Guest Reviews
- Arielle (7/5): Easy and relaxing - I really like the ease of checking in and use the door code, so much nicer then having to go to a hotel lobby and wait. This process should be everywhere I will definitely choose door code over check in at a lobby The master bathroom tub was dirty, looks like they did some caulking around the tb and the left over debris was all in the tub
- Richard (9/5): - The location is very convenient for our visits to this area, we also like the quiet of the units.
- esteban (9/5): Confortable and practicall - proximity to slopes and restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Easy parking, easy access to to main road I could be good as other places offer a simple coffee, tea, and sachets for a quick breakfast, nothing sophisticated, but helpful, because after a travel you just want to stay at the unit and do not go out to buy staff.
- Zanna (3/5): The place itself is cute but it was filthy and unkept. The host is very unprofessional and I would never stay or recomme - The look of it was cute and had great potential. Was impossible to get a hold of the host. It was dirty. The fridge was disgusting! No info on how to check out until the next day when we were already gone. No basic necessities like shampoo/condtioner. The floors were super sticky and the sheets looked like they had not been cleaned!

- Kaitlyn (8/5): - The instructions was sent to my email and it pretty straightforward to follow N/A
- nick (10/5): Worth the $$ to not stay in a hotel. - Perfect space to come home to after a day of hockey. We enjoyed being able to enjoy home cooked meals, and having the space to really just be able to relax. Snow removal crews were lackluster….we had a difficult time to our unit when we arrived. Parking was tight enough as it was, and the snow in and around the assigned parking space was too much to walk though so we parked in a visitors parking space.

- Kelly (9/5): Absolute loved Harbour Seafood Bar steps away. Clean place private spacious for small family. - Great location
- Patrick (10/5): -
- Kim (8/5): - Picking up garbage and doing dishes as an expectation before leaving…. Why do I pay a cleaning fee????
- Darlene (10/5): - Beautiful and spacious

- Antonyprasanna (10/5): -
- Mallory (7/5): - Cozy, roomy, clean No working fireplace, not enough pillows, uncomfortable bed, not able to contact anyone if things don’t work
- Reed (8/5): Watch the Airbnb added costs before booking! Not worth the money they are charging - Location was great for our evening plans. comfy bed and good size condo. Cost was the biggest issue. the added Airbnb charges are extremely high. could not control the tv in the bedroom with the remote, and the channel options were limited. there is no snow maintenance overnight, we had a tough time getting out of the parking lot in the morning. checking in at 4pm, and out by 10am for $400 a night is ridiculous.

- Aysenur (8/5): Affordable and family friendly - It’s only a 15–20 minute drive to Blue Mountain Village. Great location for the price, and plenty of space for a family of five. We had an issue with the heating and couldn’t reach anyone from the main office. Thankfully, we had extra blankets and were able to manage, but a 24-hour support line for situations like this would be very helpful.
- Ming (10/5): 非常棒 - 位置方便,空间大,居住舒适,隔音很好,安静 没有洗碗机专用清洁块
- KEITH (8/5): -
- Elham (9/5): We enjoyed our stay .Place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. - Nice, comfortable place.Well equipped.
- Dora (6/5): Best deal compared to staying at blue mountain village and awesome Thai restaurant nearby - It had 2 single beds in the loft for my teen boys, a separate bedroom for my mom and a pull out in the living room for me and 2 full baths, full kitchen and designated parking. The fireplace and jacuzzi tub didn’t work. The high ceilings made the first floor a little cool unless you keep the washroom doors open which kept getting heat through those vents. The fireplace was letting cool air in and so the heat was a little lacking
- Foroogh (9/5): We had 2 nights relaxing stay - Unit was comfortable, cozy, equipped, felt like home, convenient location. Most of pillows had people ouder. Property needs new pillows. Unit could be cleaner with refreshing products
- Arslan (3/5): Bare minimum -
- Antonio (5/5): - Lots of space and location was great. Seems like hosts don’t ensure cleanliness. Found several of the dishes to be very dirty, as if they were just placed back in the drawers/cabinets after being used.

