Me and my partner had men just walking into our room! Full of asylum seekers! Illegal cameras inside the property!

- Anulika (1/5): Disappointed for not getting value for my money, poorest service ever received on booking. - Nothing, room condition and facilities is nothing to write about. Room unclean, wardrobe in bad condition with no hangers, no staff came in to clean up, no tissue roll/hand wash in toilet, 1 towel for 2days, got keys to my room the next morning after a night. I asked to be checked out the next morning, and a refund of the second night but I was ignored sadly.

They give two option no refundable and you pay a little more for refundable I chose that one. Guys, what the sh* I did. I didn’t use the room. I told them they say did you check the policy’s. Tell me if this person have morals and empathy? Even ask is possible if you don’t want to refund “literally or change the date” didn’t response me. Be careful money takers, they don’t give a sh* now laughing with my 66 pounds that I work for. My date interview was changed I told them but they didn’t care. Property manager money taker.
