• Titheradge (3/5): Very unsafe and uncomfortable staying here - The quiet area in a busy place, bed sheets were clean. It felt very eerie and unsafe, nobody on the property to greet you or help you and a padlock on the outside of your room door, I left in the middle of the night because I felt very unsafe.

• Annabel (9/5): Rustig verblijf in druk Ubud - De eigenaar is een ontzettend hartelijke en vriendelijke man. Ik kon eerder inchecken, wat heel fijn was. Het zwembad is klein, maar fijn om af te koelen. De kamer is wat gedateerd ten opzichte van de foto’s, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Wifi is goed en douche gaf heet water. Het uitzicht over de rijstvelden is heel mooi en het is een fijne en rustige uitvalslocatie in Ubud. De badkamer zou wat vernieuwing kunnen gebruiken, maar was wel schoon.

Habitación amplia y decorada con bonitos muebles de madera. Buena piscina, te dejan toallas para ella. Para nosotros no supone un problema pero la calle de acceso tiene un tramo sin luz por la noche.

La gentillesse de l’hôte, il a attendu mon arrivée très tardive ! La chambre est spacieuse ! RAS PS: oui, on attend les chiens, c’est revenu en commentaire mais honnêtement ça fait partie de la nature et de la vie à Ubud.

Ils ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible et ont été très disponible malgré notre arrivée très tardive suite à un retard de vol. La localisation est aussi très avantageuse ainsi que le rapport qualité prix, qui défit toute concurrence ! Rien de grave, juste la salle de bain qui manque de porte serviette et de tapis de bains pour être plus à l’aise et ne pas en mettre partout. Un petit service de chambre serait aussi un plus, mais cela ne nous a pas du tout posé problème.

• Rebeca (8/5): Foi bom, mas não sei se valeu o preço. - O quarto é muito bom. A cama é grande, colchão confortável, roupa de cama limpa e chuveiro sempre quente! A vista do quarto é para campos de arroz, o que torna tudo muito agradável. O quarto tem comodidades como chaleira de água quente e um frigobar. O dono da hospedagem e a família moram no terreo da acomodação, o que não me deixou confortável para usar a piscina - que não é muito limpa inclusive. Pode ser um pouco incomodo alguns barulhos constantes, conversas e os latidos dos cachorros dos donos da acomodação. Sempre que eu saia o dono ficava perguntando onde eu ia, o que ia fazer, não sei até que ponto era uma hospitalidade ou curiosidade - sou uma mulher solo traveler. Ao longo dos dias - que foram 07 na acomodação - isso me incomodou um pouco.

• Jan (10/5): - Velice milý hostitel, skvělá lokalita v klidné části Ubudu, přitom v docházkové vzdálenosti od samého centra. Ubytování bylo čisté, příjemné, cítili jsme se vřele vítáni. Hostitel Ketut byl ochoten pomoct s čímkoliv, čímž udělal náš pobyt velmi příjemný.
• Ann-Kathrin (10/5): Absolute Empfehlung! - Super zentrale Lage aber sehr ruhig und umgeben von Reisfeldern und Palmen. Man braucht ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß um im Trubel zu sein, kann sich aber jederzeit in der Stille zurückziehen. Der Hausangestellte namens Moki hilft bei allem und engagiert sich über alle Maßen. Er hat uns sogar frische Kokosnüsse, Kaffee und Jamu gebracht und uns sehr gute Empfehlungen für local Spots in Ubud gegeben. Wir haben uns wie in einem 5 Sterne Hotel gefühlt!

• Nana Ivana (8/5): Peaceful place - Nice room, just like in the photo. Close to the city center—only a few steps from the main road, yet far enough not to hear the busy streets. Good to know before you go..taxi cannot stop/reach the house as the final path is narrow. It is 4 minutes walk from the main street. The room was not cleaned even once during my stay, and the trash was not emptied either. This was quite disturbing. I also found hair in my bed upon my arrival.

