Imposible que sea usado por personas más allá de 60 años. Tiene dos habitaciones pero un solo baño, lo cual si van dos parejas es complicado organizarse. El piso es grande y tiene salon y cocina muy grandes que normalmente no usas, pero no han tenido en cuenta que cada habitación tenga su baño. Personas que no tengan mucha confianza no es cómodo e incluso teniéndola, es escaso.

Preciso che abbiamo prenotato per 7 persone , pagando per 7 persone .Senza ascensore e non è riportato nella descrizione , il nostro appartamento al terzo piano e non ci è stato comunicato se non il giorno prima . Volevamo annullare la prenotazione ma contattando la struttura richiedendo almeno un aiuto per i bagagli o un deposito , alla fine ci stato accordato il deposito presso l’appartamento ma solo per non far cancellare la prenotazione .Quando siamo arrivati lì alle 10 di mattina ,come avevamo precedentemente concordato con Pablo della struttura , avrebbero dovuto farci depositare i bagagli ma ci è stato negato il deposito presso la struttura e hanno detto di depositare i bagagli presso un altro loro alloggio distante più di 1km , 7 persone con 7 bagagli pesanti .Al check in alle 15 come concordato , avrebbe dovuto esserci una persona ad aiutarci ma non c’era assolutamente nessuno . l’appartamento era stato preparato per 6 persone , il divano letto non era stato preparato né fornito lenzuola o altro per il settimo posto , non fornisce posate o grucce per abiti sebbene avessimo fatto richiesta , sfornito di qualsiasi cosa . Lo staff è completamente assente a qualsiasi nostra richiesta . Assolutamente da evitare . Mi meraviglia che Booking abbia a che fare con tali strutture e non controlla . Faremo reclamo anche a Booking .

Çalışanların iletişim kurma çabası güzel, cevaplar bazen gecikse de genel olarak ilgiliydiler. Maalesef konaklamamız sırasında bazı teknik ve hijyen sorunlarıyla karşılaştık. Dairenin girişindeki merdivenler pisti. Evin içinde ise bazı eşyalar bakımsız kalmış; şemsiye kırıktı, terastaki koltuğun arkası yırtılmıştı ve çekyatın mekanizması zor açılıp kapanıyordu. En büyük sorunlar ise suların kesilmesi, duştaki su basıncının düşüklüğü ve bir lambanın kablosunun kesik olmasıydı (güvenlik riski oluşturabilir). Bu detaylara dikkat edilirse çok daha konforlu bir yer olabilir.

Infernalsk larm fra natklubberne direkte under lejligheden og natklubben ved soveværelset. Ingen problemer tirsdag og onsdag... men nætterne til fredag og lørdag var ekstremt larmende. Først 06.30 blev der stille lørdag morgen. Vinduerne er ikke lydisolerede, og man kan høre samtaler på gaden selvom vinduerne er lukkede.

• Zoe (10/5): Beautiful property in the perfect location for exploring on foot - Perfect location, very well done up. Perfect for a couple. Wouldn’t want to share with others. As the only thing separating the two double beds is a partition. The description should make this more clear It was a bit cold. The description suggests there is heating. However this consists of 2 small plug in radiators, which weren’t quite sufficient to heat the property, unless they were placed immediately next to where you’re sat/ sleeping.
• Scott (7/5): Great location, fantastic sunrise and sunset views with good facilities. - The location was great, really central and with fabulous views from the roof terrace Whilst the staff were very responsive and resolved the queries we had, the hot tub instructions that we were given didn’t allow us to get it to the correct temperature. This was resolved by engineers and didn’t impact too much on our stay. There was also a power cut which meant that getting ready the next morning was a challenge but we had good communication from the hosts throughout and they advised that this was a local electricity issue rather than a fault of the property.

• Sejaad (9/5): - It was a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay. The suite is conveniently located close to everything, especially the bus stop that takes you to the airport. The team responds to calls and messages very quickly, often immediately and they fixed the broken light bulbs as soon as possible. The street outside the bedroom can be quite noisy on Friday and Saturday nights due to nearby pubs and nightclubs.

