- Aguilar (5/5): El precio de la cabaña no vale la estadía, es un lugar más de ir a desayunar y luego irse. - Las instalaciones de áreas comunes son amplias y cuidadas Las cabañas son demasiados pequeñas para precio/calidad. No hay opción de desayuno aparte del típico incluido, las demás se cobran aparte. Las actividades como ver las aves no están incluidos en la reservación, en general se siente q se tiene q pagar extra por todo. Hay un sentimiento de ser estafado todo el tiempo por frases como spa gratis, pero al llegar al lugar se paga $7 por la entrada. Las disposiciones de las hamacas no son acogedoras. La atención al cliente a través de la plataforma booking es deficiente. Todo esto hace q el cliente no regrese.

- Ilsa (9/5): - The location and the hotel are beautiful. The staff is friendly and everything is very clean and tidy. The landscaping is beautiful. My kids enjoyed the animal sanctuary and the gardens a lot. the service in the restaurant is very slow, but the food is good. We would appreciate coffee in the cabins.
- MANUEL ROSALES (9/5): comoda y tranquila - nos gusto todo del hotel, los felicito por el excelente cuido a los animales, los encargados de ello se les nota el compromiso en el cuido y el cariño que le dan a los animalitos. deben tener cuidado, en la limpieza de las camas y ropa de cama, ya que los huéspedes pet lovers dejan que sus animales duerman en las camas y eso puede ser peligroso
- GUEZ (4/5): Meh - El lugar en general es lindo La habitacion estaba sucia, habia un cementerio de hormigas en la ducha y en la luz de la ducha. Las toallas estaban sucias o manchadas. La ducha se emposaba. El internet funcionaba muy mal. Se escuchaba todo el ruido de la carretera, de las otras habitaciones y habían varias habitaciones con música y personas hablando muy alto.

- Rebeca (1/5): Mold infested motel. - The hotel bedrooms are full of mold. Including mattress. I’m asking for a full refund. Booking.com should remove this hotel as an option as it jeopardize the safety and health of my family. Please refund to avoid further allegations.
- Daisy (1/5): We will never return to this place. - Do not stay in this place. The staff stole my daughters jeans and some fruit that was gifted to me. The place is dirty and the showers do not work properly. Also the beds are super hard and the bedding is not good quality.

- Liliya (7/5): A good stay - I like that this hotel is designed in a cabin-style layout. The breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. We had dinner there one night, and it was also enjoyable. However, everything closes at 7 PM, and there isn’t much to do after it gets dark around 5:30 PM. One day, we didn’t have hot water, which was a bit inconvenient, especially since it was chilly outside. It would also be great to have a hairdryer available in the rooms. The bottoms of our swimsuits were stolen from the chairs right next to our door- which was weird and strange.
