Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit Das Problem bei dem Hotel ist die Lautstärke. Man hört sich Nachbarzimmer sehr laut, und vorallem, die Türen knallen immer ins Schloß. Es gibt halt leider zunehmend viele Assis, die keine Rücksicht auf andere nehmen, Man kann Türen auch leise schließen. Für die Gäste kann das Hotel nichts, man kann die Türen aber auch anders konstruieren. Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert, wenn man mit dem Lärm klar kommt

• Pheff (7/5): Good location on the piazza. - The balcony was nice and would be great in good weather. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. There were quite a few good restaurants nearby. We couldn’t really figure out how to get to the beach.

• Valderrobres (4/5): Insatisfacción - No pudimos acceder en automóvil hasta el hotel, porque eran fiestas patronales y tuvimos que acarrear las maletas desde una larga distancia. Tuvimos que dar bastantes vueltas. No nos avisaron de esta circunstancia. Uno de nosotros fue alojado en un edificio anexo, en el que la ventana estaba rota. El precio es desmesurado para la calidad del hotel, pues se trata de un establecimiento muy modesto.

• Thomas (8/5): - The town is a summer getaway. Nicole at the desk is the best part of the experience. She is a very warm and welcoming asset. The breakfast is great. The hotel is old, but space is functional. You can hear other guests when they are speaking in their room next to yours. We lost sleep because of it. Great location. Second floor, no elevator. Nicole helped with luggage. Town is charming. Good water pressure. Great sea view. Cannit keep noises from other guests out of your room. Shower stall tiny and awkward enclosure, but somewhat functional. Overall, more positive than not. Could fix shower design, but not noise level.

We supposed to have 30 m2, family room with two rooms but we received one room. There was no quilt on the bad for the child, only blanket.

• Alain Serge C (1/5): Teleurstellend - De ligging was meer dan top en het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We kwamen aan om 14u om in te checken maar de kamers waren niet klaar. We hebben moeten wachten tot 16:15u. Schimmel in badkamer en slaapkamer. Dit hebben we gemeld en receptioniste en schoonmaakploeg zijn er van op de hoogte maar blijkbaar wilt de eigenaar hier niks aan doen. Hebben geen gebruik durven maken van de badkamer. Ontbijt was nog minder dan basic. Beleg enkel hesp of confituur.

• LENA (8/5): - Sympatyczne miejsce i lokalizacja przy placyku i kilku restauracjach. Miło wypić kieliszek wina na balkonie z widokiem na morze. Śniadania smaczne - słodko i wytrawnie. Parking nieduży, ale nie mieliśmy problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca (byliśmy w listopadzie) Jednego dnia gdy przyszliśmy na śniadanie zostało już tylko kilka ciastek - brakowało, wędlin, sera, jajek, jogurtu - Pan z obsługi stwierdził, że goście już wszystko zjedli. I na tym się skończyło - dodam, że nie byliśmy spóźnieni na śniadanie.

• Fabiola (10/5): Comodo, pulito e centralissimo! - Abbiamo scelto l’hotel L’Isola per il weekend del nostro matrimonio festeggiato al castello di santa Marinella. Avevamo bisogno di un posto che fosse vicino alla location del matrimonio e avesse la flessibilità per poter far venire in camera i vari professionisti della giornata (truccatrice, fotografa, fiorista..) senza troppi intoppi. Tutto lo staff è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, l’albergo è fornito di tutto il necessario e le camere con vista mare offrono una vista spettacolare. La colazione è sia salata che dolce con torte e cornetti freschi e cosa da non sottovalutare, hanno disponibilità di alternative vegetali o senza lattosio per il latte e le preparazioni come cappuccini o altro. Nulla.

• sue (8/5): Comfortable and convenient - Great location very convenient stop between Tuscany and Rome Fiumicino airport. A major issue for the community was the absence of running water due to excavation works taking place in the area. No bars/ restaurants or any location had water after 6am. Luckily the hotel had some water in its tanks so I was able to shower in the morning. However the local bars had no water by 8am.
