• Nick (9/5): Een echte aanrader. Niet de goedkoopste, maar zijn geld waard! - De locatie middenin het centrum is geweldig! Het zwembad is niet groot, maar prima om even lekker af te koelen.

• Jhnc76 (8/5): Emplacement, logement parfait mais bruyant - Emplacement parfait, pour des personnes agées ne pouvant pas beaucoup marcher, tout était a moins de 5/10 minutes à pied. La ruelle qui est assez bruyante, une petite isolation supplémentaire pourrait être envisagée.

• Chiel (10/5): Perfect. - Locatie en het dakterras Alles was goed, echter zijn er 2 verbeter punten: meer wc papier, en het water van het zwembad was redelijk koud, en geen asbak aanwezig.

• Catherine (8/5): Beautiful house and location - The location couldn’t be better and the layout is great - the separate floors for each bedroom and bathroom work so well and the downstairs living/kitchen area is comfortable and stylish. If the weather had been better we’d have used the gorgeous roof terrace too. Staff respond immediately and were very helpful when we needed them - thank you for a wonderful stay. The noise from the street is very loud and not something we’d considered - but would stop us from returning. From voices in the street after a very late night out, keg deliveries being rolled to establishments very early in the mornings, bottle banks being emptied very early etc. just be aware that your sleep will be disturbed. But it’s the only negative for us 😊

Am folosit găleată cu apa ca sa "tragem apa" Fierul de călcat nu functiona

• FLORENCE (8/5): Beau logement, magnifique ville de Séville - Le logement est très agréable, les lits sont très confortables, l'emplacement est idéale pour visiter la ville, à deux pas de la cathedrale. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits, et malheureusement l'ascenseur qui désert les étages était en panne, nous n'avons pas pu profiter pleinement du toit terrasse car les escaliers sont un peu raides, nous étions avec notre petit fils de 2 ans. dommage !!
• Stan (8/5): Problemen netjes opgelost en toplocatie qua ligging en mooi oud huis. - De aparte slaapkamers, bijna appartementen zo ruim en luxe. Wij hadden pech met het weer, geen gebruik van dakterras kunnen maken en lekkages door regen.

• Dario (9/5): - Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Lage war sehr gut man ist von allem nicht weit entfernt. Die Lager war ansich Top doch für Familie mit klein Kind ist es zu laut. Die Unterkunft muss besser beschrieben werden wir dachten es sei alles auf einere Etage doch es ist auf 4 Etagen gebaut.

• Chris (9/5): - There was plenty of space for a large family and friend group. The organization of this property was vertical (4 floors and a rooftop patio). There was a lift fortunately. The ground floor was the kitchen, half bath, and a living room. The 3 floors above each had a full sized bed and single bed and a full bath on each floor so each group had their own full bath. All floors had their own AC except for the ground floor and it was always comfortable (even when outdoor temps reached 107 F). The rooftop patio was great with a beautiful view of the Cathedral. However, while we were there, it got dark so late that we only had brief periods to enjoy when it was cool enough. The location was exceptional and the surrounding neighborhood had innumerable restaurants and stores. Some street noise from revelry and clean up at the surrounding bars late at night.
• Anne (10/5): Stunning, well-designed accommodation in central Seville, ideal for a group of friends - Wonderful apartment in a fabulous area of Seville, a few minutes' walk from the cathedral and Alcazar Palace and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. We booked this for a birthday celebration with friends and it was perfect for our needs. Things we particularly appreciated were: 1. Excellent communication before and during the stay from friendly hosts 2. The most comfortable super king beds we'd ever stayed in and air conditioning in all the bedrooms - essential in the summer months 3. The beautiful roof top area and plunge pool with views across Seville 4. The great location and local food - we particularly enjoyed El Pinton restaurant which was almost next door 5. The tasteful decor and high levels of cleanliness. The heatwave during our stay meant that the rooftop was too hot and exposed to enjoy for a lot of the day, and as a group of seven, some additional shade in addition to the one large parasol would have been welcome. It was also quite noisy in the mornings with the bin lorries collecting glass from local restaurants. However, on balance I'd highly recommend this apartment to others considering a stay in Seville.

The 3 apartments were perfect for our group trip, with a gorgeous terrace that was perfect for catching some winter sun. The hosts were very accommodating and replied quickly with any queries I had.

• Jo (9/5): Beautiful city centre 4 storey apartment with sun terrace and pool. - Beautiful 4 storey traditional building in the heart of Seville. Winding stone staircase at the heart of the property to take you from ground floor lounge and kitchen up to the following three floors of bedrooms. All laid out with large double or king bed,plus single bed around the corner, and ensuite bathroom. On the top floor /roof is a lovely terrace with sun recliners and plunge pool..with views of the cathedral from your sunbed! All floors are also serviced by a central apartment lift so no need to use the stairs if you dont want! Kitchen is well equipped with microwave, oven, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher and all utensils etc. Hosts were in contact prior to arrival with check in info and after our first night to check all was ok. Great service and holiday. We would certainly stop here again :) There is nothing not to like, but to note the apartment is situated in a street with restaurants and bars that are open to midnight-ish with 8am cleaning and deliveries taking place! Its bedroom windows, shutters and standing balconies overlook the street and its great to watch the world - both local and tourist - unfold underneath you!

• Claudia (10/5): Beautiful newly renovated house in the heart of Sevilla - Location, beautiful design, roof terrace with cathedral view, elevator inside the house, fully furnished the kitchen Just the memoryform pillows that for me were too high, but this is very personal... all the rest was exceptional, new and very confortable
• Tarrant (9/5): Superb - we arrived in Seville an hour before check-in time but the room was ready and we were allowed to check-in - truly appreciated and grateful for it. Location is amazing - three minute walk to the cathedral and 15 minutes to Plaza De Espana. Best way to reach the staff is by telephone. Loved the full size fridge, washer and dryer, and the bedroom layout which was adequate for our family.
