Cały lokal oceniam jako dobry.

• Nicole (10/5): Fantastic neighborhood and comfortable flat - Great location, super comfortable bed, and AC worked perfectly. Nearby restaurants were the best too. Extra fees for checking in late or on Sundays. Guy that met us didn’t have a clue about apartment, how to get the WIFI to work, or parking being free on Sundays.

Es precioso y acogedor, pero está un poco abandonado en limpieza y cosas estropeadas o rotas que no sirven. Parece que lleva años sin visitarse por el dueño
• Noemi (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena. Te puedes desplazar andando a cualquiera de los sitios de la zona histórica y al Vaticano. El apartamento es muy coqueto. Yo si acaso, le añadiría un poco más de vajilla, alguna cazuela pequeña, alguna sartèn y un microondas. Por lo demás, todo perecto. De noche el fin de semana se oye algo de ruido de la calle pero nada que no se arregle llevando tapones para los oidos, por si acaso. Estan ia recomendable.

• Jean-Paul (7/5): - Die Lage Die Ausstattung befindet sich in einem altersbedingten Zustand mit erheblichem Modernisierungsbedarf. Die Küchenzeile war teilweise baufällig, zudem ließ sich ein Fenster nicht ordnungsgemäß schließen. Das Schlafsofa entsprach in keiner Weise unseren Erwartungen. Die Einstufung der Wohnung als „außergewöhnlich“ können wir daher nicht nachvollziehen.

• Mirjam (7/5): Ruim appartement op top lokatie! Twee slaapplaatsen, slaapbank is te slecht - Lekker ruim appartement op geweldige lokatie! Self check in werk prima. Slaapbank is niet op te slapen, appartement mag wel wat meer liefde hebben; opknapbeurt zou handig zijn. Wifi deed het niet. Verder heb ik zeker 20 berichten ontvangen van de agency, die het verhuurd. Kan wel wat minder. Uitleg was wel duidelijk.
• roberto (8/5): - La persona que nos acogió era muy amable y súper eficiente. Si necesitas algo puedes contar con ella. La ubicación en trastevere es genial. Está muy, muy cerca de la piaza Sta María en Trastevere, pero esto tiene también un inconveniente: mucho ruido hasta las 3 de la madrugada el fin de semana. Apartamento muy espacioso con muy buena calefacción. Muy limpio. Se podría mejorar mucho si se cambiarán las ventanas que dan hacia la pequeña calle. La insolación fónica es muy insuficiente y se oyen las conversaciones en la calle y por la noche cuando la gente va de copa, el ruido es muy molesto sobre todo si duermes en el sofá del salón. Un taburete más no sería un lujo superfluo...estamos 3 , y solo podían sentarse 2 para desayunar en la barra de la cocina. Un repaso de pintura vendría bien, porque el apartamento es muy bonito, pero necesita una pequeña renovación general , y quedaría espectacular.

Amamos a experiência, principalmente pela localização privilegiada que nos permitiu ir para todos os pontos turísticos a pé e ao voltar a Trastevere ainda curtir um barzinho e ótimos restaurantes! Nada a reclamar!

• Ernest (3/5): Appartement moyen, emplacement bien - L’emplacement est idéal, même si un peu bruyant L’appartement est mal entretenu, la climatisation ne marchait pas, la douche était bouchée. Ils facturent 50€ si on arrive après 23h. C’est une honte pour ce prix là.

Има кафе, кафе машина и всичко необходимо, ако искаш да си приготвиш храна. Прохладно е (бяхме в най - големите жеги - 36° ) За да се настаниш е необходимо да чакаш някой да дойде от някъде за да ти отвори. Въпреки че бяхме предупредили за час на пристигане на полета, начин на придвижване до адреса и ориентировъчно време, се наложи да чакаме над 15-20 Мин на тротоара в най - голямата жега. Апартаментът има нужда от освежителен ремонт. Няма опция да се заключиш от вътрешната страна.

• Nil Alguer Pires (10/5): - La ubicación increible y la comodidad del espacio, se agradecía tener comedor con grandes ventanales. La lavadaora no funcionaba y el aire acondicionado perdia mucha agua.
• Gimenez (4/5): Apartamento bonito pero descuidado a falta de mantenimiento - La ubicación y la persona que vino a entregar las llaves que fue súper amable y gentil. Es sofá cama era muy incómodo, las luces del apartamento no funcionaban, el aire acondicionado tampoco tuvimos que limpiar los filtros porque estaban tan sucios que no salía aire, el grifo de la cocina gotea constantemente y tuvimos que poner una toalla para poder dormir. En general el apartamento está descuidado y bastante sucio. Las aspas del ventilador estaban negras y llenas de pelusas. Los enchufes rotos y en el salón no funcionaba ninguna luz solo la de la cocina. También como negativo comentaría el ruido de la calle no deja dormir a la persona que duerme en el salón.

Au pied des restos et de la vie animée (sans être gêné par le bruit pour autant). La literie... pas très confortable. Et le manque de propreté. Rien de grave, juste du détail.

