• Benjamin (8/5): Almost no staff but very convenient - The place is walking distance from most places in Georgetown and pretty convenient. The room was very clean, and a cleaner was in everyday in the afternoon to clean and set all of the rooms. The room was also much larger than expected, with a common living room area for everyone to use downstairs too. The air conditioning in the private area was also very strong. It's pretty much self check-in and self check-out as there are no staff other than the cleaner, but the hosts are reachable at any time online. They also let me use the shower after check-out too. The shower rooms are the main downside. There are a few shared showers on each floor, with each shower shared with a toilet. However, there are no shelves or tables inside to put things. It was somewhat inconvenient to use just hooks to put everything I brought to the shower. Sometimes the toilet paper is soaked due to being in proximity to the shower, but at least there's always a stack of toilet paper prepared in the common area.

• David (10/5): Brilliant - Very nice property and a great place to stay. I stayed for two nights and had a very comfortable experience. A special shoutout to Sarker, whose excellent housekeeping kept the room spotless throughout my stay. Thank you for the great service!
• Charline (6/5): - Location is great! You can easily walk to the ferry station and it is straight in Chinatown and close to must of the "must see" spots in Georgetown. The room was really big My room was basically an aquarium in the corridor with black out windows so not great. The bedroom floor was very damaged to the point that it felt a bit dangerous. The soundproofing was the worst part however, I could literally hear EVERYTHING my room neighbors were saying. There isn't any soundproofing. The AC in the common area was always turned off, remote hidden in a drawer... Which doesn't really make you wanna stay in the common area. Bathroom was small and combined with the toilet so the floor was nearly always wet. Not really any space to put your clothes to stay dry. 3in1 (hand soap, shower gel and shampoo) in a hotel is honestly ridiculous. Wifi wasn't very good and very hit or miss

• Caroline (8/5): - Good location. Was clean and had lots of showers and toilets so was never waiting and always had hot water. Also had filtered water and tea and coffee and a place to hang up wet clothes which was helpful. Bedroom was clean and towels were provided. Our room didn’t have a window which was not advertised. The walls are very thin so sounds travels and we were informed that we were disturbing the people below us but our door scraped along the floor when we moved it. They did provide ear plugs though. There is a place to sit and have a drink inside or just chill but it did not give hostel vibes so don’t come here expecting to meet people as it’s not social. There are no staff as it is self check in which I think contributes to a not very social feel; however they were regularly checking in by WhatsApp and were very helpful if you did need anything.

Love the staff’s too, the facilities might as well One thing I dislike was the very disturbing sound of guests on top of my room pulling their luggages but the sound has been ongoing several times even if it was bed time and it is quite annoying making me not able to sleep deeply.
• Jaime (3/5): Depecionante e incómoda. - La ubicación del alojamiento, está muy céntrico de la zona turística y se puede ir andando a muchos sitios (excepto a la zona de playa y del parque natural que si está lejos). El proceso de llegada es muy cómodo ya que todas las puertas van con códigos que te mandan el día antes del check in por mensaje. Hay bastantes cosas que no me gustaron del alojamiento: - Cama y almohadas muy incómodas. No pude descansar bien ninguna noche. - Ruidos: Estaba en la planta de abajo y se escuchaba cada paso que daban en la planta de arriba. - Mobiliario: la habitación solo contaba con una pequeña mesita de noche y un burro con 4 perchas, por lo que tenía que dejar todo por el suelo. -Baño: no había ni una triste estantería donde poner la ropa o el neceser. Tenías que dejarlo por donde pudieses con riesgo de que se te mojase todo. - Wifi: no funcionaba bien ningún día. Iba y venía todo el rato. - Humedad:Olía mucho a humedad en la habitación. Tuvimos que estar todo el día con un aparato enchufado para quitar la humedad de la habitación, con el ruido que hacía. - Personal: no vimos a ningún trabajador en el alojamiento en toda la estancia.

• Joaquín (8/5): - Es una casa antigua, muy acomodada para varios huéspedes. Tenia un área común muy buena, podías preparar tu desayuno y compartir con otras personas. El aire acondicionado, las sábanas y las toallas estaban impecables. Nos permitieron quedarnos hasta las 22 usando instalaciones despues del check out. Faltaba manutención en las puertas del baño ya que algunas no cerraban o estaban a punto de caer. El colchón estaba demasiado blando y con huecos. Agregaría algun método de coccion para los desayunos, y una mano de pintura a algunas paredes con humedad.