The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious It doesnt really look like in the pictures. It is older and humble. And don’t count on the swimming pool, looks like a fountain almost.
• Zélia (6/5): Homestay familiale proche du centre de Ubud. - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement et la gentillesse des propriétaires. Ils ont accepté de nous aider à déposer nos sacs lourds jusqu’au taxi. (La homestay n’est pas accessible en voiture) La chambre n’est pas propre. Les murs sont sales, il y a beaucoup de toiles d’araignées partout. Les draps sont tachés, l’évier de la salle de bain est marron. Toute la chambre mériterait un bon coup de décrassage. Nous avons été réveillé par les bruits des travaux des voisins et les chiens qui aboyaient à 3h du matin.
• olivia (9/5): Ich freue mich, auf das nächste Mal! - Wenn man in Ubud ist, sollte man in dieses wunderbare Homestay, ruhig und trotzdem mittendrin. Ich war 2x 4 Nächte hier und werde bestimmt wiederkommen!! Das riesige Bett ist super bequem, das Zimmer blitzeblank, ebenso die Dusche; es gibt keine saftybox, ich hab sie hier aber keinen Moment vermisst ! Und dann gibt es da noch Moki, der perfekte Host! Egal, was es gibt, Moki ist hilfsbereit und fröhlich zur Stelle, ein netter Plausch, ein Tip wie man welche Fähre gut bucht, ein Freund, der mich morgens zum Tirta Empul fuhr…eine kleine Wanderung in den Reisfeldern, er erklärt gern die balinesische Tradition, gibt Tips zum Essen, Massage oder was gut gegen Kopfweh hilft.. Moki nimmt sich gerne Zeit, wenn man Glück hat, zeigt er dir gern was von diesem wunderschönen Land. Ich bin schon oft auf Bali gewesen, Moki und das Oni Homestay gehört ab jetzt fest dazu, suksuma !
• quinty (3/5): Vreselijk - Niks Het verblijf was erg vies. Overal lag stof, vieze vlekken. Geen hoes over het dekbed. Badkamer was te vies voor worden. Na 1 nacht vetrokken. De accommodatie was moeilijk te vinden en slechten wegen er naar toe. Bericht gestuurd naar de accommodatie dat we waren vertrokken en je kreeg niet eens reactie terug.

• Walter (10/5): Lovely place to stay in Ubud. - The spacious room, cleaned on request. The great shower, the balcony around the cornerroom, and of course the view over the rice fields. Of any, the wifi was a bit slow. Not a stable connection. Also be aware that you have to walk or motorbike the last 400 meters, as you cannot reach The Oni by car. Which adds to its secluded location.
• Stéphanie (10/5): The perfect blend of peace and central location—a magical place where you’ll want to stay longer. - A wonderful place that I highly recommend, It’s very quiet, just a 3-minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet you can’t hear it at all. The large room is beautifully decorated, with a desk and a lockable wardrobe, a comfortable bed (firm but not too much), air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a functional bathroom with nice hot water. The family is adorable and discreet. Moki is always in a good mood and full of great advice. He will gladly help you and provide useful recommendations. He won’t hesitate to pick you up or take you somewhere on his scooter if needed. You can rent a well-maintained scooter on-site, and there is space to park your own. There is a water dispenser available, as well as bottled water in the room, along with a kettle and cups. You can also enjoy a swimming pool surrounded by lush greenery, always refreshingly cool and not overly chlorinated. It gets sunlight in the morning and shade in the late afternoon, with an outdoor shower and two confortable lounge chairs (towels provided). Since there are only three rooms for rent, I always had the pool to myself. There’s also a terrace with a view of the rice fields, perfect for workouts, yoga, and sunsets. Moki cleans the house daily and will offer to clean your room and change the sheets and towels whenever you prefer. You can also request it anytime you need. In just a 3-minute walk, you’ll find two quality warungs (one for a quick snack and another with a beautiful setting and a varied menu). The nearby coffee shop is also fantastic for morning coffee and French pastries, all with a view of the rice fields and the sound of birds. One more minute on foot takes you to a lively street with various restaurants, spas, a pharmacy, ATMs, shops, tattoo studios, and more. This street leads directly to the Monkey Forest in just 15 minutes on foot. In 10mn on foot on the other side you can reach the city center and the market, and a beautiful walk in the rice fields with several warungs. Nothing negative to say—I ended up extending my stay by 9 more nights after spending a week there! A wonderful place that I highly recommend for solo travelers and couples. As a solo woman I felt completely safe, it's really a family atmosphère and the surrounding are safe.

• Johanna (9/5): - Very friendly host and the location is perfect: in the ricefields, a little bit away from the busy Ubud life, but still close enough to everything. I was able to rent a scooter from the host, even for just a few hours to visit a temple. The pool is nice and the bet was comfortable. There was a dog, who was sick and coughing all the time, so I woke up many times during the night because of this.

• Rocío (10/5): Autentico y bonito - La casa es espectacular y tradicional, son muy majos y hospitalarios, la habitación es más modesta pero calidad precio lo merece, y es el unico sitio donde no me.han picado mosquitos, y he alquilado otros mucho más caro en el mismo Ubud. Los perros muy tiernos. Las piscina un gustazo. Y la zona es maravillosa, rodeada de arrozales y bares más intimos y en pleno centro a la vez. Como en otros alojamientos de Ubud, las puertas no cierran a la perfección y quedan huecos, pero es verdad que no vimos un solo bicho.

• Karen (9/5): GREAT QUIET LOCATION, LOVELY COLD POOL - Loved the cold pool, fresh and clean. Comfortable bed, fridge in the large room, great aircon and WiFi, great hot shower with good water pressure, decent clean towels and pool towel. Power points and lamps beside the bed. No top sheet or duvet cover but light duvet was fresh and clean - I would've felt comfortable asking for a sheet if it was a concern. Wardrobe with hangers. Upper-level rooms have view over rooftops and paddy fields. Small table and chairs outside my door, plus a convenient drying rack. Friendly helpful proprietor and family, happy to take guests to places by scooter, took me to the next hotel when I couldn't extend further here (originally booked 3 days, extended 2 more, fully booked after that). Great quiet location away from busy-ness but walkable to most places. Excellent, very well priced garden restaurant (Warung Gurai) on the walkway from Jalan Bisma to hotel. Be aware that a car can deliver you only to the walkway on JL Bisma, you walk 3-4mins from there, or scooter there. Two little dogs, Bro and Bron, bark as you approach the entrance at night, can give you a bit of a start at first, but they seem harmless. Rather than bark, Bro coughs as if a fishbone is stuck in his throat. Regardless, I'd happily stay here again.

