• Kath (8/5): We did enjoy our stay & would recommend the property to people. The main issue was the bed problem - Our host Sarah was exceptional with answering queries we had after we had booked the property. The layout of the property was excellent. The property had everything we needed for our stay. It was good also that there were separate recycling bins. It was lovely & cozy in the evening when we closed the blinds & had the lamps on. The Bed in the back bedroom was extremely uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep properly as it gave us sore backs The mattress was very soft it felt like the springs were flattened & we could feel the base underneath. The other double bed was fine so were the bunk beds. The electric hob did not work the element only heated up to barely warm. The toilet roll holder in the bathroom was loose & also placed in an awkward position
• Katrina (9/5): Relaxing, home from home. - The welsh cakes, milk and magnums were nice treats. Having spice rack, salt and pepper, coffee, sugar, tea bags, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, handwash provided was great. Could just arrive and relax. Maybe a slightly longer handrail on stairs. It ends about 2 steps down. (I have mobility issues)

• Locket111 (10/5): - Beautiful accommodation and walking distance to most places. Very clean and cosy. Hosts were really lovely and helpful too.

Not impressed and over charged for what was provided - Location, Space, Big bathroom, plenty of of beds Dirty dishes including glass try that was matted in oil, Dirty towels left from previous occupancy, No washing machine, Light in bedroom no working, Heating kept getting turned down and I suspect that was done remotely by owners because the heating system has the ability to be controlled remotely. Kids and I were freezing.

Bed we were in ,mattress seems bit too wobbly, and poor springs, maybe needs a changeof mattress? Thermostat for heating in dining room didn't work on the plus button, so couldn't turn heat up..so had to message owner to turn up/,on,,which she did quickly and obligatingly..but think Thermostat needs attention?

• Meher (9/5): - Really appreciated all the little touches like Welsh cakes, generous amount of tea, coffee, milk etc. Made it so much easier as we arrived quite late. It was only a short walk to the promenade. This is good accommodation for friends and family on holiday and we fully endorse it as an option. The only complaint was that all the bed mattresses and pillows were too soft, that was a common agreement amongst all the family. Would have appreciated at least a choice of pillows maybe?

• Sadie (10/5): Modern, spotlessly clean house in a perfect location - Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and everything you could possible need for a great stay. Great communication by hosts and little extra touches to make you feel welcome. We especially liked all the information provided and tips on what to see in the local area. Nothing, everything was well thought out and perfect.

There was nothing we didn't like, but my little one, who is just under 1 year old, kept making a bee line for the stairs. As the property is advertised for families i feel it would benefit from a child gate at the bottom of the stairs.

• Riina (7/5): Good - Great location and good new kitchen. Easy to found and get a keys. Flat was really noisy. All sound from another flat come from directly to the rooms. Living room sofas was really old and uncomfortable.

• Verena (3/5): Poor - I liked the location and at first sight the interior of the flat. We had an absolutely awful time in the flat, because there was another flat upstairs and those people were incredibly loud at night. I contacted the owner and apparently she had a word, but that didn't change much the 2nd night There was a towel for each of us but the bottom ones were really smelly. The sofas in the living room were held together by ropes. The TV had every app you could think of, but no BBC or iplayer. The kids bedroom had lamps by the bed with USB plug, but nowhere to plug them in.

• Ashley (10/5): Excellent location, spacious and clean - Very spacious. High quality amenities, bedding, towels etc. clean and tidy and great location to walk everywhere. Property itself is great however the floors are Very thin and can hear every Step.
