• Annie (1/5): BEWARE building work upstairs 7AM till MIDNIGHT. - BUILDING noise till midnight totally outweighed the nice apartment and good location. BEWARE building renovations from 7am till MIDNIGHT upstairs. Electric saw, drilling and hammering. The management didn't believe us saying builders can only work legally till 10pm and it must be 'routine maintenance'. We went up and spoke to the builders at 11.30pm who were cutting/tiling the floors, the flat was in a state of total renovation. This was NOT routine maintenance! The noise stopped at midnight. Builders/manager were still there at 12.45am discussing our complaint loudly on the stairs, questioning whether we'd been up and seen the flat. Management told me the next day, actually this DID happen after all, but was an emergency! This is outrageous, we were disbelieved, and lied to, as this was the same shocking noise throughout our stay. They knew full well what was going on. The customer service was atrocious. They gave us a late check out but this in no way compensated for the unbearable noise. There is obviously pressure to complete the renovated flats in this building at any cost ASAP. Booking.com put in an official complaint on our behalf, so think very carefully before booking here.

• Julie (8/5): - Logis propre, tranquille, très bien situé et bien équipé. Nous étions un groupe de 8. Le logis est annoncé comme comportant 4 chambres fermées. En réalité, il y a 3 vraies chambres fermées et la quatrième « chambre » est en fait le salon dans lequel un lit a été rajouté. Malheureusement, cette configuration fait en sorte qu’il y a un couple qui manque d’intimité car on doit passer par le salon pour accéder à l’une des trois autres chambres et pour en ressortir et accéder à la salle de bain. L’espace « salon » devient inutilisable lorsqu’un couple l’occupe.

• Alexander (10/5): Super netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien op perfecte locatie. - Keurig modern appartement op een perfecte locatie. Ontbijt zaak beneden en op 3 min lopen van het centrum. Perfecte douches, bedden en kamers. Ik kan niks zeggen wat niet ok was.

• Kelly (9/5): Perfect for our needs - I loved having a balcony to catch any sunset over the rooftops. The apartment was very spacious and easy to get to and around. There was a few issues like the front door lock being faulty so we were locked inside the apartment and the safe not working but as soon as this was reported it was rectified immediately within minutes. The balcony doors would also not lock. Although a coffee machine is provided, it would be nice to have at least a couple of pods to use but there is a cafe at bottom of stairs so again no major issue. There wasn’t anything that would stop us returning here in the future

Es hat 4 Schlafzimmer, die alle toll möbliert sind und mit atemberaubenden Kronleuchtern ausgestattet sind. Es ist reichlich Geschirr vorhanden. Der Preis war dafür, dass wir super spontan gebucht haben außergewöhnlich gut. Es ist ein Altbau, dementsprechend etwas hellhörig. Es fanden Bauarbeiten im Haus statt, auch das Es etwas laut, aber verschmerzbar.

• Ali (10/5): - الشقة جميلة جدا، واسعة ونظيفة وإطلالة روعة تبعد عن ساحة البلدة القديمة دقيقة بس والسعر مناسب جدا بالنسبة للشقة والموقع القريب من كل شي، وفيها شطافات مشكلتها الوحيدة الاستقبال يبعد تقريبا ثلاث دقايق عن السكن يعني بس استلام وتسليم المفتاح متعب شوية لكن الباقي كل شي ممتاز وانصح فيها بقوة بعد الاستقبال عن الشقق
• Rayo (10/5): Más de lo que esperaba - Es un piso super amplio, super limpio y una ubicación que no podría ser mejor. No tenían fregona. Para poder limpiar un poco la entrada. Los zapatos al entrar ensuciaba un poco la entrada y no había manera de limpiarlo.

Світла і простора квартира, багато місця ( хол, 3 спальні, зал, 2 ванні кімнати і додатково ще 2 туалети). Досить цікавий інтерʼєр. Хороше обслуговування з можливістю завчасної реєстрації. Фільтр з питною водою в крані. На рецепції при реєстрації не знайшли другий ключ, тож ми мали лише один в це було дуже не зручно, бо всі мали різні плани. В квартирі було так жарко і душно, що дітям було важко заснути і ми були змушені провітрювати кімнати вночі. Так, як ми зупинялися лише на одну ніч, то це було не зручно, але не критично. Але, якщо ви вибираєте це помешкання на кілька днів, то уточнюйте на рецепції, чи є можливість регулювати опалення . Посуду на кухні теж практично немає, на велику компанію не розраховано.

• Irene (9/5): Consigliato - Appartamento molto bello e pulito, spazioso Nel complesso ottima struttura, alcuninpicclli difetti. Non c'era un cuscino in piu o coperte in piu, faticoso dover chiedere perché toccava andare alla reception che non è nello stesso edificio. Inoltre non c'era nemmeno una scopa o uno straccio per poter pulire. Le coperte sono scomode, tipo piumino ma corto. Temperatura nell'appartamento eccessiva, abbiamo dovuto spengere le valvole del radiatori.

• Susan (10/5): A fantastic stay in beautiful Prague - This was a large apartment in a great location just around the corner from the old square. In spite of it being so near the centre it was quiet at night. The bedrooms are large and bathrooms modern. We were a family of 4 so having 3 separate bedrooms was perfect for us. The 4th bedroom is also the living room and how you access the main bedroom with en-suite so might not be suitable for some parties.

