• Mia (5/5): - Die Lage war etwas außerhalb, wodurch es sehr ruhig war. Es war sehr schmutzig. Im Zimmer waren sehr viele Spinnen und Ameisen. Das Badezimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, es lagen noch Barthaare vom Vorgänger im Waschbecken.
• Poorna DK (10/5): A hotel that can be recommended to both local and foreign tourists - I stayed at that hotel three times. For 2 days each. It was a very clean, comfortable, and free environment. It is a great hotel for both foreign and local tourists. I am a businessman. This is a great place to stay for tourists and business people. This hotel is very close to Anuradhapura city and Pooja city, and is easy to reach everywhere. The surrounding environment is a beautiful environment surrounded by green paddy fields. I must say that Mr. Ashan, who works as the hotel manager, treats the guests very well. He is a very active, polite, and humble person. His food is very delicious. I do not see any shortcomings in this hotel and its staff. 100% good. A hotel that can be recommended to both domestic and foreign tourists and business people.

• Fabienne (10/5): Best accomodation of our three-week holiday! - The guesthouse is a bit outside of the center of Anuradhapura but we reached and found it easily with our rented tuktuk. It's a lovely large house in the middle of rice fields, calm and surrounded by palms, peacocks and a lovely garden. The host, Ashan, is INCREDIBLY warm and friendly. He offers breakfast and dinner. We had dinner twice and it was AMAZING (and at a great price) - Ashan is a great cook. The room is clean, spacious, light and has a Mosquito net, great WiFi, AC and a fridge. We really loved it there. -- Book this guesthouse, it's worth it for the view alone :)

• Mart (4/5): - Mooie locatie met goed uitzicht over de rijstvelden. De kamer beschikte over een goede airconditioning en koelkast. Hygiëne: eigenlijk was de gehele accommodatie vies. Vieze vlekken op het beddengoed en kussens, plakkerige koelkast met rare plekken, plakkerige tafel, ongewassen kopjes, etc. Ook was de badkamer totaal niet schoon. Veel vlekken, mieren en spinnen. De eigenaar vond het nodig om elke middag en avond keihard te gaan karaoken met zijn vrienden. Hierdoor kon je niet rustig van het uitzicht en omgeving genieten.

• Magdalena (3/5): Ants attack and dirty room - View was nice, we didn't order the breakfast but still the employee gave us some fruits free of charge, also he helped us with tuk tuk. Average review of this place is a misunderstaning (it was 9,2 when we booked it) In the morning we left the room to have a walk. When we came back after 3 hours the anst were EVERYWHERE. In the beds, towels, every piece of cloth, mosquito net, bed, floor, walls. We were going to stay there one more night but we run away. The employee claimed it was the first time it happend, nevertheless it did and it happened to us. It wasn't a pleasure. The room was just dirty - animal's poop, stains on the bedsheets and visibly dirty floor. Same the corridor and the rest of the place. Trvelling around Sri Lnka we've had much cleaner rooms for much cheaper price. Also in the room there were some exotic guests - a frog and a lizard (even though the room was on the 3rd floor). But all of this is really not suprising - it's a huge house with much work to do, and there seemed to be only one person that had to take care of it all by himself.
• Pierre (9/5): Great stay, relaxing and comfortable, in nature - Great view and balcony over the rice fields and peacocks. Nice location off the noisy city centre. Kind and helpful staff. Should have asked for a Sri Lankan breakfast for a tastier and more authentic experience.
• Aranya (7/5): Good enough for a night's sleep after a long, tiring day. - It is cosy and comfortable It is not 5 star rated hotel as is the impression one gets from booking.com. It is just a home stay with one man/ caretaker which is a big constraint by itself.
• Kay-sue (9/5): Superb - I loved the peaceful setting between the green rice fields. Beeing able to make a cup of tea and relax on the balcony enjoying the beautiful sceenery was simply great. I can only recommend this homestay away from all the hustle and bustle of Anuradhapura. It's roughly a four minute drive by Tuktuk from the city center. My room was well equipped, the grand double bed clean and comfortable. Yashen the host made my stay very pleasant. He contacted me way before my arrival and picked me up in town on arrival. For the next day he organized a trip to the Sacred City. He also prepared a very tasty dinner. Again thank you so much for your hospitality Yashen. And thanks for helping me get on the right bus to Kandy😅
• Anne (10/5): Absolutely clean and modern homestay in the beautiful rice fields of Anuradhapura - We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely recommend staying here. The place is a bit outside of the city and surrounded by rice fields, so it’s super beautiful and peaceful. Pick-Me worked great here and it was cheap to get to the city center, so you don’t have to worry about that. Ashan is such a kind host and a great cook as well. The Sri Lankan breakfast (curry and rice) was one of the best meals we had so far. The room is big and clean and the bed was super comfy. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Anuradhapura.

