• Sue (9/5): - The location is perfect and the apartment has been very nicely renovated. It is very comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen facilities are very good. The pool is lovely, as is the bbq area. The access to the beach is amazing and it is great having a lift in a 3 storey building. It is a perfect location for people watching. The host was very responsive at all times and we appreciated that. It seemed very nice and clean but there were cockroaches in the kitchen, that appeared when you turned on the lights in the evening. Maybe it needs fumigating. They didn’t really bother us because we know what QLD is like, but still… Unlike most units in Caloundra there is very little sea breeze getting into the bedrooms in this one. The fans help but aircon in the bedrooms may be worth considering if the building allows them.
• Hannah (9/5): Honestly, we loved it! - Location!!!! Views!!!! No aircon - bedrooms could use it. Wouldn’t take my kids there as the windows had no screens and are quite low, and it’s 3 floors up.

• Mick (8/5): Outlook was sublime, location ideal. The sights and sounds of the ocean pervaded the place. - Location was great, looked right over the ocean. Close to beach and cafes. Noisy idiots in public carport late at night. Weird kitchen door catches.
