Liliana (8/5): Buen lugar - Excelentemente decorado, muy limpio, cerca del centro y al mismo tiempo alejado de las zonas con más ruido. Tiene plancha, neverita, cocina, muy útil si no buscas sólo un lugar donde dormir. Realmente hace mucho calor ahí dentro. Yo nunca tengo calor, y reconozco que estaba como encerrado. El acceso es por una escalera de caracol. Pienso que se debería especificar esto en la descripción ya para personas con menos movilidad esto es algo muy a considerar a la hora de decidir dónde reservar.

Eileen (8/5): Very cute. Excellent location. The room was hot even with the fan. Good value. - Dirty dishes in the cupboard. The shower head needed replacing. There was a hole at the top of the shower head.
Laura (8/5): - El lugar es ideal para 3 personas y está muy bien ubicado Al dar a la calle se escucha mucho ruido desde primera hora del día. Nos quedamos de jueves a domingo y el único día que no se escuchó ruido fue el domingo.
Glenn (9/5): - The location is great , close to the Ignacio mercado , easy walking to Centro plaza principal. The room was comfortable, I stayed in #2 Ricardo Montalban. It's a little dark for my taste , but, had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The owner and property manager were great with communication and made check in / check out very easy and Jose the property manager is very easy to connect with. I would recommend the Actors Studio for any solo or couple traveling to San Miguel. I will more than likely stay again as they have 3 other apartments to choose from.
Nancy (8/5): We certainly got our exercise, between the cobblestone streets and the circular staircase! The room has a small kitchen - I thought the location was very good. Far enough from the main plaza that you weren’t overwhelmed with crowds, and a short walk to the main attractions. There are many small stores and restaurants, plus the Mercado right in the area. Fabrica Aurora, the amazing art complex, is very close. The circular staircase posed problems for us, as seniors. The studio was rather small for an extended stay.

Begoña (6/5): - La distribución del apartamento es cómoda, ideal para alojar 3 personas. El encargado estuvo pendiente y siempre fue amable y resolutivo. La impresión que tuvimos es que el alojamiento no se alquila recurrentemente, le faltaba limpieza, todos los muebles estaban llenos de polvo. El calentador estaba apagado, por lo que tuvimos que llamar al encargado a las 8:00 de la mañana del sábado para tener agua caliente. El WC de arriba pierde agua por abajo y el lavabo de la planta baja tiene problemas para desaguar. La cama king size tenía sábanas de franela, ¡en mayo! Llegamos cansadas y tuvimos que hacer la cama. Sería buen detalle que si saben que vienen 3 huéspedes, dejen el sofá cama preparado y toallas para todos en el baño, tuvimos que buscar sábanas (que estaban bastante arrugadas y olían a guardado), no había almohada para la cama individual, acabamos usando un cojín de la cama de arriba. Sin mencionar el calor acumulado en el apartamento. Si saben a la hora que llega el cliente, aireen y prendan los ventiladores. Un aire acondicionado se agradecería. El diseño y la decoración son muy bonitos, pero es difícil dormir hasta tarde con la cantidad de luz que entra. Lo peor de todo son las cucarachas, ¡hay muchísimas! Entiendo el tema del calor, que hay una fonda al lado, etc. Pero fumiguen seguido y pongan trampas porque son muy desagradables. El lugar está bien, pero los pequeños detalles son importantes, y no los cuidan como deberían.

Lucy (9/5): A bright, colourful suite in a great location with access to wonderful roof terrace. - We stayed in the Anthony Quinn for 4 nights. The details of the decor are lovely and the neighbourhood perfect (nearby restaurants, the Fabrica Aurora, close to the Mercado and Parroquia). The kitchen is small, but fine for simple cooking. It's also a pleasure to be able to drink the filtered water straight from the tap. Jose Vega was extremely kind in welcoming us, taking our suitcases up the spiral stairs, for which we were grateful! The rooftop terrace takes some care to reach by a spiral staircase but is wonderful – we were there on new years eve and the fireworks were spectacular. The fireplace in the Anthony Quinn wasn't working and we had to request a small heater – it would be nice if one were there permanently for the winter months.
Tatsuma (10/5): Good value and location. - It’s clean. Location is nice and quiet. I though there’d be 3 beds including the sofa bed but turned out 1 sofa bed and 1 king size bed for 3 people. But it was fine.
Santino (10/5): Going to San Miguel was a magical experience that I would like to repeat and stay at the Actor’s studio - The property has a great location, just outside the busiest streets of the city center to be quiet, but close enough to walk and enjoy the city. The flexibility the property gives is also a great factor. The apartment was clean and well kept, with lots of space for my partner and I. As architects in formation, this property was architecturally very interesting, with beautiful interior finishes and a very neat spiralling staircase to take us our unit. There is no nothing I did not like about the property.

Craig (10/5): Perfect stay! - I stayed in the Anthony Quinn for 5 nights which is on the third floor. I loved the architecture and the fixtures inside that gives this unit a true Mexican flair. The location is just perfect with a wonderful little Italian restaurant a few doors down and a cake shop across the street. There's also a lady that does laundry very close by on Calz de la Luz if you're there for an extended stay. The mercado that is only 5 minutes down the street has wonderful fruits and vegetables as well as the best tortas and quesadillas. Across from the mercado is a place with fantastic gorditas! You can't go wrong staying here in the Anthony Quinn! Up on the patio rooftop, a guest prior hadn't put the umbrella down when they were done up there, so It was torn during a storm and was not operational, however I found that even in the middle of the summer it was not needed!! All was great!
Mirella (9/5): Comfortable stay in the heart of SMA - Well located, comfortable and quiet. Facilities are like in the pictures and maintenance service was punctual and helpful. I would recommend it. I had a problem with the refrigerator that was solved quickly. I would possibly recommend periodic checks of appliances just to avoid possible mismatches.

Darla (8/5): Very good - This studio is in a great location and quiet area. The host responded to my concerns quickly. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the weekly cleaning. I booked this studio for a winter visit because it had a gas fireplace, but when I arrived, I was told that the fireplace didn't work. Some of the furnishings/appliances are bit tired and could do with some updating. Low quality toiletries provided, bring your own.

Stevi (9/5): Superb - Spacious and close to the center. Very kind and acommodating host. Don't miss the opportunity to spend a little time at the terrace. We had an issue with the water, but it was quickly fixed by the host. The WiFi was struggling. Finally, we could not figure out how to get hot water, but we did not ask the host.
Barbara (6/5): Decent. - It was private. There were 3 apartments but the other 2 were vacant. No amenities. No toiletries. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for a 5 night stay for 3 people.
Michael (10/5): Amazing location, cute studio - Amazing location in short walking distance from everything. Beautiful studio. Great value for the price. The bed was a bit too hard. It's also difficult to get a fresh air in, since the courtyard is covered. But still, price is appropriate.