• Nadia (2/5): - L'emplacement de la maison est très pratique, à proximité du centre. Cependant, l'accès à la maison reste très difficile. Il est impossible d'y accéder en voiture et la route est en très mauvais état. Transporter nos bagages à pied a été pénible. Heureusement, le propriétaire nous a aidés à l'arrivée avec les bagages, mais au départ, nous avons dû tout gérer seuls et nous avons presque abîmé les roues de nos valises. Nous avons longuement hésité avant de laisser cet avis car les hôtes sont gentils et souriants, et nous ne voulons pas leur causer du tort. Cependant, je me dois de dire la vérité pour informer les futurs voyageurs. Je n'ai jamais séjourné dans une chambre d'hôtes aussi sale. Le ménage semble n'être fait que sur les parties visibles à l'entrée. Les coins, derrière les meubles, et même le plafond étaient dans un état déplorable. De plus, les fenêtres et les portes étaient trouées, et nous avons trouvé à deux reprises des geckos énormes dans notre chambre. La première fois, les hôtes ont eu la gentillesse de nous changer de chambre car ils n'ont pas pu attraper l'animal, mais la deuxième fois, c'était encore pire. Nous comprenons bien que ces animaux sont fréquents à Bali, mais les hôtes ont insinué que c'était de notre faute parce que nous laissons la porte ouverte, ce que nous ne faisons jamais. Le vrai problème venait des trous dans les fenêtres, cachés derrière des rideaux. Ce genre de négligence n'est vraiment pas acceptable. Nous étions contraints de rester sur place car nous avions déjà des programmes prévus dans les environs. À noter aussi que la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée durant tout notre séjour. C’est vrai que nous n’avons pas demandé, mais avec toutes nos affaires dans la chambre, il était de toute façon impossible que cela soit fait correctement.
• mfreif (7/5): Ce n'était pas un mauvais logement, mais ne comptez pas trop sur la piscine.. - Grandes chambres et sdb Calme Couché du soleil Beau design La piscine était assez sale, et plutôt mal exposée. Accès un peu aventureux à deux sur un scooter la nuit. On pensait se reposer d'une semaine en itinérance sur les routes à ubud, tout en profitant d'une piscine, mais au final ce n'est pas très pratique comme piscine / terrasse et on n'a vu personne n'y aller durant nos 3 jours. Les photos de booking sont vraiment bien faites. La douche était plutôt nulle aussi (pas de pression du tout, sol sale).

Kamer was schoon en een fijn bed. Er hing een muffe geur in de badkamer. Voor ons geen probleem, maar voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn: hotel is niet te bereiken met de auto dus je moet een stukje lopen.
• Asumeng (8/5): Prima verblijf voor enkele dagen in het centrum van ubud - Kamer was proper, al kon het op sommige plekken wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Heel vriendelijke hosts Locatie was echt perfect, 5 min uit het centrum. Let op je kan er enkel te voet komen, niet met de auto. Zalig zwembad Groot bed De badkamer was oud en vochtig, hierdoor voelde het vies aan. Deze mag echt wel geupdate worden. Heel veel mieren buiten Onze kamer kon op slot maar was niet volledig afsluitbaar Er was geen hoes over het deken dus ik hoop dat deze elke keer wordt gewassen?
• Rouesné (10/5): Lovely stay at the Oni Bisma - Lovely stay at the Oni Bisma! The room is as shown on the photos, it’s clean and has everything you need. The host and his family are really kind people, always listening and helping you if you have any issue, notably for scooter rentals. The place is ideally located next to Ubud Palace and the Monkey Forest. I strongly recommend, good value for money 👍

• Michelle (9/5): I’d stay again! - The owner was super friendly. The location was off the road which made it really authentic! Bedroom doors were amazing ! The earthquake 😂
• Sophie (9/5): Lovely guest house amazing host! - Great location just a few minutes walk to Ubud centre, amazing host, very kind and friendly! Always around to talk and for any help you may need. Felt very safe and cared for as a solo female traveller. He also went out of his way to take me on a tour to 3 different water falls, really enjoyed my stay here! Only criticism was that it could have been cleaner and the fridge was noisy in the room, but my cleanliness standards are probably higher than most people's.
• Jurgen (10/5): Fijne plek voor Ubud met een zeer prettige eigenaar. - De locatie in Ubud in het centrum op een rustige plek! Vrijwel niets.
• Edina (10/5): Tranquility in the Center of Ubud - Very spacious room, pretty garden, great swimming pool and kind staff. Everything was great.
