• Paul (8/5): Appartement récent et bien équipé, proche mer et à quelques minutes en voiture du centre historique - Silvia est venue nous remettre la carte-clé à notre arrivée. L'appartement est moderne, propre et bien équipé. Le balcon donnant sur la rue est très agréable par beau temps et on y aperçoit la mer, à quelques centaines de mètres. Il est très facile de se garer (gratuitement) dans la rue en bas de l'immeuble, et le centre historique de Monopoli n'est qu'à quelques minutes en voiture. C'est une affaire de préférence mais le matelas était beaucoup trop mou à notre goût, et les ressorts étaient un peu affaissés sur la droite du sommier.
• Klaudia (10/5): Perfect stay in Monopoli - It’s a beautiful apartment with two balconies and amazing owner! The apartment is so clean, it really feels like someone is taking a good care of it. The bedsheets smell amazing, the towels are so clean. The view from balcony is beautiful, you can see water. On Tuesdays there is a fresh food street market just next to the apartment and you can buy so many great things from fruits and veggies to souvenirs half of the price than in the shops. There are a few nice coffee shops where you can go to have your coffee and just enjoy the Italian atmosphere, there are also 2 supermarkets near by, bakery, cheese shop and meat shop so actually everything you might need if you decide to cook :) I loved everything and I felt like at home. Thank you so much Silvia and I will definitely come back again. Silvia helped me with all my questions and did her best to make my stay enjoyable (I know I had a lot of them). I definitely can recommend Silvia’s home! :)

• Pérez (10/5): Perfect spot. We had everything!! 🤩 - The A/C was 100/100. The water heater worked perfectly as well. Excellent blow dryer, didn’t need to go to the salon. Lots of natural light, perfect for doing your makeup! Pillows were plush and comfortable, as well as the pillow topped bed. Everything neat and modern. Fully equipped kitchen. Free parking on the street available. Stores nearby to get groceries. Super friendly and kind host! Thank you soooo much 🫶🏼

• Rozi (10/5): Exceptional - The house is like in the pictures, clean, well furnished and very close to several beaches (walking distance). The old city is 5 minutes away by car. The neighborhood is quiet, you can see the sea from the balcony, would recommend it :)

• Diana (10/5): Very cosy and clean apartment - The host were amazing, very responsive and helpful with tips on where to eat or where to go. They didn't bother us and they were available anytime I was having a question. The apartment is really clean and spacious, very modern and has all the utilities you need. From the balcony you can see the sea. Also it's really soundproof so you won't hear any construction or something else inside. You have also free parking on the street, but also 15mins on foot to the historic centre. The shower is great and really spacious. Overall I loved our staying! -
• Karol (2/5): Very poor - Decent equipment and interior design. The owner demanded a child surcharge after he initially said there would be no additional payment. The owner refused to issue a receipt/invoice. There was no shower gel in the shower.

• Suresh (9/5): Great Place to stay - Clean and Neat ! - Clean and neat apartment. Free street parking. Couple of supermarkets nearby. The host Silvia was very friendly and responsive. We had small issue with the power tripping on a Sunday morning and she turned up in few mins to get it sorted. Secure apartment with clear communication to access it. The cafe they run closeby had some nice food that we got to try one day. Few very minor things will make the apartment a perfect one - 1) More cutlery and kitchen tools (there were no bottle opener/scissor etc)- we only had 2 coffee mugs while there were more espresso mugs. While understandable being italy, would have been nice to have extra mugs 2) some additional spices/condiments would have been nice (only salt and sugar were available). 3) there was no bin in the toilet.
