• Christian (7/5): Could be amazing after some TLC (maintenance) - The location is really wonderful for me. Just at the edge of the central pedestrian zone. The apartment feels like a real home, warm and personal. There are some significant maintenance issues. The stove doesn’t work, the washing machine is out of order, the lights in the fridge need repair, the filters of the hob extractor need urgent cleaning. The shower head needs cleaning or possibly replacement.

• Bepu (10/5): Der perfekte Aufenthalt in Karlsruhe! - Dieses Appartment war von allen Unterkünften, die keine Hotels waren, bisher unsere beste Erfahrung. Es fehlt an nichts und ist gemütllich eingerichtet. Die Fotos stimmen mit der Realität überein. Im Kühlschrank gab es 1 Flasche Wasser, Schokolade und Porridge. Weiterhin eine Kaffepad-Maschine mit vielen Pads für einige Tage sowie einen Wasserkocher und Tee, im Schrank Zucker dazu. Im Bad fanden wir Shampoo, Duschgel und Bodylotion und einige Kleinigkeiten mehr. Unten im Haus ist zudem eine gut ausgestattete Bäckerei, wo man sogar Butter kaufen kann. Gleich gegenüber ist die Straßenbahn, es sind aber auch nur 10 Min. zu Fuß zum Marktplatz. Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir wieder einmal in Karlsruhe sind. Vielen Dank an die freundliche und immer erreichbare Gastgeberin! Nichts

• Klavdiya (10/5): - Квартира перевершила наші очікування, в ній дійсно є все необхідне , чистота, наявність деяких продуктів у шафі, посуд,приладдя для приготування їжі, достатня кількість гігієнічних приналежностей для ванної кімнати. Ми відчували себе дуже комфортно та затишно. Також хочу відзначити уважність та швидкість реагування власниці житла. Марино,щиро Вам вдячні за комфортне перебування в Карлсруе!

• Dan (10/5): Exceptional - It was a very comfortable stay. The location is just 10 minutes walk to the center, the public transport is right outside the building and a taxi station is very close. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with everything you need and more.
