Irish Joy (3/5): Good stay but a lot of miscommunications / different instruction between the owner and the caretaker - Good location Secured Clean - Waited more than 30 minutes to check in… Owner forgot the endorsements for the Room & Parking, informations were communicated way before the day of check in but ended up waiting. They did everything last minute. - Second day : Parking problem (Double booking) waited at least 30 minutes again. Need to call and bother the caretaker at 11pm.
Lorna (1/5): Not a good experience - Its clean but a lot of miscommunication. 1. Late check-in. No one has attending us. We have to wait for an hour to get checked in. We are the one who keep calling the caretaker if we can check in. 2. We asked for parking it was attended for a last minute request but there’s a lot of miscommunication because it was not explained properly. 3. Rude admins
Cabitlas (7/5): Though there were some factors that need improvement, our overall stay was okay. - The location is convenient. Close to mall and church. Good location for walking in the mornings or night visits to the mall and some snacks. Room is clean and decorated simply. The walls are pretty thin, we could hear our neighbors’ door open and close.
Boiser (9/5): Great over all stay :) - The property's location is great. The unit is located inside a condominium complex with security. It is located right beside a mall that has a lot of popular food options and other shops that you might need during your trip to Tagaytay (groceries, laundry, ATMs, etc.. ) The unit was a bit dusty but over all the unit was well maintained.
Ma (10/5): Best place to stay in Tagaytay - Host is really accommodating with all of our questions and requests. It really felt like home away from home. The location is very ideal and near all restaurants and tourist sites. We'll definitely go back. We just had a hard time using public transportation going to the place. Everything else is smooth.
Alyanna (10/5): Exceptional - so cozy and the owner is so kind, wifi was so slow but overall it was a great stay! hope to be there again soon
