• Hing-Ip (7/5): - Logement très bien situé à proximité du métro et du Maglev. Tout proche de restaurants et commerces. L hôte était très réactif et la femme de ménage. Équipement insuffisant pour 6 personnes : très peu d assiette, bols, couverts, verre, tasses, pas de micro ondes. D après notre hôte il faut compléter avec de la vaisselle jetable, ce qui est dommage d un point de vue écologique et pour un appartement qui se veut différent d un hotel. Les serviettes fournies étaient des serviettes jetables. Le logement était correctement propre mais sans plus.
• Ilia (10/5): - Расположение прекрасное, от квартиры до стоек регистрации на рейсы добираться пол часа Не нужно таскать чемоданы, квартира на первом этаже, в каждой комнате свой кондиционер. По мелочам ничего не скажу, были лишь одну ночь транзитом в городе, на пять человек самое оно, изучать квартиру времени не было. Вас заранее обо всём проконсультируют, а потом встретят, чтобы провести куда нужно. В целом всё понравилось и спасибо за сувенир :)

• Ekaterina Sivkova (7/5): - Местоположение чудесное - три минуты до метро и маглева. Квартира в обычных жилых домах, интересно посмотреть, как живут шанхайцы. Удобные кровати, везде кондиционеры, нет проблем с водой и туалетом. Очень приятная хозяйка, всегда на связи, старалась оперативно решить все вопросы. Соотношение цены и качества отличное. Я рекомендую к заселению, но если решится вопрос с уборкой, то будет идеальное место. Из мелочей нам не понравилось отсутствие Wi-Fi. Он подключался, но не передавал информацию. Нас выручил роуминг, но если бы его не было, была бы проблема. Хотелось бы более чистой уборки. Я понимаю, что климат приводит к плесени, но волосы в душе и грязь в центральных местах хотелось бы убрать лучше.
• Pauline (5/5): It is the worst property I experienced with booking.com - Close to subway station We are foreigners in China. The house owner instructed to wire rentals upon arrival. The owner refused to collect rent from my credit card on file with Booking.com. Due to we are fireigners without an account with the local bank, we have awful time to get the payment through. We stay outside of the apartment under hot and humid weather for almost one hour. Finally, we reached out to a local friend who paid the rent for us before we were allowed to enter the apartment. The property is filthy. Our toothbrush had a snail crowed onto it. The kitchen is full of molds and no clean cups. No tissue papers, no towels in the kitchen. The windows are covered with bedsheets to keep outside onlookers from peaking in.
• Amirhakim (7/5): nice simple stay - it is on the ground floor so no need to carry our big bags up the stairs. just walking distance to the metro station. the facilities are good … refrigerator, washing machine, stove, one of the rooms is not well maintained where the wardrobe cannot be used. internet connection is weak
