Ana Lucia (5/5): Gotei, gostaria mais se as areas externas do jardim e cozinha, fossem mais organizadas e limpas - Os quartos são bons, camas boas e limpas, a anfitriã muito simpatica e eduacada, nos recebeu bem e antes do horario estipulado para check-in, apesar de não ter garagem nos cedeu o espaço. Os pets são bem aceitos e tem liberdade na propriedade. A cozinha não é boa, não tem muitos utencilios e a limpeza razoavel, o jardim, não é bem cuidado, mato alto e muitos moveis velhos intulhados, lago com agua rasa parada e suja, uma casa maravilhosa, porem falta mais cuidados externos como jardim, de frente a cozinha tem uma area com coisas velhas entulhadas, poderia ter um portao fechado para que os hospedes não tivesse acesso, pois da para casa da proprietaria.

O único ponto negativo foi que, devido ao quarto ficar voltado para outra residência, tem um barulho muito alto pela manhã, de latidos de cachorro e gritos.

Rodrigo (8/5): - De maneira geral, me surpreendi positivamente com as instalações: quarto espaçoso, banheiro grande, chuveiro com água quente, ofuro disponível para uso no dormitório, itens e utensílios para uso comum disponíveis. Infelizmente uma das tomada estava queimada e foi necessário solicitar uma solução para os responsáveis (no caso, uma extensão); as áreas comuns, infelizmente, estavam sujas e desorganizadas; assim como a geladeira (que não consegui fazer uso); rede WiFi com muitas oscilações. A estrutura, de modo geral, é muito boa. Contudo, penso que não tem sido aproveitada de forma integral.

silvania (3/5): Ruim por não ter um ar condicionado nos quartos. - Gostei muito da arquitetura da cas, lembrando aquelas casas italianas. Adorei a cozinha e os utensílios disponíveis. Da falta de refrigeração nos quartos. O calor na cidade é insuportável e o ventilador de teto não deu vencimento. Não gostei de não ter uma suíte, talvez por falta de atenção, não vi que o banheiro era coletivo.

El alojamiento es muy cómodo, bien ubicado y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Se puede cocinar sin problema y hacer barbacoa, lo cual disfrutamos mucho. Además, Freddi fue muy atento, amable y siempre receptivo, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. No tenemos nada negativo que destacar, todo fue muy bien durante nuestra estancia.

O quintal grande e cheio de plantas deixa o ambiente bem gostoso. Acredito que como estavam fazendo uma limpeza no quintal estava um pouco sujo, mas nada que atrapalhasse.

Paula (7/5): Good for the money... - The house is big and comfortable. Fredd and Malena are nice. Lots of space... polyester sheet polyester cover pillows without a cover sheet - just polyester blanket and duvet in a temperature more than 30° is crazy for us, a small light beside the bed could be good as well as small bin in the room.