• Jayne (10/5): Good area, functional apartment. - Great area, Trastevere has a lovely vibe to it with some great eateries. The property has everything you could need and the host Feven was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a good apartment in a nice location.
• Regine (1/5): So disappointing - The only thing that I can say about this place is that the location is perfect. The price was decent for what is it and where it is but I would stay in the neighborhood at a different place next time. The management of this place is disastrous. I asked if I could arrive before the 3pm check in time only to drop off my luggage and I was told to arrive between 10 and 11am which I did but no one was there. I contacted the agency and was told the people hadn't left the apartment yet and was asked to wait at a cafe which I did until noon. I met with the person from the agency who gave me the keys and showed me around the apartment. I noticed the bathroom sink was clogged which I mentioned. At first she said, she'll have someone fix it but then this changed to the water drains, it's just slow. Then I was asked to pay an extra 35 euros because I was checking in on a Sunday. She couldn't find the message that she said I had received requesting that amount to be paid so she said it can be done later. I left again the apartment and went to another cafe while I waited for the apartment to be cleaned. At 3pm (check in time), I go in and the apartment hasn't been cleaned yet and no one is there. And she had left a window wide open before leaving and there were a lot of flies. I contacted the agency to let them know that no one had shown up yet and it was unacceptable. They waived the 35 euros with apologies and said the cleaning lady was 5 minutes away. I waited for her for 40 minutes or so. Luckily I stayed at the apartment because when she arrived she didn't have a key. And apparently linens were stored somewhere else in the building to which she also didn't seem to have a key so she ran down and back up a few times trying to find a solution. 45 minutes later the place was "clean" and I was able to enter. On the day of the checkout which was at 10am, a man rang the doorbell at 9:50am and said he was here from the cleaning crew which was upsetting as it wasn't 10 yet and we felt like we were being rushed out. All in all the apartment has amazing potential. It's a good size but it's poorly managed.

• Laurence (8/5): Really good location with a great host. Thanks very much! - The location and layout of the apartment is both very good. Also, we thought Marco was a very responsive and welcoming host. We'd definitely use it again! One of the wardrobes doors got stuck on the runners. Marco resolved this very quickly. It is quite typical of an Italian house where the fixtures are a bit aged which wouldn't necessarily suit everyone's tastes but was perfect for what we were looking for.

• Greg (10/5): Comfortable apartment in Trastavere - Nice clean comfortable apartment with big kitchen and nice living room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a good shower. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. And the host is very responsive and accommodating. Low air circulation. Air conditioning does minimal cooling. The bedroom could use a fan.

Sofa bed - lounge area was a bit bright with no block out curtain for night and a little noisy from street but couldn’t hear a thing from bedroom area.

• Gill (10/5): Exceptional - We LOVED our stay in Casa Leopardo and are already planning our return! The location was amazing - 20 meters from the front door to a hub or bars / cafes / eateries - but we were not disturbed by any noise. There were places to suit everyone from cafes with snacks to really good quality restaurants. The neighbourhood was great and we felt very safe. It is walking distance to everything - Vatican City, the Colosseum and Roman ruins etc - under 5 minutes to the river and then the city is there to explore. The shower was great and the apartment had everything we needed including a comfy bed, good towels and a well equipped kitchen area. We were met by Feven who was a STAR and took the time to tell us about the apartment, the sights in Rome and then messaged us later with answers to specific questions we had asked. We had a really lovely stay and highly recommend it to anyone considering going to explore Rome. The only thing we didn't like was having to leave!!

It had everything we needed and the staff were exceptional - very friendly and helpful. We were met at the door, shown everything we needed and given lots of visitor recommendations. The apartment was ready earlier than the agreed check in, so we could leave our luggage at ease and go exploring. Upon arrival, the host showed us around the apartment, explained everything (such as how to lock the apartment), gave us a map and pointed out places to visit. It was super nice. I would love to return to this place - especially since it's the most beautiful neighborhood and you can walk to every place. n/a

• Irene (10/5): Perfect place to stay to enjoy vibrant Trastevere! - Feven was so welcoming when we arrived! The apartment was so comfortable and spacious! This was one of the best Booking accommodations we have ever stayed in! The only thing I can think of is that it would have been helpful to have a roll of paper towels (aka kitchen roll) or a second tea towel, so we’d have one to use while laundering the dirty one. But it says a lot that I have to reach so far for a complaint!

• Arno (2/5): Go past - it was very close to points of interest and foodie places Most of it. There were no kitchen towels or swabs. I left some for them. The sponge needs replacing. The walls need to be freshened up and scuff marks removed. The mould in bathroom needs to be removed and blinds in bathroom cleaned. The toilet only flushes once In a while. Be prepared to use a bucket to flush. There is soap, but enough to wash your big toe. The towels were fresh. The duvet has not ever been washed and has a bad odour when you lie in bed. It is very noisy when the windows are open. There is an aircon, but I am not sure it will not wing it in summer. There are 3 complimentary umbrellas. 2 are beyond repair. We fixed one, but it has a big hole in centre of umbrella. Obviously a bit useless to have complimentary umbrellas in case of need. The bedside tables are slanted. No point of trying to put something on it without it falling down.

CD players that don’t work, old TV with no cable, washing machine from 1985. I was also charged twice for city tax and a holiday tax that was not listed on the ad.
• Celeste (10/5): Attractive, clean, comfortable apartment in a lively, busy neighborhood with many restaurants. - Feven met us at the property and was VERY helpful in orienting us to not only the neighborhood, but to Rome in general. She gave us a map and oriented us to the map, and drew routes on it to show us how to get around and where we could find things as well as sites not to miss. She is a great ambassador. She was also “on call” for us, giving us her contact so we could ask her things later. We did need her help in explaining how and where to get a taxi early on the morning of our departure. . We were surprised at how long the “party”lasted in the neighborhood on Saturday night though we had read that it was a lively, noisy place. Things finally quieted down about 4:00 am.
