Anzisca (3/5): Poor - The location is good. The house is clean and comfy. The agency was not transparent about the additional R2000 deposit required on top of the booking fee you see on booking.com. There was no way to cancel on finding out about the deposit because this booking is not refundable. Now they refuse to pay back the deposit because they found "scratches" on the dining room table. And they are suggesting that my kids were drawing on the table by sharing a picture on a page they found in the house. I find this extremely opportunistic. We never sat at the dining table. Not did my kids play there and now they claim they need R2000 to repair scratches on a century old wooden table that I am sure has thousands of lived scratches. I am extremely disappointed and I feel misled.
