- Adel (4/5): - الموقع ممتاز وقريب جدًا من الخدمات وهذا من أفضل مميزاته تجربة سيئة بشكل عام لا توجد أي خصوصية في المكان بسبب سوء العزل يمكن سماع أصوات المستأجرين المجاورين بوضوح أثناء حديثهم أو حتى استخدام جوالاتهم لدرجة أنك ما تقدر تأخذ راحتك تكلم جوالك أو حتى تستخدمه تتابع الا بسماعه لأن أي صوت بسيط يكون مسموعًا للطرف الآخر هذا الأمر يؤثر بشكل كبير على الراحة أثناء الإقامة - طبعاً سكنت فيها لحالي من ادخل اللين اطلع وانا ملتزم الصمت 🙂

- Muneer (1/5): لا أنصح به أبداً أنت تستحق أن تسكن في مكان أرخص منهم وأفضل منهم .. - الموقع فقط .. كل شيئ للأسف كان سلبي وأحاول ألخّصها على نقاط حتى لا يكون هناك أحد ضحية للصور المرفوعة في حساب الفندق التي لا تمثل الواقع في شي : 1/ الإدارة غير متعاونة تماماً ولا يردون عليك والضيف آخر اهتمامهم يتواصلون معك حتى يتم السداد ويضمنون عدم الإسترداد بعد ذلك لا تجد منهم خيراً .. 2/ الغرفة يا جماعة في بدروم تحت الدرج والله تعجبت من المكان والضيقة والكآبه في المكان وحاولت التواصل مع الإدارة والوصول إليهم أكثر من مرررره للأسف مافي فايدة ولا تستطيع الوصول لهم. 3/ النظافة صفررررر والأثاث قديم جداً والسرير مكسور شي مقزز بالأمانة .. 4/ الشباك بما أن الغرفة في بدروم الشباك مساوي للأرض الخارجية يعني لو واحد واقف برا في الشارع الشباك عند رجله الله يكرمكم .. باختصار قسماً بالله كأنك في سجن .. 5/ الحمام أكرمكم الله ما شفت أضيق منه ومع ذلك وسخ ومكتوم جداً .. 6/ دواليب داخليه في الجدار رف واحد بدون تعليق وتسريحه تشوف فيها ركبتك مو وجهك لعدم وجود مكان مناسب لوضعها حتى المرايا على قطعتين مو قطعه وحده .. 7/ الآن راح يطلع واحد منهم بعد التعليق ويحاول يرد ويلطف الموضوع لكن هيهات لك حتى توثيق وثقت ووالله العظيم لا يردون على طلبات ولا تواصل ولا أي اهتمام للضيف اهتمامهم على جيب الضيف فقط إن استلموا المبلغ ودخل الحساب حتى علبة ماء ما يضعونها لكم .. 8/ أبداً مافي عوازل في الغرف أو بينهم والله أسمع شخير شخص في غرفة ثانية وإن تكلموا الصوت عندنا كأنهم جالسين وسطنا يعني مافي خصوصية أبداً .. والله حتى دعسات المشي نسمعها كأننا مكشوفين للجميع وكاشفين الجميع .. 9/ الكلاب وإزعاجهم في الليل شي رهيب .. 10 / وجود عازل ضوء للشباك هو في الأصل يحتاج له عازل .. 11/ ولا يضعون لك حتى قارورة ماء ولا سطل زباله أكرمكم الله ولا يهتمون بتنظيف الغرفة والله ظلمات بعضها فوق بعض ..

- Samer (7/5): Nice small studio near Arkan ..... - Location, access ease, comfy bed. Hot water and two towels ( no bath carpet). Internet provided and working No drinkable water in the room upon arrival. No coffee machine or carafe.. Table was not level and very hard to work on better go to nearby cafe for meeting / work. Beware of having any work visitors you will be treated as a criminal. Shower curtain broken. Security Person not speaking English following me to my car when checking out. Not sure why.

- shadia (7/5): الموظفون متعاونون جدا و وودين يفضل وجود ريسبشن ٢٤ ساعه ضرورة تركيب شفاطات في الحمامات ارجو صيانتها - الحي مركزي قريب من اركان يوجد صيدليه بقاله صالون كوفي بالقرب من الفندق ضيق الاسياب والممرات داخل العماره والكتمه الحمامات صغيره تصدر منها رائحه ولا يوجد شفاط نافذه فقط المغاسل صغيره وتحتاج صيانة الدولاب تحت المغسله بابه مكسور الشطاف مكانه في اليسار وفي الغرفه الاخرى علاقة الشطاف غير مناسبه للشطاف يتعلق بصعوبه ويسقط باستمرار ومكانه ضيق جداً لايوجد ريسبشن ولا عمال نظافه بعد الساعة التاسعه او العاشره. سوى صباح اليوم الثاني

Inoltre, abbiamo ricevuto solo 1 asciugamano grande e 1 piccolo, in totale per 2 persone.

- Ehdaa (9/5): Superb - We found the studio to be exactly as depicted in the photos – truly beautiful, spotless, and well-organized. The complimentary chips and drinks were a lovely welcome and I really appreciate the Qibla direction sticker. Kareem, our host, was incredibly kind and always willing to help, and the prime location meant everything we needed was within easy walking distance. One minor point is the absence of an elevator in the building. -The "studio with balcony" was misleading; it featured a large window but no actual balcony. A more appropriate room name would prevent confusion. -Internet connectivity was inconsistent, despite being very fast when functional. -The $15 cleaning fee felt quite steep and might warrant reconsideration.

- Mariia (10/5): Always a pleasant stay in Bird Nest - I have stayed at this property multiple times and each visit has been consistently comfortable. The staff is attentive and helpful — special thanks to Karim, who is always available when needed and makes sure everything runs smoothly. He even remembered my favorite donuts, which was a nice personal touch. The location is excellent, in the heart of Sheikh Zayed, close to restaurants, cafes, clubs, and arcade entertainment. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and cozy. Housekeeping is regular, and all the basic amenities are provided. I always feel safe and welcome here. Highly recommended for both short and extended stays in Cairo.

- Maarouf_77 (8/5): Good Stay - The hotel is just a 15-minute walk from Arkan Plaza. In front of the hotel, there are services for basic needs, such as a grocery store, laundry, barber, women's salon, and pharmacy. The staff is friendly and responds to requests quickly, especially the manager, Mr. Karim. I asked them to clean the room in a special way under my supervision, and they did it quickly without refusing the request. When I left, I left some items no longer needed, and they called me to inform me of what I had left, as they would have known if I didn't need them.
