• Matthew (8/5): Great stay. - The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Madrid. It has all the basic facilities and I had a very comfortable stay. I would certainly stay there again. There are a number of apartments in the same passage and one could hear guests in the other apartments especially during the night.
• Ana-maria (8/5): Great location, clean and value for your money. - The location is fantastic. Friendly staff met us at the door to show us in. The property is clean and spacious with a terrace. Kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. The shower is in need of some minor repairs.

• Carina (7/5): Good - Good location, not too small. Has kitchenette with basic stuff. Changed towels in the middle of the stay. Has A/C. It's not noisy. Smells like tobacco all the time, the balcony is shared unlike what is shown on the pictures. Not enough shampoo and body wash. The phone number given does not work, the check-in was only made possible more than 15 minutes after the hour announced even though we asked for early check-in and the host agreed, so more than 1:15 hours late. The inside door needs to be pulled to open which was not clear.

If you any nice or fully functional amenities, go elsewhere. - Great location was the only positive There was a poop smell from the bathroom that wouldn’t go away, bad kitchen equipment with no instructions for non Portuguese readers, no instructions for the heater, and no balcony as we paid for. We had to ask for a fry pan that wasn’t caked on burnt which they did leave us for the next day. Nobody actually works there, it’s check in and out solo. Construction workers were on our “balcony” which in no way, shape or form was a garden view balcony as the listing showed. No credit was given back even though we paid for the “balcony garden view”
• Zanna (4/5): Everything would be ok if not the renovation. - Location. The terace was under renovation, but this was not specified in booking. Construcrion workers working during the day. The dust and smell was bad and opening windows to terace made it worse. Also lound bangs during the first night of stay. Not sure what it was.
• Donald (5/5): Great location but accommodations were minimal - Great location. Close to metro, hop on hop off bus, shopping and resturants Directions unclear. Made multiple calls to owner ir manager before we got a text response. Waited outside in the rain nearly 2 hours before we could find it and gain access. On booking site it appeared that this was a hotel, it was actually old apartment building above businesses and nightclubs that had individual rooms turned into Small airbnb units. The "garden" area was a small piece of I door outdoor carpet and a couple of patio chairs covered in dust and construction debris from nearby construction job. Stairs were difficult to navigate with luggage. Walked out alone one night for water and snacks from small nearby market and was propositioned by street workers. Surprising because we were so close to nice shopping and restaurants.

• Sadie (7/5): Good - Great location, nice to have some outside space, Good little kitchen Host communication on how to find and get into the property was poor. There was actually someone there during the day, but they did not send us the address or any instructions
