• Rosetta (8/5): - Appartement très bien entretenu et bien équipé. Emplacement parfait à 10mn du centre historique et proche de la gare routière avec des bus qui vous déposent dans des beaux endroits à visiter. Spiros était très sympathique et disponible. Manque des pinces à linge pour étendre le linge. Canapé un peu vieillot, on sent les ressorts.
• Ben (10/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt für 1 Woche zu zweit, zentral gelegen aber nachts auch ruhig. Spiros hat uns super herzlich gleich mit Tipps und Empfehlungen empfangen und war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet! Das WLAN hätte vielleicht ein bisschen besser sein können und die Couch ist nicht mehr perfekt gepolstert aber erfüllt ihren Zweck 👍
• Marty (10/5): - Velmi příjemné a moderní ubytování v těsné blízkosti historického centra hlavního města Korfu. Čisté, pohodlné a snadno dostupné ubytování s balkónem do klidného vnitrobloku. Perfektní hostitel Spiros Karvounis, který nám ve všem vyšel vstříc a byl nám nonstop k dispozici. Výrazně doporučujeme.
• Dana (9/5): - Perfekte Lage, nettes Viertel, sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Alles da, was man zu zweit für ein paar Tage braucht. WLAN war nur mäßig.
• Chiara (10/5): Bellissimo soggiorno - Appartamento curatissimo nel centro di Kerkira. Spiros è gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. La posizione è ottima sia per visitate le spiagge ( massimo un'ora di distanza per ogni parte dell'isola) e comodo per la sera per uscire senza dover riprendere la macchina.
• Constanza (10/5): Vacaciones en Corfu - Fue una estadía muy agradable, la ubicación excelente cerca del centro, del puerto (si usas ferry) y del aeropuerto. El departamento muy bien equipado, tal como se ve en las fotos y Spiros fue muy amable y nos ofreció su ayuda si necesitábamos algo, nos recomendó playas y restaurantes.

• Rastko (10/5): Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Trip in Korfu! - Sensationelle Unterkunft in top Lage! Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Trip auf Korfu benötigt. Einige Minuten Fußweg von der schönen Altstadt entfernt. Der Host Spiros ist ein sehr herzlicher und warmer Mensch, der uns bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr unterstütz hat! Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Bei unserem nächsten Korfu Aufenthalt wissen wir schonmal wo es für uns hingehen wird!

• Igeto (10/5): Great apartment 10/10 value for money - Even though we couldn't pick up the keys ourselves, Spiros communicated with us and arrived on time, which was when we agreed to pick up. The apartment exceeded our expectations in everything, location, cleanliness and comfort. I have to say it's one of the best accommodations we've stayed in and it is the only one so far that looked better in person than in the pictures. There is no dedicated parking spot, but that's not a unique problem for this accommodation as it is a problem throughout Corfu town, and the accommodation is at the entrance of the town in a dead-end alley which made it easier to find a spot, so we didn't have too much trouble, there's also some parking lots nearby.
• Eabha (10/5): Amazing Apartment! - The facilities in this apartment exceeded expectations, aswell as the hospitality of the host. The air conditioning was in both the living room and bedroom. The washing machine, kitchen and cooking facilities were exceptional. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was also great. We had an amazing stay!
• Gabriela (10/5): A great stay! - The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the center. The apartment is facing a courtyard so it's very quiet during the night (no noise for 7 nights). It has a lovely decor, with a great kitchen and it looks exactly like the pictures. Spiros, the host, was amazing, he recommended a lot of restaurants, beaches to go to. We tried a lot of them and they did not disappoint. We will definitely return! We had everything, nothing was missed.

• Alexandra (10/5): The perfect vacation! - The property looks exactly like the pictures, it is very clean and has a Greek vibe to it. The location is just perfect, just a 10-15 min walk to the old town and 15 minutes on foot away from the central Green Bus station if you are looking to visit the island by public transportation. There are other 2 bus stops even closer to the location (3 and 5 minutes away). The host is extremely kind and is at your disposal for everything you may need. His recommendations of the beaches to visit and restaurants to eat at are not to be missed.
• Wilma (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment was so central to all the attractions. The sun was on the balcony afternoon/evening which was lovely to sit out and have a drink in the evening.

Spiros and his wife are lovely people, always ready to help us and make our stay even more enjoyable. Needless to say, we loved it here

It is quiet and conveniently located in some hundred meters from San Rocco. You will find many devices and equipment in the bathroom and the kitchen that will make your stay homelike.