• RACHEL (10/5): - מקום מומלץ ביותר. הדירה היתה מרווחת ונעימה. הכל חדש ובדיוק כמו באתר.חדרים מרווחים .3 שירותים ו2 מקלחות. הדירה ממוקמת באזור שקט מצד אחד ומצד שני מרחק הליכה קצר מהרובע היהודי, השעון האסטרונומי, קשר קארל ועוד. כל המסעדות הכשרות בקרבת מקום. שירות הקבלה אדיב וזמין לכל בקשה הכל היה ואוו. אמנם קבלת המפתחות והחזרתם, דרך המשרד הממוקם במרחק הליכה של 5 דקות וכן העליה לדירה צריך לעלות קומה של מדרגות למעלית. אבל ידעו הכל מראש בהתאם לתגובות שקראנו. אז לא היו הפתעות .

Receptionen var väldigt hjälpsamma och vi fick lägenheten redan när vi kom eftersom den var städad och klar. en av sängarna stod i vardagsrummet där det fanns soffa och bord att sitta vid, det är bra att veta om

Easy Uber trips to train station. 1) Have to walk to the office to pick up and return the keys . It is not convenient for early departure before 8AM office hours. A lock box for apartment keys would be nice. 2) The 4 th bedroom is actually a double bed in the living room, taking space from the dining table. It will be better a day bed or sofa bed.

• Silke (10/5): Perfektes Apartment im Herzen der Prager Altstadt - Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in der Prager Altstadt! Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern dargestellt – sehr sauber, modern und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders angenehm war die Klimaanlage, die an heißen Sommertagen für Abkühlung gesorgt hat. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden, sodass man sich um nichts kümmern musste. Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar: direkt im Herzen der Altstadt, mit vielen schönen Cafés und ausgezeichneten Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe – und trotzdem ist die Wohnung angenehm ruhig gelegen. Da sich das Apartment im obersten Stockwerk befindet, genießt man zudem eine schöne Aussicht. Praktisch: es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, sodass das Gepäck problemlos nach oben gebracht werden kann. Der Check-in lief absolut unkompliziert. Dieser befindet sich nur etwa fünf Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, und das Personal dort war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Parken ist gut gelöst: In einem nahegelegenen Parkhaus kann man zu einem Sonderpreis parken, wenn man dies beim Check-in angibt. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

• Suvassa (1/5): Poor guest service, discomfort from renovation fumes, and street noise made this an unpleasant and stressful stay—despit - The location was excellent—right in the heart of Old Town, making it easy to access many tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Upon arrival, we discovered that the check-in process is not at the apartment itself. We had to walk about 5 minutes to a separate reception to collect the key and receive instructions. A €200 deposit was also required, and we had to return the key to the same place at check-out. This was quite inconvenient and not clearly explained in advance. The apartment had a strong smell of fresh paint throughout, which made it very uncomfortable to stay in. The smell was irritating, gave us headaches, and made it hard to sleep. The room was also very dusty. We informed the staff, but they only apologized and said renovation had just been completed. They suggested opening the windows, which we did, but it didn’t help. There was no real solution provided, and the overall attitude showed poor service and a lack of responsibility for guest comfort. As compensation, we were offered a one-hour late check-out—which we declined, as it was impossible to stay longer under those conditions. We ended up checking out early. Additionally, while the location is central, the apartment is situated in a very noisy party area, with people drinking, talking, and making noise on the street until 7 a.m. It was impossible to get proper rest.

• John (8/5): A beautiful large apartment. Needs a few more basics to go from great to spectacular. - Beautiful, clean, large apartment. Looks relatively new. Excellent location. Easy walk to anywhere. Check in staff were great. The apartment was lacking in some of the basics. There was only one bath towel per person. No hand or face towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen was equipped well but there was no counter space to work. We had to move the micro wave on to a chair so there was space. A table or shelves across from the work space would help greatly. Also needed is a proper cleaning cloth for the kitchen (there was only one small sponge and a drying towel). A few supplies for the first day or two is always nice when you first arrive (salt pepper, paper towels etc). Also nice to have are a few information pamphlets/maps of the city to get one started.

• Travis (9/5): A Few Nights in Prague - Excellent location, right next to Old Town Platz and a few minutes walk to Palladio Mall. Large rooms, comfortable beds, and a kitchen. Check in and check out are a bit inconvenient. This must be done at the main office which is a away from the apartment especially if you have to drive. Minimal to no parking at the main office.

• Patricia (8/5): Beautiful apartment within downtown - The apartment was quite nice. The rooms were spacious, well equipped and everything was clean. The location of the apartment was perfect within the city center. Access to public transport could have been better, however this is due to the fact that this part of downtown is in the center of most public transport hubs. There was an incident after the second night where water was dripping from the ceiling after heavy rain. Although it was Sunday the reception organized relocation into another apartment quickly, however the transfer to the apartment had to be self-organized.
• Herschel (10/5): Exceptional - Stunning decor and very comfortable. Very responsive and perfect location. The air conditioning was very good compared to other European apartments. Checking in was a three minute walk Away which was not a big deal at all. However, luggage storage was for a fee.

The cooking stove did not work, and the ktichen amenties were lacking for real cooking - we had to call support services 2-3 times to fix it.
• Maricar (8/5): Very good - The location was central and had access to many restaurants and sights within easy walking distance. The place was clean and really liked having two bathrooms. The AC worked well and was much needed with the heat. Getting keys from a different place and then also having to drop off the keys is not very convenient. Having to also go to another place to store luggage even though it is not far from the reception place still is a hassle.
