of heavy body odor. It reeked. Thankfully, I discovered that the source of the smell was coming from the comforter, so I washed it, which helped moderately. However, when I washed it, I discovered the comforter had two giant years in it, as if Wolverine himself had used during sleep terrors. If they do indeed have daily housekeeping, the staff needs retraining. After it was finally confirmed I want lying about the stove being a glorified display piece, I was told it would take additional days for the repair to be made. Instead, I left, and find accommodations elsewhere. I live in this city and work in this city. I was starting here because I was fleeing an abusive situation.

• Margaret (8/5): Perfect for what I needed, which was a safe/comfortable place to sleep while visiting friends. - Right near crosstown bus lines and the midtown greenway. Secure entry and excellent communication. Everything I needed I the kitchen and bathroom- appreciated the provided dishes and cabinet space, as well as soaps in the shower. The TV volume had no way to be adjusted and was set very low so I couldn’t hear it from bed. The thin polyester bedsheets were worn and scratchy.
• Aleksandra (1/5): Disappointment. - Almost nothing. The staff demonstrated a high level of irresponsibility. Communication was very poor — they did not respond to messages, and despite multiple requests, they refused to issue an invoice. Additionally, the smell of marijuana was noticeable throughout various parts of the property.
• Ayşenur (1/5): Bad - Avoid staying here! I had a very disappointing experience. Communication was terrible — I sent multiple messages and only received one response. My room and the entire house were freezing, around 67°F, and no one responded when I asked for the temperature to be increased. I simply asked to drop off my luggage before check-in, and they demanded extra payment, which was completely unreasonable. I also did not feel safe — someone in the room next to mine was hitting the walls and playing extremely loud music late at night, which was very frightening. I sincerely hope others can find safer, more responsive places to stay.
• Terrell (1/5): I was very upset with my stay, it’s probably very lucrative but it’s not comfortable at all for the occupants - Gorgeous home would make a perfect air bnb but a motel hotel it is not😒 not enough privacy and it took way too long to return my deposit not to mention it took a hour in the cold to get in the door because the code on the padlock was malfunctioning, no bang for your buck 🥱 rooms are very close to each other and sharing a bathroom in a shared house is a hell no 🤦🏽‍♂️ It’s a beautiful home 🏠

• Matthew (4/5): Disappointing - Facilities were clean. The area was fine. A little out of the centre. Was told it's somewhat sketchy. For us, we didn't feel unsafe. If you're on the top floor, it's a long way up if your luggage is heavy. "Check-in" is clunky. I had to request the link for codes. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Sharing a bathroom is difficult. The house is full of signs reminding you to clean up, "Don't be that person," etc. That gets a little old when it's on so many walls. I'd only recommend this establishment as a last resort. Our other accommodation was cancelled at the last minute, hence our stay. We ended up checking out after one night and moving out to near the Mall of America.

• Pedina (8/5): It was a great experience! - Great location, close to everything. Rooms are virtually sound proof. No enough fridge/freezer space. If they are going to allow long term stays they should have 2 fridges to accommodate the 5 rooms. Even if there are short stays there should be 2.
• Matthew (2/5): Not the best . - It was very difficult to navigate the check in . Very unclear instructions, very complicated check in process , the facilities were fairly nice and clean . The walls were very thin and to my disgust heard the next room engaging in disgusting sexual acts very loudly in the early AM , this morning in the neighborhood there was a domestic conflict and heard a lady complain about getting robbed on the street .