- Works (10/5): -
- Antoinette (6/5): - Location and layout of unit. We are charged a cleaning fee of almost $100.00 .What was this for?
The baseboards and corners should have been cleared of dirt and cobwebs and we had to take out our garbage.
Also, the furniture is looking more than a bit tired. The couch was very worn looking. If it is not replaced please provide a throw to cover it.
- jiang (10/5): 很舒适,很开心 - 环境不错,房子里没有任何异味
- Massimiliano (9/5): - Una bella struttura, pulita e indipendente
- Jason (9/5): - The loft layout worked great I was surprised there was no coffee. And a map of the facilities would have been nice.

- Reed (8/5): 2nd time renting one of these villas.. fantastic location and nice place! - Great location, clean, comfy beds and nicely decorated Fridge wasn’t working properly, but wasn’t a big deal for us
- Eric (9/5): Comfortable, affordable option for a family of four. - Affordable option for a family of four with enough room for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped with appliances, utensils, etc. Would have liked a way to turn off the porch light at night.
Curtains in bedroom could have been better to help block out light, particularly since we were on edge of parking lot and could see road traffic.
- Sofia (7/5): Enjoyed my stay, well-maintained, great location, quiet, and a helpful team. - Nice and quiet, all gadgets you need. N/a
- Nithin (9/5): Superb -
- Aga (9/5): Great little place with much more freedom than a hotel room! - Simple yet very comfortable accommodation. Perfect for a family w very lively 2 kids who prefer self-catering over a hotel room. Nothing!
- Maxim (7/5): Comfortable Stay, Though the Villa Feels Dated - Great location and a fully equipped villa with all necessary amenities. The check-in process was quick and remote—no need to go through a reception or check anything in person. The interior requires renovation—it looks quite outdated and gives the impression of being unclean. I would recommend cleaning less visible areas, such as under the bed and in the corners.
- Gloria (9/5): Superb -
- Kishan (8/5): Very good stay - We liked the convenience of parking, the door lock system without the hassle of handling keys, rooms were clean, very much likely to return. There were certainly a few things that could've been better. A few coffee pods n sugar and toiletries would've been much appreciated.
Also, the door and jacuzzi need a fix. We ran the dishwasher before going to bed and regretted the decision as it was too loud.
- Jodi (10/5): Exceptional - Awesome convenient location
Perfect space for 2 couples
Great value
- Mario (9/5): Superb -
- Sharon (8/5): A good value for a short family weekend away. - The 2 bedroom layout was perfect for our family. It was also very quiet. Our kids enjoyed the pool that was located in another pool. The mattress was a little uncomfortable.
- Colin (7/5): Overall positive and we would stay here again. - There is ample room for a family of four to be comfortable. We were able to make meals and pack lunches for our days at the ski resort. The buildings are dated but it does not affect the quality of the stay. These are minor complaints and would not stop us from staying again. 1) There were multiple bars of saop provided in each bathroom which is great but there was not shampoo or conditioner. So we needed to go to the grocery store to get some, it was 400m away. 2) I don't remember the description in the booing about the pool, but it is not in the complex but in another and can only be used with a pre-arranged booking.
- Charlene (10/5): Exceptional - Lots of space for familues Pool having to book a time
- Elaine (9/5): Superb - The house was perfect. Just the right size had everything we needed. I could have done without the tree at the front of the house. It needs trim down.
- Bigas (8/5): Good value for the money and great location. - Location was close to the Village. Parking was onsite. Some furniture could be updated such as the master dresser.
- Kathryn (8/5): Very good -
- Lisa (7/5): Good -
- Dean (6/5): Pleasant -
- Murray (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laura (10/5): Exceptional - cleanliness and location
professionalism of the renter
- Greenhow (9/5): Superb -
- Magali (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ariel (10/5): Exceeded our expectations - Cozy and comfortable Everything was great. Having an electric water heater for coffee will make it perfect.
- Bruce (8/5): Very good -
