• Wenzel (5/5): Kő - Az ágy kényelmes volt Nehezen megtalálható. Az erkély nem erkély, hanem egy lepusztult belső udvar. A szállás nagyon igénytelen. A wc deszka kisebb mint a wc, nagyon kényelmetlen. A fürdőszobában a csapnál és a konyhában sincs melegvíz.
• Dominique (8/5): Attendre les finitions - Emplacement calme en mars. Personnel sympathique, facile à contacter. Poignée de porte d'entrée à changer, pas de store dans la chambre, pas de bouilloire, entrée non terminée, infiltration d'eau au niveau de la toiture en fibrociment. Aucune finition, appartement restauré à la va vite. Dommage qu'il y ait autant de défauts car c'est un appartement qui a du potentiel, c'est bien de vouloir faire de la location mais il faut quand même investir un minimum. Le logement est noté accessible en fauteuil, sauf qu'il y a une marche pour entrer dans la salle de bain, wc qui est trop petite pour accueillir un fauteuil roulant. Ustensiles de cuisine à renouveler.
• Paul (4/5): Kitchen equipment unsafe and host became aggressive and rude - location ok but no views at all - The shower! Motion detector and camera covered in paper towels for our privacy! WiFi works but very slow. There is a tiny walled courtyard with a table and chairs (no view) but we chose to take beers to the nearby beach to watch the surfers. On arrival our ‘host’ Eva showed us malfunctioning new gas hob and how we might scrub soot off pans! Next morning we decided CO poisoning too big a risk and Eva readily agreed to replace the new hob – offered to buy us breakfast and cook us dinner! we did not take this up. Cut our day out short to let Eva in as we had the keys – no spare? Eva kindly supplied 2 coffee mugs as only 1 hot drink cup provided. By day 2 6:30 pm after a visit from neighbour to change gas valves, hob seemed ok. Day 3 6:30 pm the microwave (new) overheated/failed (fire risk) and at 19:30 the burglar alarm went off twice and no idea how to stop being deafened. Eva promised to replace MW and offered to buy us wine! (did no materialise - wine or microwave) Day 6 WhatsApp friendly communications deteriorated - “The owner has decided not to install any more microwaves. There's a lot of humidity in the area and they break very easily.” Eva not the owner? I told Eva that I expected a MW as advertised and would complain to Booking.com. “If you really need a microwave, I'll let the owner know. Make whatever complaints you need. Checkout is before 11:00.” Rude? If you want a bed, shower and kitchen the place is ok, but the kitchen equipment needs to be working SAFELY! I liked being in among the local community rather than a holiday town. There's lots of surfing to watch and the coastal walks are lovely. Not beachfront, misleading. It’s very near the beach but NO external views, frosted glass and cannot see around corners. Not a beach you would swim from. No hot water in kitchen or bathroom sink, only the shower. No blinds or shutters in bedroom, bright. Is a stove top coffee percolator a ‘coffee machine’? Rather than WhatsApp Eva to progress the Microwave issue, I contacted the ‘host’ on Booking.com messaging and the host’s tone was very unpleasant (is it Eva?)... “You've never caused us so many problems upon arrival. You've forced my staff to travel incurring additional expenses. You’ve broken the microwave.” .... “If you wanted 5 stars, you should have gone to a more expensive apartment with more amenities. Check-out is before 11:00 AM on your departure day; the apartment must be empty.” same rudeness? “You've been harassing our staff from the very beginning. Stop bothering us. We'll bring neighbors and witnesses to inspect the property upon your departure, as we don't trust you.” NICE! Final communication “Hello, good morning. Although we've had some disagreements, thank you for leaving the house in perfect condition. I won't be rating this accommodation, and if forced, I won't leave anything negative. Best regards, and sorry for the inconvenience.” I don’t know what to make of that. Pity, the place was ok, but communication broke down badly, like the amenities.
• Ferraiolo (5/5): Non fidarsi delle recensioni. - Vicino alla statale per raggiungere tutti i luoghi di Gran Canaria. Manca il wifi, non c'è la terrazza, non parla Italiano, non c'è la macchina per il caffè ma una caffettiera da10 tazze troppo grande per 2 persone, non ci sono tazzine da caffè, rubinetto del lavandino rotto e non avevamo acqua calda,e per completare l'ultima notte durante un temporale pioveva nella camera da letto, per finire l'appartamento era a piano terra e bisogna specificare nell'inserzione.
• Christian (5/5): Für Nachteulen vermutlich ok - Die Vermieterin war sehr bemüht Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem kleinen Dorf, wo offensichtlich gerne gefeiert wird. Dass Schlafzimmer ist zu einem teils stark frequentierten Weg ausgerichtet, wo insbesondere am Wochenende aber auch unter der Woche angeregte Diskussionen, Geschrei usw. stattfinden. Das schließen der Fenster brachte da auch nur bedingte Abhilfe. Besonders am Anfang war in der Wohnung ein stark modriger Geruch wahrzunehmen.
