• Gy (1/5): Very bad experience - Just near to the place I go work Very dirty, shower water very small, and on water heater then the electricity black out but they not allow to change room. Bath room keep water leaking from top of roof. Very bad experience.

• Shaarman (3/5): - Very noisy at night , people banging doors and walking through the corridors. Could not use the TV as they said its not working and will take a month to fix. Toilets were not clean and stained.

• Aisyah Kamilah (7/5): Short stay on a budget - Hotel was easy to get to, with adequate parking in the surrounding area. Room was clean and satisfactory for a very short one-night stay. Lots of shops nearby. Good for traveling on a budget. Room had no window and no mirror in the bedroom. The bathroom mirror looked like it was not securely fastened to the wall and looked like it could fall off any moment.

• Tan (1/5): Stay Away. It's Rat infested. - Location.Near to foods and shopping mall. This place is RAT infested. Rats were also found in my room . They were on the mattress and even scraped the biscuits that I have.. The authorities should have come after them. They should be allowed to list their property here.

• Joice (3/5): Poor - Location Disappointed, few years ago I check in very good customer service and clean .and now I walk in feeling is different.First day I check in hotel , after I go bath ,have a male staff try to open my room door , lucky I have lock , after I ask him , he say sorry and walk away . And I saw the bed cover dirty also, I ask the staff room cleaning , can wait til noon then come change . Few day I saw the staff lay on the sofa playing or chatting phone . The dirty bed sheet and rubbish put on staircase half a day . My dad's room on the G floor , inside there is no chair and no hanger . I understand i pay 2 Star hotel rate,but Hope management can go and spot check and improve the service.

• Sajali (1/5): Bad experience during stay at Sovotel - Nothing to like. When check-in found the room was dirty. Dust-bin full of rubbish. Toilet also dirty and sliding door difficult to close and cant be lock. Toilet bowl full of human soil. Hotel are not equip with elevator thus oldmen like me had difficulty to climb up stairs to reach hotel room at 3rd floor. Halal food not available near the vicinity. Housekeeper are not doing the job appropriately. We had to check-out 2 days earlier even though our booking is for 5 days 4 night Please improve on the feedback.

• Susan (7/5): Good - Location is good, easy for food hunting and everything. With many free parking lot, petrol station is nearby and MRT is within 2km distance. No lift but is ok for me coz I didn't bring heavy luggage. Stayed in Room 101. Weird odor in the pillow. Leaking electric current （can be dangerous and should be fix) in the socket at the side table of my bed, so had to use the socket located at the dresser. Stayed 2 nights and saw a cockroach crawling in the bathroom for 2 nights consecutively, when I returned to the hotel at night, .

• Randalph (1/5): Bad - Easy access to restaurants. Aircond is cold enough. Rooms are not same with pictures advertised. Absolutely feel scammed. The rooms are dirty with spider webs, torn wallpaper, dirty and smelly linen. I think Housekeeping did not do their job properly. I think lots of better hotel with the price of this hotel. Unless they make the rooms as per advertised by the pictures. Basically it's shameless to claim this hotel as "boutique hotel". 1 star is more than enough as i feel this hotel are worse than budget hotel with no star.