Ashan, our host was very attentive and cooked us a lovely dinner. No hot water showers, the calefont was there but water never heated up. The a/c was too cold but the fan over the bed wasn’t effective because of the mosquito net.

• Sandun (9/5): Peaceful , beautiful place with an amazing host! - It was an amazing location! They will be building a restaurant on the rooftop which has beautiful views. The best part of the stay was Aashan, he was so accomodating and an amazing cook! It felt like we were staying at his house. There are a few bugs that come in at night but they came into the corridor and not our bedroom, it is partially an out area. Also there can be ants in the dining area that need to be swept away
• Willem (9/5): Quiet, pleasant and comfortable place - Small, comfortable hotel just north outside of Anuradhapura proper, quite beautifully built in Sri Lankan country style, with beautiful views on the peaceful surrounding rice fields, expertly run by the site manager Ashan, who also is a proficient IT troubleshooter and an excellent cook. A short tuktuk ride from the town, this is a quiet and pleasant place.

Very pleasant host and was attentive to our needs since our entry. Very thoughtful to provide us flowers as offerings as well when we were planning to visit the temples in evening. Food was good, rooms were clean and comfortable, close to all the anuradhapura temple, calm and tranquil location. Fully worth the money. Will stay again in our next visits yo Anurafhapura. Nothing..

Staff very attentive to your needs and well looked after as a female travelling alone. Amazing food prepared by the housekeeper. I extended my stay by 2 nights. I can recommend this accommodation. You will need transportation to get around. However I was aware of that when I booked. The housekeeper was kind enough to drive me everywhere I needed to go.

From assisting with the booking to checking in on us after we returned home, his attention to detail made our trip even more enjoyable. • Mervyn (10/5): An exceptional peaceful stay in Anuradhapure - Ashen the caretaker was brilliant. He went out of his way to make sure we got everything we wanted. I cannot say more of his service. He also got us the VIP car park FOC at Ruwanweliseya and Sri Maha Bodhi. This he volunteeringly did without us requesting. Further he gave us his fullest support for preparing food early morning Kiri pidu Dahana which is a religious ceremony. Food prepared by him was exceptional. What we wanted he prepared and was so delicious, we all ate above our capacity. Very comfortable, Luxuriously and Spacious rooms. Our next stay is definitely at this premises. We have even mentioned to all our friends on this experience and to make sure they visit this place. Guys traveling by train has the station at its door step. Lovely, peaceful quite environment. Hardly anything to say.

• Lukáš (9/5): Hidden gem of Anuradhapura - Great accommodation in Anuradhapura. The hotel is located in a quiet area by the rice fields, but still a few minutes drive to the city center. The staff (specifically Mr. Ashan) looked after us very attentively. We received a welcome drink of fresh coconut, just like every time we came back from a trip. The rooms are clean and spacious. The room has a wide bed with a mosquito net, a small refrigerator, a clothes dryer/rack, a table and chairs, and modern air conditioning. The rooms have a balcony overlooking the green plantations. It is possible to rent a scooter. It is also possible to order breakfast according to preferences. I recommend a trip not only to the sacred city of Anuradhrapura, but also to the beautiful pilgrimage site of Mihintale. We were very pleased with the friendly attitude of the staff and will fondly remember our farewell. At this price, it's an underrated wonder in the middle of rice paddies.

The Location has an excellent freedom, calmful & clean. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about hospitality. We enjoyed stay there according to our expectation. I can recommend for any one, this place is an one of best places at Anuradhapura for spend vacations.
