• Samantha (7/5): Consiglio per soggiorni brevi se si vuole spendere poco e dormire in un posto decente - Posizione Buona in centro comoda per spostarsi con i mezzi o a piedi. Appartamento carino e accogliente peccato per i servizi igienici separati al l’appartamento. Il lavandino del bagno era otturato e non scendeva bene l’acqua. l’edificio all’esterno è abbastanza inquietante

• Andrea (8/5): Very good - We absolutely loved the apartment! It was warm and cosy and we absolutely loved the atmosphere. It made you feel like home and we enjoyed our time there! It is 100% recommended for anyone that wish to stay there!! We had to leave

• Russu (7/5): Good - Maybe it is my fault, but the allocated room had the restroom and bathroom with access from outside the main room and that was a big inconvenience for me personally in terms of privacy. Otherwise the property fully met my expectations.

• Eddie (4/5): I will never come again to L1 apartments - I only liked the place, close to M2 and for going to my work I had only to take busses 8E and 277 I had no kitchen, no water cooker, na table to work on, no chair. The TV didn't work properly, when I was watchin Netflix it suddenly changed the programm.

• Katy (7/5): Good - Great location, beautiful flat with modern furniture, comfortable bed, TV with Netflix and co It wasn’t the cleanest, in general everything seems to be fine but behind the sofa and bed it was dirty. Really uncomfortable was the hair in the bed. The location is great but also not the best but pretty close to the city and a lot of sights. The house is relatively old and wasn’t renovated in a long time but it didn’t bother us that much because the flat is modern. Unfortunately the pots were missing in the kitchen, there was just one but it was so burned that you couldn’t use it anymore…that made cooking difficult.

• L.a.t.a (5/5): Passable - -The owner of the property is very responsive and because of the self check-in system, you have to follow the steps that they send you (which is very clear ) yet they stayed with me online although we contacted via chat. They where available to answer all the questions and i never had to wait to get a response. - The location is more than great, you are a bus or a tram or a metro ride away from every single thing you want to see in the city. - the place is provided with everything one might need in an apartment. -The appartement has a private bathroom and toilet but they are outside the room -in the hallway- ( you are the only one who have the keys to them). - i would appreciate a mirror inside the room.

• Anel (8/5): Saved by chance! - The location is great, 6 min away from the metro, tramway, and nearer other bus stops. Near a market and some restaurants. Is very easy to move around and the room is super cozy and cute! When we arrived, in the middle of the night, we tried opening the main door but the keypad displayed an error and was unresponsive afterward so we got stuck outside. Luckily a neighbor came by and let us in. We call the number host for help but sent us to voicemail.

• Jan (10/5): Exceptional - Easy self check in, easy to find, walking distance from the city center, clean and well equipped. Not the best area with homeless people sleeping right in front of the entrance every night.
