- Thembela (7/5): Good property; room for improvement in the set-up - The place was generally spacious and had all things required to make a comfortable stay. The WiFi worked well. It generally met our expectations. There was only one key provided. For a 3-bedroom place, which will obviously have multiple occupants, that is inconvenient as it means a lot of key-sharing and waking up anyone who has gone to bed early when the next people want to go sleep. I think the two single beds could be moved to the other room, swapping them. The room with the two single beds rendered the wardrobes inaccessible and overcrowded, which was inconvenient.
- Dineo (3/5): It’s Piet Retief. I didn’t expect anything better - The place was clean. That’s it. The hosts had us driving to fetch the key further from the address. We arrived and the cleaner was not done. If check in is at 2 the place must be ready at 2. The host then asked what time we are checking out I said 8am and by 7:45 they were parked outside and that made us very uncomfortable. The gate wasn’t opening cause the electricity went off and she ASKED US to open the motor for her in the rain. Also- a few hours later the host called to ask us about pillow cases that are gone of which we know nothing about
