• Renzo (7/5): - Appartamento abbastanza confortevole per quattro persone, anche se privo del soggiorno descritto su booking.com. Camere ampie e ben insonorizzate. Potenzialmente rifornito e completo nelle dotazioni. Ottima la posizione è la vicinanza alle spiagge. Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato ma carente di manutenzione: - Piastra ad induzione con solo due fuochi funzionanti. -Antina doccia che fuori esce dai cardini. Ridotta privacy del bagno, con finestrella direttamente in affacio sulle scale condominiali. L'adiacenza all'aurelia è la collocazione al primo piano rendono necessaria la chiusura delle finestre durante la notte. Uno solo mazzo di chiavi rende complicata la gestione degli accessi per quattro adulti.

• Bogdan (7/5): Interesting experience - Location that was near the beach with a great access to beach facilities and the nearby restaurants. The apartment has a nice charm, well equipped and a nearby grocery. - humidity in the building; - bathroom window on the stairway hall, you could hear people doing stuff :)); - not being able to use the elevator(private); - the bike room was a challenge to access, narrow stairs, 3 doors to open; - parking was within 12 mins walk; - number of keys we had to use/handle and only one set of keys which creates some discomfort for a family. - money/value is not quite justified.

• Beatrice (8/5): Top, amo noi - Ottima posizione, appartamento luminoso, buona l'insonorizzazione. Apprezzatissimo il topper!!! Abbiamo dormito benissimo. Cambierei la posizione del locker, o quantomeno starei attenta a pulirlo bene se gli uccelli fanno i propri bisogni proprio lì