• Christian (4/5): - Central (but noisy!) location. The neighborhood is extremely loud, especially on weekends. With multiple bars and clubs nearby, the noise continues until around 6 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. We stayed in the Suite Deluxe on the first floor with three teenagers, and the space is simply not suitable for five people. The two bedrooms are connected without a door, which means there is essentially no privacy. Another issue: the photos on Booking.com did not match the actual apartment we were given. Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet expectations.

There were pots and pans and bowls but no spoons or forks. When we arrived , in one of the rooms , one curtain had fallen to the floor - I immediately informed them and was told someone from maintenance will come and fix it. No one ever did. We checked out after two nights and on the morning of the day of checking out the power went out . The maintenance guy came at 10:55 and fixed it in 5-10 mins.Our checkout was at 11. I asked if I could get 20-30 mins extra since I couldn’t iron my clothes or dry my hair due to lack of power in the morning and the response I got was no it’s not possible . That’s quite ridiculous in my honest opinion. Also all of their responses online are by a bot and it’s useless , if you call them though , the lady is fairly helpful and does try to get things moving . If you only message them the automated message you get is that they’ve escalated the issue and help will come but no - no help comes. If you need help , call. I had to enable my roaming to make these calls and that cost me extra money . If something in the room doesn’t work - it shouldn’t cost me money to call them up - there needs to be an online system to report issues and they must be handled immediately. Overall , It was an ok place to stay - but if it were me ,next time I’d look for something else for sure.

It was quiet and relaxing, with comfortable beds and a reliable internet connection. The location was excellent; central and within easy reach of public transportation and local attractions. The charming streets around the building were lined with beautiful orange trees, adding a lovely fragrance and an authentic Andalusian touch to the neighborhood. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. If I return to Seville, I would definitely choose this place again.

Per me non è stato un problema, ma credo sia meglio segnalarlo per persone che hanno una ridotta mobilità.

El jacuzzi muy lindo pero el agua seguir fria, no calentaba. Por el precio que pague esperaba un mejor servicio y con mejor atención siendo lo mas caro de Sevilla, sacabdo el Hotel Alfonso XIII

Hopfully nothing goes wrong and you don’t need to interact with staff then your stay will be perfect! - The property was amazing really nice layout modern and had a nice flow. The cleaning was exceptional absolutely spotless and smelt so fresh on arrival! The managing company was pretty poor. It would take them ages to reply. The aircon had been put on a timer. And wasn’t on when we arrived at the apartment so when we originally got there and put it on we thought it was just taking time to cool down it wasn’t till we got back later that evening we realised it hadn’t been on at all. The aircon was all in Spanish had so many setting and it took me 45 mins to working on google translate how to fix the issue. I honestly don’t know why it was on a timer and this is really something that needs to be looked into further considering Seville is one of the hottest cities in Europe! I did message the managing company and say can someone come and fix this. I then got an automated message back saying it was out of hours and tbh if I hadn’t of been able to fix it I would have called the emergency number. To make matters worse when I sent a message to say the issue had been resolved at 8.58 I receive a sarcastic well done back at 17.50. Honestly you couldn’t make it up. To make matters worse on our third night of staying we went out to the hot tub to find the side open on the floor, not the way we had left it the day before so I sent a pic and said not sure what’s happened here and is it ok. To be sent an automated message saying the service was out of use please message another number… lo and behold it was a ai instant messenger the most infuriating thing ever it couldn’t understand me at all! Then finally when a human got on the messenger To be told that someone would come tomorrow to fix it I told them so many times we are leaving tomorrow. They told us don’t use the hot tub we will send an engineer. Tbh at this point we just wanted relax so we said don’t bother! However it was very annoying not being able to use the hot tub something we had paid a premium for!

• Mary (6/5): Centrally located- be aware of stairs! - Loved the hot tub and outside patio overlooking the city. Great bathroom and cute kitchen area. Five minutes from the cathedral and in the middle of everything. Friday night noise from the bar below continued until 7 am! Hard to sleep. There are 81 stairs to the apartment — just be prepared and pack light!
• Amanda (8/5): It’s a really good location & we appreciate staying there. - It’s a fantastic location & a good space. The air conditioning was a very poor output & very ineffective. We could not get the place to cool down. Also difficult carrying cases up the stairs.
