• DEBRA (10/5): it was ideal for 2 of us (parent and young adult son) and having a bathroom each was a bonus - very helpful staff. quiet area. central location for exploring historical sites and coast. very well equipped apartment.

• Paul (5/5): - Chambres et salon spacieux. Bon emplacement, quartier calme Cuisine équipée Lits étroits pour 2 personnes. Un des lits est très inconfortable. très difficile de manger à 4 sur la table. Manque de finition au sol etc Salles de bain très petites Problème de réseau entraînant des difficultés pour regarder correctement la TV.

• Jeremy (7/5): Great for a lads weekend away, females might find it hard. - Our friends were camping so this was a step up for us. The finish of the property is to best describe it shabby, when you look at it, one of the toilet's isn't screwed to the floor and when it rained the same toilet's extractor leaks water into the onsuite.

• Sarah (7/5): Its a nice little flat but the beds were disappointing. My parents in their 80s did struggle! - Lots of TVs! Beds are small doubles, and surrounded by walls on 3 sides which meant us climbing over each other to get in and out.
• Samantha (6/5): Good value for money - It was very clean. The rooms were spacious and it was good value for money. Good clear communication. The bathrooms were very small with trip hazards The door into the building was heavy and closed very quickly trapping my foot as I was struggling with luggage. Street lighting went off early and it was pitch black when returning home Beds were very small, not a standard double which meant 1 of us had to sleep on the sofa

• Dennis (8/5): Easy and flexible stay - Easy checkin, flexibility was great (especially while traveling through, the key code, arrival time, departure time and free parking lot made it very relaxt for us), convenient 2-bedroom appartment. Both rooms have their own private shower and are connected to a shared living room with TV, connected to the hallway and a separate kitchen. Environment/location is quiet, relaxt, easy vibes with a park across the street. A minor recommendation: for a longer stay, a few more glasses, tea glasses, pans, pottery and kitchen supplies could be convenient

• Mashonganyika (9/5): It was an amazing experience, owners are very nice and polite and welcoming. This was probably one of my favourite apart - Very nice and modern look, bedrooms perfect size with everything working and not one problem. The place was very clean with everything supplied for such as towels soap. Only thing we had problems with is trying to turn on the led strip lights. But that wasn’t to much of a priority.
• Jason (5/5): Waste of time and money.. dirty.. budget and awful - Heating and that’s about it.. Beds are old, springy and dirty.. they don’t bother cleaning properly.. I lifted the mattress up and there was baby dummies etc underneath.. it’s very unclean round the edges.. It’s above an Indian takeaway and the car park isn’t secure at all.. very risky if you’re parking at the property.. Certain lights didn’t work.. they focus to much on irrelevant technology like automatic bins and charging tables next to the bed .. whereas if they actually cleaned the flat rather than buying rubbish people don’t even want it would be an ‘ok’ place to stay.. Beds are stupidly small for a couple.. you can barely fit.. it’s a large single bed so be aware of this… Owner of the flat has left their own shower gels and shampoo etc in the bathrooms which is just unhygienic and odd.. The entrance to the flat is up a dirty stairwell round the back of the shops.. very dark at night and also slippery when it’s wet outside.. If I were you I’d pay the extra and stay somewhere else.. they quite clearly rushed this place because they want the money. Oh yeah.. and they have a damp and mould issue which wasn’t great for my asthma

• Sakarombe (7/5): Good - 1. The flat was very clean. 2. Everything worked well, the heating and lighting. 3. Keyless door is great 4. I loved the steamer as I needed to iron my clothes 1. There were not enough towels. A bathsheet would be a great addition. 2. The entrance to the flat puts one off. 3. None of us could connect our phones or devices, I was booted off the network after a while and could not connect. This was really upsetting as my phone had no connectivity. My son had to hotspot me 4. The bed linen was not ironed, was too creased

• Tracey (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was cosy and comfortable. I liked it was keyless entry. The flat has all the mod cons, love the charging tables. Wasn't anything we didn't like but could do with more towels..one large per person and one small as was not enough to have a proper shower...also we turned up and no wine glasses or anything, so bought some and left there..... The place was clean and tidy and only £9.00 cab ride to Felixstowe so perfect for a night or day put.

• Michelle (1/5): Grubby & not cleaned - previous guest items left in wardrobe & bathroom. - The location was convenient. It had not been cleaned thoroughly- personal items left from previous guest, it felt grimy and in the bathroom cabinet there was a cigarette butt. Also builders rubble and incomplete building work, I would certainly not describe this as a modern clean apartment.
