Sheila (3/5): Poor - Tv was not working remote control didnt have batteries. We bought ourselves thinking tv will work very disppoint not working at all. There were cockraoches around one death in the kitchen cabinet wow. Ask batteries for remote control took longer time to reply plus need to repeat again again never got it. Finally we bought the batteries ourshelves.

Anonymous (1/5): Won't recommend to stay here - Walking distance to Petronas Towers The property has signs all around that short rentals are not allowed. Not sure then how Pureloft is advertising the apartments on Booking.com. The process of checking in for someone to meet you outside the building and drive your luggage inside, it is all very cumbersome when you are in a group of 7 people. Also the room was cockroach infested, very dirty towels, had to get the bedsheets changed, stinky bathroom. For check out we again had to coordinate with a person to get of the building as you are not allowed to just walk out with luggage, else we were informed by the host that there is RM200 fine (this was not disclosed at the time of booking). But despite spending multiple messages the person didn't show up on time so we had walk out anyway to get to the airport on time.

Saminy (1/5): I would not recommend this place to anyone. - The management claiming they were making updates and After checking out, I messaged the management regarding a refund, but they never responded There was absolutely nothing I liked about this apartment. The service was extremely poor, despite the management claiming they were making updates. Unfortunately, many of the facilities were either broken or unusable. The hair dryer didn’t work, the heater was out of order, and the TV was completely non-functional. Most of the equipment was old and poorly maintained. Heavy materials were used to cover the windows, which made the place feel even more uncomfortable. Shockingly, part of the plaster ceiling near the window actually collapsed. I have never stayed in a hotel or apartment in such bad condition in my life. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

There were cockroaches, it hadn’t been properly cleaned before check-in, and the TV and remote control were both not working. On top of that, no free parking was provided — we had to pay RM20.00 per day just to get a parking card. Very disappointing overall.

Hafizah (10/5): Across the street from the twin towers. - We were literally across the street from Suria KLCC, as soon you take the elevator to ground floor, you can already see the Petronas Twin Towers. Absolutely amazing location with a 7-11 downstairs. For the quality of the unit we got, we believe we scammed the hosts! The prices are insanely good value. All good
Mohanish (1/5): Pathetic stay, unit is not maintained and very unhygienic place. Rooms not same as shown in pics. - Nothing. We were asked to wait for check-in, we waited until 7pm and when we reached, the entire unit was messy and the cleaner started cleaning room after we reached the unit. No toiletries were provided. Agent did not care to provide. Even hand wash was not available. Room was stinking, washrooms were stinking. we booked 3 bedroom deluxe apartment but got only 2 rooms, the 3rd room didn't even had any door. Living room had terrible furniture. All dining table chair were dangling. Even sofa was stinky and shaken.

Hussein (10/5): Convenient and comfortable. - The location of the building is excellent. A short walk from KLCC, plenty of food options around. Rooms felt luxurious and bright with a beautiful skyline view. There are many hosts at the building, made it quite hard for grab to locate the exact location :(
Weng (3/5): Aweful - The close proximity to KLCC (~10 minutes walk) and Pavillion (~15 mins walk). Convenient to get hired cars too. Extremely disappointed with my experience. We arrived and was told not ready at 2pm (stated 3pm so it's ok) try check-in at 5:15 p.m., only to find that the place had not been properly housekept from the previous guest. While waiting in the room during the cleaning, it was clear that the housekeeping was done in a very casual manner. When we were finally handed over the room, the floor was still dirty, the bathroom had visible dirt everywhere, and there was rubbish under the bed. The photos I’ve attached were the condition of the room at 5:45 p.m. after waiting from 3:00 p.m. (as stated in the posting) until 5:15 p.m. just hanging around KLCC. Despite being told that the room would be ready by 5:15 p.m., this was nothing short of a huge letdown."