- Jay (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Reed (9/5): Great location.. ideal if you're planning to go to the Harbour Fish Bar - Location was great, parking - no issues, no noise from other units, comfy beds and the place was very clean. 2 bathrooms made it convenient for all. the loft area would be great for kids! we were there for an event at the Fish Bar, and couldn't have asked for a closer place to stay! the toilet paper was really rough, everything else was great. Only thing I'd recommend would be to have some information available on the area. Things to do, recommended restaurants, etc. and maybe a little "Georgian Bay" type decor. but these are all nice to have, not necessary.
- Leslie (7/5): It's was ok. - We couldn't get in until 415 and check out was 10am.
Late check in with early departure time. Not even 24hours for the amount of money you pay.
- Dinar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mojgan (7/5): Good - Didn’t know we had breakfast. Where was it? Furnace/hearter noise overnight. There was a huge and visible hole in the pipe bringing heat to the closet on the upper level.
- Jacqueline (7/5): Easy stay with family - Location and size for our family Parking, was told there would be a spot with the unit in the listing but the designated spot had a trailer in it. We had to use the very limited guest spots and often not close to the unit which was annoying for loading and unloading. Property is a bit dated but has everything you need.
- Pratima (7/5): Good -
- Rhonda (8/5): Our family enjoyed a comfortable and convenient stay. - Conveniently close to everything. Very quiet. Check in was seamless and communication was frequent and clear. I would have liked outdoor seating. Smart tvs would have also been appreciated or accessible hdmi chords
- Hanouna (10/5): Exceptional - How close it is the all the amenities and activities The considerably high cleaning fees and being asked to load up the dishwasher and take the garbage out myself
- Laura (4/5): Disappointing - Location once we figured out place had 3 laneway entrances. Beds comfy. Lots of towels. Tea towel, dish soap, dish washer soap, J-cloth and coffee filters provided. Loft perfect size for 2 girl get away. Price reasonable but didn't reflect the negative input below. Check in and check out times are unreasonable. Did manage to get in a bit earlier but after a lot of hassle. Place in very bad need of update/facelift. Floor linoleum has holes worn from kitchen chairs. Most lamp switches and dimmer switches didn't work had to unplug or plug in. Jacuzzi tub not working sign said too old can't get parts - it should be replaced. Sign asked us not to adjust Air thermostat or it might freeze up and quit working - waiting for parts. Bathroom robe hook broken off. The only complimentary offering was bar soap. There was no shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bubble bath, lotion, shower cap, tea bags, coffee, sugar, or creamer powder. Housekeeping charges included in price yet had to dispose of own garbage in a bin that was next to impossible to find - was in first laneway we stayed in 3rd. There were child's hand prints all over front window and the glass on picture above loft bed - no children with us - not cleaned - photos sent. Top of lamp base was dusty. Wine glasses dirty. We washed anything we used as weren't sure of sanitary conditions. Mentioned swimming pool available but very misleading. Didn't get told until check in door code arrived that the pool was 6 minute walk away in a totally different establishment and we were required to book appointments to swim. Would have been nice to go swimming while we waited for check in code but couldn't find a pool anywhere indoors or out and no one on site to ask, just signs all over pointing to late check in.. Overall not a suitable place for seniors or disabled due to the distance to pool and the garbage bin. What would a senior or disabled person do?
- Alessandra (8/5): Very good - I didn’t receive the check in email and had to email and phone contact number. It was a stressful experience. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.
- Gloria (9/5): Well equipped and located villa in Collingwoid - Location and amenities Soft Mattress in queen bed
Drawers of dresser not opening properly
Big spider web in entrance light
Humidifier to avoid mold odour
- Debbie (8/5): Very good - Good space for our needs, comfortable beds, central to many activities available. Basics for kitchen met needs for cooking, Needs bit of a make over, lamp shades torn, poor lighting. Offering shampoo and conditioner would have been helpful.
- Swain (9/5): Great place to stay. Many waking and biking trails close by - Very nice place to stay. Dishwasher doesn’t work very well
