- Pineda (9/5): Pretty awesome place with all the amenities we needed. Close to Ayala harbor Point - The place is fully furnished with all the stuffs we needed as family with an infant. The AC wasn’t able to cool the whole unit down to the temperature we wanted but enough to still sleep somehow comfortably. The wifi also was down but this was due to the typhoon that happened while we were staying at the place.

- Irish (9/5): Pretty nice and cozy place. - I like most of the things about Charm's place. The host was great with swift responses. It's clean and cozy inside. The bed was a little hard for me, BUT I'm tiny and lightweight so maybe it is comfortable for others. Reasonable space for 2 people. It's got an AC. Walking distance to the malls like Harbor point and SM downtown. There's restaurants and convenience store at the Ground floor of the building as well. If you need for a taxi service, ask the night shift guard/reception, he knows someone that offers taxi service that charges cheaper than the others. Although, the one thing I didn't really like was it was muggy inside the place. The only window you have was covered, so even if you slide the window, It's airless. So what we did, we were outside most of the daylight and back at the place in the evening. Overall it was pretty good stay.

- Hazel (9/5): Superb - Was very convenient to all. Photos are real reflection of the place I wish they can be more flexible on late check out or extension for couple of hours for those who are willing to pay.

- Augusto, (9/5): Wonderfully relaxed for the place’ homey ambience. - The place is exceptionally clean and comfy. It’s very good value for money. Location is well situated near a mall and good restaurants within the vicinity. Wi-Fi is good as well the air conditioning and the water heater. Had difficulty finding the property as the taxi driver is not familiar with its location as it cannot be easily accessed via google map. The building where it is situated appears to be old but the interior of charm’s place makes up for it. For differently abled guests access is limited to the available stairs as I don’t remember seeing an elevator.

- Grace (9/5): Excellent stay. - Clean & good location. Price for value is really reasonable. The fragrance of the room was overpowering. Less is more. An elevator should be a plus.
- Andrew (8/5): Old building - hidden gem of a room! - The actual building is trashy - HOWEVER - The room is a 'diamond in the rough'. It is very well designed and contained everything needed for a comfortable stay. Quality furnishings, equipment and quiet, split aircon. It really is beyond beautiful and very cosy! The owner is well organised and responds promptly. There is CCTV throughout the building. Parking is free, and easy with plenty of space outside the building. The location is good if you wish to stay in Subic Bay central, however the "Subic International Hotel Complex" comprises of a few a rundown 1970s buildings, the majority of which are unoccupied or derelict. The room is within the one serviceable building, with shops/restaurants on the ground floor.

- Ygana (10/5): Charm’s place definitely live up to your expectations. Will definitely book again next time. - Charm’s place is located in a safe and convenient place. You can also find good restos downstairs. The room is clean and complete with everything you need. If you need food and water, you can find a 24/7 convenience store or you can choose a restaurant within the property. The bed can be more comfortable by adding a topper but the pillows make up for it. Also, there’s no elevator so it can be tiring to bring all of your things (if you have a lot) upstairs.
- Nicolas (10/5): Comfortable apartment, the best decorated I have seen - I have already traveled a lot (since 2011) and this comfortable apartment is the best decorated I have seen, I think. It is very clean. Very well located within walking distance of SBMA Beach and the resto bars of Subic Bay. A convenience store is located directly on the ground floor. And the host is very friendly and available to answer questions via messaging. To get there from the bus, here are some useful things to know in advance: You can get off the bus at the Harbor Point shopping mall (Ayala mall) and ask a taxi from the security guard in front of the shopping mall (he calls a taxi with his talking walking ; taxi who charges only 150php to go to the hotel - take his number phone to travel in Subic Bay during your stay). The room is located in the "Subic International Hotel Complex," a charming building. There is no elevator in this small residential building, but this is not a problem as the room is located directly on the 1st floor.

- Gene (10/5): Great place to stay in the Subic Freeport Zone - Clean and comfortable with great A/C. Great communication with the owner. There is a convenience store on the first floor which is nice to have. Booked through Booking.com but this is an Airbnb. There is a hotel nearby named Le Charm which confused the driver. The owner messaged me the directions but due to connectivity issues, I didn't receive the message until after arrival. Recommend getting the address in advance.

Just a little pity that only stay for one day. And the room is the same same same as pictures show on booking.com😁 And her Nope!

- Adrianus (10/5): Great! - Very clean. Very new. Very comfortable bed. Very well equipped. Very spacious with separate living section. Excellent aircon. Ver quiet. Great Korean and Japanese restaurant next door. The unit is in the Subic Free Zone, what used to be the US navy base. Very quiet and spacious area without the noise of Olongapo. Very large shopping center and duty free store within 250 meter walking and also many good restaurants nearby. Charm’sPlace is a unit in the international Hotel area, which used to be housing facility for the visiting marines. No view from the window.
