• clemente (10/5): - Posizione centrale e poter soggiornare con i nostri cani. A voler essere pignoli, è improbabile parcheggiare in prossimità dell'appartamento. Questo però dipende anche dai diversi cantieri presenti per le opere di restauro. Ma a qualche centinaio di metri si riesce a trovar posto.

• Maurizio (10/5): Sono stato in occasione di “Jazz per L’Aquila” , il soggiorno è stato davvero gradevole. - Molto particolare, arredata con passione. Host educato e disponibile. Con un minimo sforzo si potrebbe mettere a disposizione qualche bustina di tè, un cartone di latte e due pacchetti di fette biscottate per la colazione.
• sven (10/5): Stylische Unterkunft mit sehr netten Gastgeber - Sehr coole Unterkunft( ehemaliger Weinkeller) in zentraler Lage mit vielen guten Restaurants zur Auswahl. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war sehr angenehm. Parkmöglichkeit sehr eingeschränkt aber möglich.

• tiziano (9/5): Piacevole soggiorno in pieno centro a L'Aquila - Molto romantica e intrigante come struttura, adatta per coppie e per brevi soggiorni nella bellissima L'Aquila. La doccia sensoriale doppia con Idro è davvero una chicca. Buona la posizione vicino al Comune e a tantissimi bar e ristoranti che ci sono stati consigliati con estrema gentilezza, consigli che si sono rivelati utilissimi. Le numerose scalette interne la rendono impegnativa per chi non sia pienamente agile. Inoltre i gradini in grigliato metallico non sono stati graditi dalla cagnolina: si potrebbero coprire con le apposite moquette? Infine per prepararsi un caffè con la piastra a induzione ma con la classica moca in alluminio c'è voluta quasi mezz'ora pur utilizzando la piastra adattatore.

• davide (1/5): Davvero pessimo, il peggiore in tanti anni che prenoto su Booking - Solo la posizione vicino al centro Appartamento molto umido, senza finestre, senza aria condizionata nonostante sia indicata presente. Cucina ai minimi termini, camera da letto sotto il livello della strada. L'host è davvero scorretto, a parole disponibile ma nei fatti inesistente

• Andrew (9/5): Lovely stay in prime location - The apartment was extremely clean, and was cool without the need of air conditioning. The apartment has ample facilities to cook a basic meal. Tea and coffee along with delicious chocolates were left by the host. The internet worked well. The tv had the opportunity to access English speaking programmes along with YouTube.

• Joshua (8/5): Loved staying here in L’aquila - Very clean property. Good amenities. Host was extremely kind and responsive to messages. A bit cold downstairs, however, could have been user error as I struggled to use the heater.
• Marcel (2/5): Not recommendable if you travel by car! - Spacious apartment with a good value for money. If you are coming by car it's nearly impossible to reach the apartment. In the end it took us 2,5 hours to find a parking about 1 Km away and we had to walk uphill with our luggage. The host's recommendations ("enter ZTL without permission") were not helpful and at some point he stopped replying.
• Deborah (9/5): Cute, roomy, comfortable and centrally located. - The host communicated well, and it was very easy to get the keys. The house was very cute and well appointed and in the center of town making it easy to walk to the top sights. There was a nice grocery store very near to the house. The shower was amazing and certainly felt great after traveling all day. I wish the bathroom had been upstairs where it was warmer, but it is what it is. And I also wish the stair steps had been covered in wood instead of metal as it was painful to walk without shoes. But all in all, it was a very roomy and comfortable place to spend the night.
• Linda (8/5): Lovely appartement and host, but better arrive by public transport not car - The lovely style, very nicely renovated, kind and friendly host neither a duvet cover nor a bedspread. (not hygienic and vulnerable to stains that cannot be removed) the route to the apartment was tricky with very narrow streets and signs indicating that it was forbidden to drive there. parking was also tricky. Even with my car pressed tightly against the facade, it was hit/damaged by passing traffic😢 Because the street is very narrow and there is a lot of traffic rushing past the parked cars. So also tricky when entering/exiting the house…
