- Andrew (8/5): Great location in a very clean 2 bedroom unit albeit the construction sites next door is noisy. - Great location being a short walk to James Street shops and cafes and a few hundred metres more to Burleigh Heads beach. There's a construction site right next door which is very noisy from 7am each week day. Also, getting the garage door open was a challenge, taking a few minutes each time to get the roller door to respond to the remote.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Location is perfect. Apartment has everything you need! Aircon in lounge room not working, but apartment kept cool by air conditioners from bedrooms.
