- Martin (10/5): - Location incredible. Restaurants, pubs, shops etc on your doorstep. It is what it is. Dont go expecting the Ritz, but if you want to stay somewhere, clean, convenient, and value for money, it's perfect.
- Maria (9/5): Sun shining, class people and the perfect accommodation to base ourselves for the wknd adventures. - The location was great. The house was very clean and comfortable. Owen was a very responsive and kind host.
- Clare (6/5): It was fine as a place to base ourselves as we spent most of the time visiting local attractions. Perfect location but p - Location
Clean Mattress in front small double room needs replacing or at least a topper. Very uncomfortable due to springs.
Needs general upgrading/ refurbishing

- Willard (9/5): - The location was exceptional. Right in the middle of everything. This made up for the issues mentioned below. A fan would have been nice.
If you are 6 feet or taller, you are almost guaranteed to hit your head going around this house. Very low doorways. It is understandable because of the age and floor plan for the unit, but it still hurts.
The beds were not comfortable.
- Claire (3/5): - The location was great - in the centre with bars and restaurants The house is extremely old-fashioned, unloved, and in need of an update. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet were dreadful. I have never stayed in such awful accommodation. No cooker. We went to use air fryer but it was dirty. The upstairs toilet was part of the bedroom so if we needd to go to the toilet in the night we went downstairs. . Do not stay here.
- Denise (10/5): - Superb location in the middle of Clifden. Fabulous bars and restaurants beside this property.
- Sandra (10/5): - Very central, clean, comfortable beds and good value. Everything you need is in the house including a washing machine & air fryer. You tube and netflixs on tv. We will be staying here again.
- Emma (7/5): Great location, comfy beds, in need of some renovations - Great location. Beds were comfortable. Would be good if you were away with other couples, less suitable for a family with small kids. We saw on photos that there was no kitchen facilities, but this could definitely do with being looked at and improved.
Had to close blinds in sky-lights for our kids and they were very dirty and covered in cobwebs and still blinds do not block out any light.
Needs renovation throughout the back bedrooms and kitchen.
Thought it was a bit overpriced.
- Amanda (8/5): Family of 4 - Really central, slap bang in the centre. As it used to be an old shop it is quirky, has everything you need apart from a stove. But there is an air fryer and to be honest there is so much around you won't starve even on a budget. Stayed here as a family of 4 with 2 kinds under 12. Spotless and bedrooms were great. No stove but had an air fryer and toaster et

- Kieran (10/5): Exceptional - Ideal location, right in the center of town.
- Stacey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Megan (10/5): Perfect location in a comfortable house - Very convenient location, right in the centre of town with access to shops, restaurants etc. Clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Nothing
- Colin (5/5): Very basic accommodation but very central. - The property was relatively inexpensive, very central and clean. The kitchen didn't have a cooker, only an air fryer, microwave and kettle. It was also like something from the sixties. The toilets were very poky and old fashioned (one was under the stairs.) The shower was tiny and seemed to have two settings - freezing or boiling. There were no sockets in two of the bedrooms, and bedrooms also lacked basic furniture like a bedside locker. One of the bedrooms more resembled a monk's cell it was so basic. It was cheap and central, and is fine if you don't mind roughing it a bit.
- Laurie (1/5): Terrible, do not stay here. This property should not be available to rent. - Location, but do not stay here, facilities are terrible. Shower was appalling, small, a normal sized person barely fits. Instructions for hot water were incomplete, I was scalded by water, then freezing cold. Kitchen is very basic, fishing shack standard. Back door did not close. No privacy from the street, blind is either up or down. Uncomfortable lounge, no dining table or chairs, just high stools at a bench. Massively overpriced.
- Linas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Caoimhe (9/5): Superb -
- Bruno (6/5): Pleasant - Nice place in Clifden. Cute little town. Well located. It sleeps 6, though there were only 3 chairs at the table. Few tools in kitchen.
- Fionnuala (5/5): Passable - Amazing location. Quiet after 10.30pm at night. There are a few things that would make the stay more comfortable. One bedroom shares a partition wall (which doesn’t go all the way to the ceiling) with the toilet. No way to block light from velux windows in two of the bedrooms.
- Joe (8/5): Very good -
- Yvonne (9/5): Superb - The location was ideal. Everything was around us. Lovely space in the house . Warm and cosy and very clean. No cooker . Just for kids meals as they would be fussy when out.
Id advise people with kids to bring a stair gate .
- Marguerite (1/5): A disgraceful place. NOT FIT FOR HUMAN IT WAS in a horrible state. A DEAR BREAK. WE DIDN'T GO OUT - Location was good EVERYTHING. IT WAS WORSE THAN BAD.NO HEATING NO PRESS FOR WEARE NO COOKER. EVERYTHING UP ON WORKTOP WE FROZEN TO THE BONE.
- Paetz (8/5): Very good -
- Tim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jane (9/5): Lovely house in a fantastic location – highly recommended. - Very comfortable, clean and so central right in the middle of Clifden market Street. Just a few few steps away from some beautiful restaurants and pubs – not to mention the Connemara Seaweed and Thermal Spa just across the road.We saw some amazing live music in Ravi’s, also across the road.
The bedrooms were very quiet and the beds comfortable. We will certainly stay there again.
- Jospeh (9/5): Superb - The Pink Door is superbly located, right on the square, close to everything. Host was very helpful and responsive. Tea and coffee available. We'll definitely be back and will recommend.