It is also near the old town where there are many street arts. There is a bus stop nearby if you will take the bus from the airport. Nothing.

• LEI (8/5): - 位置很好，附近很多好吃的，而且公区很大，环境很好。其提供饮用水和面包。 厕所和浴室有时候略显不够干净。睡在一楼的房间会很拥挤且隔音很差。容易听到楼上自动时地板震动的声音和隔壁房间客人聊天的声音。后面再次入住二楼的房间好很多。

• pascual (8/5): Simple mais efficace pour un prix très abordable - Établissement très simple, très propre, calme et avec toutes les commodités (notamment la Clim !) pour un prix très raisonnable. Café, thé et eau à disposition. Bon emplacement également dans le centre ville. Je recommande également aux voyageurs de se rendre au syndicat d’initiative de George Town qui donne d’excellents renseignements et des brochure en français, ce qui est rare.

• Nathalie (7/5): Passable - Bien situé, café, eau chaude et froide à disposition, pas de personnel sur place mais répond rapidement aux messages Salles de bain communes petites et peu pratiques: la douche arrose tout l’espace et il n’y a pas assez de porte-manteaux pour accrocher ses affaires. Il faudrait un panneau pour indiquer aux gens de fermer le couvercle du bol de toilette quand ils prennent une douche et un support en hauteur pour le rouleau de papier de toilette

• Flora (10/5): - En plein centre-ville, dans une maison au calme, avec un accès autonome. Les espaces communs sont bien équipés et il y a suffisamment de douches pour ne jamais avoir à attendre son tour. La chambre était simple, mais tout le nécessaire y était. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour.

• Virginie (8/5): - J’ai aimé l’emplacement. Vraiment pratique. Le fait d’avoir une chambre pour moi et autonome (système à codes, entrée principale ET chambre). Au même prix que les auberges de jeunesse. La climatisation fonctionne super 👍 Tout est souvent nettoyé 🧼🤌✨ Des tâches sur les serviettes :/ Douches froides. Vous êtes juste à côté d’un bar qui s’ambiance tous les soirs, à priori (j’y étais le mercredi et jeudi soir). Boum boum dans ta tête ! Et si comme moi vous êtes au rez-de-chaussée, le bruit des pas, au dessus, c’est un enfer 😱 j’ai demandé au couple de faire moins de bruit 😬 Bizarrement, j’y ai quand même excellemment dormi. 🙏

Very friendly, accommodating and helpful hosts! Our ear plugs were not enough to shut out the street noise coming in (though this will only be an issue if you have a room at the front, like we did)

Ervaarde het wel als een bunker zo zonder ramen; daarnaast was het zo gehorig dat je de buren kon horen omdraaien in hun bed 😉 Accommodatie zonder gastheer/-vrouw. Het is al een kille accomodaties en zonder persoonlijk contact maakt het nog killer.

There was a hole for electrical conduiting between my room and another, so I could hear their conversation and movie. I could also hear all the scraping and drawers opening in the room above. But they supply free ear plugs which helped!

Sehr freundliche und bemühte Gastgeber. Die so dünnen Wände/ Decke. Bei uns fing es mitten in der Nacht an zu regnen, an Schlaf war trotz Ohropax nicht mehr zu denken (scheinbar besteht das Dach aus Wellblech?). Halten sich andere Gäste nicht an die Ruhezeit das war bei uns auch der Fall hört man jedes gesprochene Wort.

• June (8/5): the facilities are in need of a complete renovation to improve cleanliness, comfort - The hostel is reasonably priced and conveniently located, so it may suit budget travelers. The staff was very supportive and friendly, always willing to help when approached. Their attitude made the stay feel more welcoming despite the challenges with the facilities. Unfortunately, the hostel itself felt quite outdated. The building looked messy and not well maintained, with a noticeable unpleasant smell in some areas. The Wi-Fi connection dropped several times during the night, so there was no prompt support available when this happened. Noise from the upstairs rooms carried clearly into the downstairs rooms, which made it difficult to rest. Overall, it gave the impression of an old hotel that had been partially renovated to resemble a hostel, but without the atmosphere or comfort one would expect.

• Ramon (8/5): We would come again! - Nice place, room was big enough, with confortable bed and quiet. You can use the kitchen and the common area. Good location! The only bad thing is that is has not private bathroom and the breakfast is not included.
