Muy cómodo, y el personal muy amable, nos permitieron dejar las maletas todo el día en recepción mientras paseábamos por el lago el día del check out. El salón no tiene persianas, por lo que los que duermen en el sofá cama tienen luz desde que amanece

Noi eravamo in 6 persone con un cane, molto carini ci hanno fatto trovare anche le ciotole e un cuscino per il cane. Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nel loro cortile e posizione ottima, centralissima per passeggiare lungo lago. Grazie di tutto :)

• ruth (9/5): Lovely Lake Home - The apartment was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. The location was excellent, a stones throw from the marina and easy access to trains, buses, and ferries. My friend and I were super impressed with the accommodation and had no complaints at all.

• Gerrit Jan (10/5): Great appartement in city centre of colico - We were with a family of 5 and really enjoyed our stay. Previous reviews are correct. Nice apartment in the centre of the town. It's really nice to be able to park next to the apartment. The pool is nice as well! They even provided an extra lock so that our smallest couldn't get down the stairs. Very welcoming! Thank you for the great time! Would come again. Could have had a little extra kitchen towels and some extra cuttlery, but if you ask, they will provide immediately! Excellent service!
• Aaron (9/5): Perfekte Lage, genug Parkplätze - Zentraler geht nur wenn man auf dem Hauptplatz parkt. Alles neu, sauber, praktisch. Kompetentes Personal, genug Parkplätze vor Ort. Die Betten sind nicht sehr bequem. Von den gegenüberliegenden Zimmern kann man einfach durch den Vorhang ins Bad einsehen, und umgekehrt. Ein kleines Manko.

• Joanna (10/5): Excellent place to stay - Superb set up. Pool, bar and reception available for all guests to use. Also a little games room and gym. I’d guess they have about six flats in the complex. Minutes walk to the lakeside, restaurants and supermarket. Great bike storage - huge garage you can access with your key card. Electricity in the garage for charging e bikes.

• Annemiek (9/5): Fantastische plek met aardige mensen in een mooie omgeving met een relaxte sfeer - Mooi ruim appartement dichtbij het water, een opstappunt voor de boot en gezellige terrasjes. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en het zwembad met zonterras bij het appartement is top. Ideaal dat er een wasmachine aanwezig was in ons appartement. Wij hebben ons zeer goed vermaakt in Colico en genoten van ons verblijf in The Lake Home Een relaxte stoel om in te zitten in het appartement zou fijn zijn. De keukentafelstoelen en de terrasstoelen zijn vrij hard en rechtop. Daarnaast is er nog wel een bank, maar daar kan je niet met z’n 4-en op zitten. Op de ligbedden bij het zwembad kan je overigens erg comfortabel zitten en liggen.
• Rolandas (10/5): Perfect location and quiet - Quiet district, no noise at nights; although located in the very center. 1 minute on foot to reach the lake. Nice pool (works 9 AM - 7 PM) not overcrowded and possibility to use chairs / umbrellas at almost any time (we stayed in high season in July). Spacious, clean, everything worked well. This apartment is in separate building (only games room undernearh), no noise from other guests. There are 2 bedrooms, but there is no sound insulation between these bedrooms, as they are only separated by the wardrobe.

• Rami (10/5): Overall very positive stay and friendly staff - Newly renovated and very clean. A bit far from Varenna but close to Colico train station
• Florence (10/5): Short stay but very sweet. - It was exceptionally clean and the game room downstairs was fantastic for the kiddos, they loved it. The location was spot on. The host was very friendly. The secure parking was a huge plus. It in a quiet area. Would highly recommend and stay here again. If we had been staying longer I’d have appreciated a few additional condiments in the kitchen, there is however a grocery just around the corner so not a big deal.
• Elsa (8/5): Lovely stay in Colico - Great location and very comfortable house with all you need to explore the location. Very nice staff, always available if we needed anything! The pool was supposed to be open during all our stay and it closed suddenly after we used it once.
• Marjolein (9/5): The perfect holiday spot in a wonderful small town - The apartment was spacious with an own entrance. Well equipped, clean. It had a very nice pool and pool area, a great bar, very very friendly staff, private parking, wifi, and it was just about 50 meters from the central square and Lago di Como. Also very close to the boats. The only thing that i missed was a private place outside, like a balcony. The balcony that we had was overlooking the prakingplane and not suitable to sit on. But that was the only thing.

• Paulette (10/5): excellent location, even better staff!! - I was reading recently how people are skeptical of 5-star reviews but this is a truly heartfelt excellent review. hotel is in excellent location, just of the main lakefront square. apartment was well appointed with everything you could need. access to swimming pool, small gym, and game room also. a very short walk to ferry and train station as well as loads of bars and restaurants. staff was exceptional, arranging a tour of family vineyard with great snacks and wine. and arranged massages for our group of 3 friends, just a short walk away. could not have asked for a better location for our long weekend holiday! while the apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, the walls do not completely reach the ceiling so you can hear the people in the other room.
• Ioseph (9/5): Amazing location, facilities and hosts - Our stay at the Lake Como residence was absolutely fantastic. The hosts were fantastic and were a great assistance for any queries we had about the surrounding areas. The location of Lake Como Residence is located in Colico, at the North of Lake Como, and away from the main tourist routes around the lake. But these locations are all easily accessible by car / boat / train. We enjoyed the fact that it was a little quieter, we visited Bellagio, Menagio and Varena on day trips and found them very busy and not as comfortable. There are lots of restaurants, cafes etc. close to lake Como Residence and some of these were really excellent. The facilities at the residence were second to none and our kids spent endless hours enjoying the beautiful pool. I would highly recommend the Lake Home for a family stay. Our Air conditioning was working but the apartment was still quite hot at times. This is the only very small issue that we had. Apart form this our stay was perfect. There was nothing else that we could highlight as a fault.
