• Nenad (10/5): Nice vacation. Perfect location. Great impressions! - Location, just superb! Beach is on 30 seconds walk from the apartment. For me, very big thing - Faucets, with drinking water, are all over the premises, and on the beginning of every apartment approach, every terrace.... Very nice! Friendly and domestic atmosphere around the premises. City and groceries are near. Beach is peaceful, not many people. Two sun-beads, two chairs and a sun-umbrella were waiting on the beach for us, just for the users of the apartment. Terrace is big. And the view from the terrace...wow. Kitchen appliances very satisfying. Dishes of all sizes.... If necessary, constant contact with owners is available. Couple of days before trip, owners contacted us and shared all needed details and info about the location and app's they use, and can be reached on. In upper room, auto traffic can get loud with open terrace door. But there is an air condition in the room and it can be fixed by closing the door. Friendly suggest would be to add a cutting board, a vegetable peeler and any kind of a knife sharpener in the kitchen.
• Stefania (10/5): La pace - L'appartamento è dotato di tutto e si trova in un posto tranquillissimo, pace assoluta, con la spiaggia letteralmente sotto casa. I gestori non parlano inglese, ma sono super gentili ed accoglienti. Il supermercato ed i negozi ed il centro di Neos Marmaras sono raggiungibili a circa 3km, in auto. All'inizio pensavamo di cambiare spiaggia ogni giorno, ma si stava talmente bene qui, con la spiaggetta "privata" e con pochissima gente intorno, che di giorno non ci siamo mai mossi (venivamo da una settimana di tour della Grecia del nord). L'unica pecca è la vicinanza della strada che porta a Neos Marmaras: dalla stanza matrimoniale si sente passare il traffico, se si lasciano le finestre aperte (ma basta chiuderle e, in caso di bisogno, accendere il climatizzatore e non si sente più nulla)

• Fabiola (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable and well-equipped flat, terrace with beautiful sea view. And the best thing is that after walking through the garden you reach a wonderful almost empty beach. The descent to the sea is extremely gentle, long shallow and the water is crystal clear. The place is ideal for children, great for snorkelling. The owners are very nice, they recommended us a lot of interesting places to visit and good restaurants. We highly recommend this place.
• Jelena (10/5): Exceptional - Nice tide rental apartment for peaceful family vacation, inside of the charming older kompleks of greeks familys personal vacation vilas, on the peaceful property directly on the beach, far from crowd. Lovely hosts and other neighber greek familys that generally are there only by weekend, all generations together. From your bed to sea 25m thrue your personal pasage to your personal beach chairs and parasol. All so private, isolated, peaceful, so as we like. We had great restfull vacation for our family.
• Radek (9/5): Superb - A very laid-back style of the entire property which is owned by about 15 owners from one large family It is like coming 30 years back in time but in a nice way The owners are one community where everyone knows the others and is willing to help Very friendly owners and their old parents (who speak only Greek but are so nice it does not matter) Splendid view from the terrace, so so BEAUTIFUL - I could spend hours gazing on the sea from the terrace!! Almost private beach just 30 meters from the apartment - first 4 meters of stones (water shoes recommended), then almost white sand for at least 100 m. Swimming around is very pleasant, the sea is very calm even 100 m from the shore. Want to come back again when our kids are at least 5 years old as they were also very happy there but we were constantly on alert because of the stairs Close to the great Lagomandra beach and Neo Marmaras (both just 10 min by car) Normally, we prefer luxury suites/very modern apartments and we tried this property only by chance but the location is so perfect that I want to come back, at least for several days Not suitable for families with small kids - too many stairs (the apartment is accessible by a rather steep staircase and there are two staircases in the apartment which is basically on 3 floors - not very comfortable, for adults bearable but with small kids a lot of trouble/injury risks
• Julia (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect. Beach is 50 steps from the apartment. Apartment is good for families with kids. Positive surprised. Owners are welcome and very kind and ready to help if you will need sth.
• Margit (10/5): Wonderful - The house is in a wonderful location, it is equipped with everything you need except a toothbrush, you don't need to bring anything! The view from the terrace is absolutely fabulous and you have access to your own beach! I recommend with love! The owner is always ready to help you if necessary! We will definitely return to this wonderful house!!! 🙂♥️🙂 A little noisy because of the road behind the house, but after the first night you get used to it.
• Elvira (9/5): Superb - Nice apartment suitable for a family with two children, equipped with all you need. The balcony of the apartment has a very nice view to the see. It is very close to the see where we had two sunbeds and an umbrella. The entrance to the see is smooth with little stones at the begining and then sand. Angelos, the owner is a very nice person ready anytime to help with advice regarding tavernas or places to visit. We had a very pleasant experience here between Greek familyes, especially our downstairs neighbours. The cleaning of the apartment can be improved
• Jovan (10/5): Exceptional - Nice location with "private" beach, since you don`t have any tourists around you, only some locals during the weekend. You have 2 loungers and umbrella waiting only for you on the beach. Beach is with rocks and grass for the first 10 meters and after that it is all sand. Apartment is on 3 levels, bottom level with kids room and bathroom, mid level with entrance, balcony and kitchen and top level with bedroom and balcony as well. All small details that you may need on your vacation are included in the room. Host is very welcoming and helpful! Bathroom could be better.
• Idoru (10/5): Coastal Paradise Sithonia lives up to its name. The way a Greek family tastes it. - We enjoyed the private beach (note: how private can a beach get) accessible from the yard (priceless), equipped by our host with lounge chairs and an umbrella (although we were preferred our own sunshade as in picture). Although the ideal seems to be thought for a family with two children, it was perfect for three adults. In terms of equipment, we lacked nothing - we especially enjoyed the spacious, shaded terrace (in July). The entire property is family owned, and on weekends when they were around, we enjoyed being a part of it. It's not that we didn't like it, but it's good to know for a comfortable stay: - the road behind the property is somewhat noisy at night: if you are not tired of bathing during the day, for a restful sleep take earplugs with you. - even if it didn't bother us, there is only one bathroom, downstairs.
• Iryna (10/5): The price and quality are very good - Very kind and friendly owner. We was with small kid and he made everything that we could check in as much as possible earlier. Apartment not big but have everything that need for living! Beach very close , clean and we was alone! We are really enjoyed Road close but traffic not big. First 3-5 m entering to the sea is stones but after sand 😌

• Tasos (10/5): We will visit this apartment again for sure! - I had an amazing vacation in a spotless and lovely holiday apartment located right on the beach. The best part was the quiet and beautiful private beach, which we had free access to. It was an idyllic and rejuvenating getaway. Highly recommended!
