Charity (3/5): Frustrating and no relaxation - It was on the first floor easy to get to the pool and hot tub, the rooms were spacious and the unit accommodated our family very well. The patio furniture wasn't moved back out to the patio, the patio looked like someone dropped oil all over it, the patio furniture was filthy and rusty and needed replaced, the sofa was broken and had sand all over it, the kitchen toastet was broken, the kitchen counters had crumbs all over counter and floors, they also had a roll of toilet paper on the kitchen counter, the shower had hair on the walls, bunk bed had gold fish crackers on it, dryer vent leaked and we were told last minute until rain stopped we couldn't use dryer, took forever to find out if we could use the dryer and it was a Hazzard, very old unit that had a picture on front of dryer to explain how to empty lent that was in the back of dryer that had rusty hooks that try to cut your hand when you put it back together, the guest room has no headboard which is odd and uncomfortable for guests, it took a whole day to get parking passes after car being ticketed even though I had called 2 times and went to security 4 times RealJoy is TERRIBLE to work with to get anything done! The dresser in the master was very difficult to open the drawers, the left sink stopper in the bathroom made the sink full it didn't work so we had to take the nasty stopper out and just in general nothing was clean and maintenance was needed heavily and updates and upgrades especially if you pay full price for this condo during peek time, I was thankful we got this at a discounted rate because of all the issues. No relaxation at all!
