Pauline (8/5): We loved it! It was the perfect place for us to visit family but also be able to invite them over to see us. We would de - The property was charming! We loved the well equipped kitchen, the wood burning stove, the modern bathroom and the comfortable bed. The heat worked really well and we were able to control it easily. These are minor things but it would have been nice to have a Bluetooth speaker in the property so we could have played music. And a better coffee maker would have been appreciated. We used the cafetière which was fine but a simple drip machine would have been better. There was a pod machine but it required purchasing pods from the owners - we couldn’t find them in the grocery stores. The bedrooms had fantastic closet space but very few coat hangers. I think there were only 8-10 hangers which wasn’t enough for two people for a week. It also wasn’t clear what to do with the trash so we just took it with us. It might have been helpful to have had contact info for the owners. They left a very helpful guide with offers to answer any questions but there was no way to get in touch with them.

Hazel (9/5): Superb - Beautifully appointed everything that you could possibly need was available Spotlessly clean Very comfortable The location was perfect with local pubs on the doorstep providing excellent food Due to the high rainfall the farmers fields above the cottage had a constant stream of groundwater making the 30m walk from parking to the cottage challenging to say the least but this did not affect our absolute pleasure in our choice
