Communication was also top notch - we felt very welcomed, and everything was very clean and tidy. There’s nothing to dislike. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

- Helen (9/5): Light, stylish apartment - Lovely stylish modern apartment with comfortable beds and high quality appliances. In a quiet location, but still handy for access to railway and Laxey village centre and only a short walk to the beautiful beach. Nothing to dislike, though a few more mugs/plates would have been handy.

Its situated in a private road which is very quiet but only a short walk to the beach,pubs and two restaurants. It was so cosy we loved it. We live on the isle of Man and vist other areas for shot breaks this is by far the best place we have stayed. Parking was right outside the door, outstanding Nothing

- David (10/5): Relaxey Laxey. - Property has all the comfort of a modern apartment, it is very spacious & on my arrival spotlessly clean. The bathroom is very well planned & the shower was easy to operate & the temperature was perfect. Bedroom very spacious & the added touch of a couple of hot water bottles was very charming, heating was more than sufficient. Location to both the local CoOp was less than a 5 min walk, bus stops only a few minutes more. Laxey wheels are only 10 minutes walk away & the harbour less than a 15 minute stroll. It is worth checking out the Manx wool mill only a short stroll from the apartment,managed to pick up some great scarves,gloves & the best pair of tweed slippers that I have ever had in my life. There is a lovely walk to visit King Orrys grave which will stretch the legs after a good breakfast. Laxey had alot to offer the seasoned walker & there are some lovely undisturbed opportunities along the old mine route, near the road bridge is a hotel & a great place to start a walk towards Ballasalla. Front door requires a light, as on my arrival it was difficult to visually see the key box codes & the key hole to the front door. The door also sticks & there is a little dampeness on the wall which could become black mould. Kitchen requires a few more utensils for cooking, as l had to purchase a whisk & potato masher during my stay for completing both gravy & potato dishes for my Christmas dinner.

- Christian (10/5): Excellent - Great location for the Trams and walks , safe location and good parking for a car. Well equipped kitchen and huge TV with all the channels. Liked everything, the shower cubicle could use a shelf, but that’s being very picky.

- Christine (8/5): Lovely flat in lovely location - It was a lovely well furnished flat. Very comfortable. The double bed was very comfortable, the kids slept in there. My husband and I slept on the Z bed that was set up in living room/kitchen. There was also a sofa bed if needed. Not being able to control the heating. It was set to come on in the morning and evening but was chilly in between especially on arrival. But otherwise we managed ok and it was very warm when the heating was on. The portable heater didn't work The flat can be quite damp with condensation but they have moisture traps to help. Needs a mat to wipe feet on at front door

Owner super helpful when booking, sorting out need for our daughter and helping with our baggage. Fine with a child as the bathroom bedroom and lounge are accessed from an internal halfway so we could put her to bed then not disturb her. Less than 5 minutes to tram station for snaefell and coop so perfect for us when walking.. Nothing.

- Lee (10/5): Beautiful place to stay with serenic setting. - The location of the property was fantastic, right next to the river underneath a bridge and a very short walk to the local amenities and bus stop. It was exceptionally clean, and was nice and warm upon arrival. The shower was unreal, super powerful and hot. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
