• Jennifer (10/5): Fantastic apartment in a great location - A beautiful comfortable apartment with great facilities. It was in an amazing location so close to the colosseum and walking distance to all the attractions in Rome and a short taxi ride to the train station. The surrounding area was safe and had lots of restaurants and bars on your doorstep but the apartment was quiet at night. Communication for check in was excellent and thank you so much! Nothing

• LYUDMYLA (10/5): Lo mejor sin duda es la atención de Alessandro (la persona que alquila el apartamento) nos ha recomendado muchas cosas, - El apartamento está super bien ubicado, para poder llegar a cualquier lugar. Hay muchos restaurantes en la zona, para poder comer bien cerca del apartamento. Nada, nos ha gustado todo. Si volvemos, sin duda volveremos a reservar el mismo apartamento.
• Rupan (10/5): A comfortable stay for few days for couples. - Convenient. Colosseum is few blocks away. Lot of eateries nearby as well. It’s on the first floor so mindful of your luggage to be carried up. Alessandro has been helpful and he even helped me to book taxi on my departure day. The owner even listed out few restaurants to try inside the room. I love it! Eventhough rome tap water is drinkable, but i assume it contains too much calcium or particles that it leaves stains inside the kettles. We ended up using the pans to boil the mineral water we bought from outside.

• Brian (9/5): Wonderful Rome stopover, great hosts! - Right near the colosseum which was super convenient. Very clean and had a very nicely stocked kitchen with an espresso maker and espresso! Best coffee we had any any hotel by far. Hosts were communicative and helpful! Kinda loud due to the location from outside on the street, but nothing that can be controlled
• Ana Marija (10/5): - Firstly, the place could not been on better location, 5 minutes walk from Colosseo and one minute walk from bus station connected to every part of the city. But quiet at night. Secondly, the place is spotlessly clean, and cozy. Alessandro is attentive host, that will make sure you enjoy your stay at Rome. We had a blast!
• Gerard (10/5): Excellent - Property is great, has everything you need and in a perfect location, very close to the colosseum, metro and fantastic restaurants in addition to various historic sites. Everything we had planned to see, we were able to walk to. Alessandro was a great host and communicated very well, provided recommendations for places to eat and things to see, collected us from the airport and arranged for a lift to bring us back when leaving. We would most definitely book again.

• Tamara (9/5): AANRADER! Uitstekend appartement op een goede locatie voor een erg goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. - De locatie was heel erg goed. Erg dicht bij het Colosseum, het treinstation is op loopafstand en om de hoek veel restaurantjes en bedrijvigheid. De andere belangrijke bezienswaardigheden liggen iets verder weg, dus al lopend zie je ook de minder bekende, maar niet minder mooie plekjes van Rome. De opstap voor de hop on hof off bus is aan het einde van de straat. Het appartement was erg schoon en ruim. De host was erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en goed bereikbaar. Bij aankomst hebben wij gebruik gemaakt van zijn aanbod om ons op te halen en naar het appartement te brengen. Geweldige service die de start van ons bezoek erg comfortabel maakte. Terug had dit ook gekund, maar kozen wij er zelf voor te lopen naar het treinstation om nog een stukje Rome te kunnen bekijken.

He greeted us with a warm welcome and helped us with our luggage. The apartment is charming and close to the Colosseum, which was a nice surprise. There are lots of great restaurants close by, and taxis are easily accessible in the area. We had a very comfortable stay at The Small Nest at the Colosseum and would definitely stay here again. All great!

He also arranged a transfer from Rome to Civitavecchia at much better rate than local taxis. The Colosseum is a few minutes walk from the apartment along with many great restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.👍👍👍😎 Two flights of stairs to carry luggage up.

• Matilda (10/5): A perfect little stay in the most cute and charming accomodation. Great location with everything we needed and very clea - The small nest at the Coliseum was perfect! It was so cute and charming with everything we needed! It has a great aircon, a very comfortable bed and it was very clean overall. The location was perfect and we could walk everywhere we needed to go, or it was a quick walk to a train station. Alessandro was amazing with his suggestions and recommendations. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Rome one day! Nothing! Everything was perfect!
• Scott (9/5): Roman Holiday - Our stay at The Small Nest At the Colososseum was very good thanks to the wonderful Alessandro.  He is a very kind host who goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. The room was surprisingly big and well equipped. The air-conditioning is very good and if you planing on going to Rome in June you are going to need it. It's location is excellent. You can see the colosseum at the end of the street. It really is a very good place to start your Roman Holiday. Many thanks to Lucia who picked us up and also dropped us off at the airport. This was very convenient.  I can fully recommend staying here.  All good.
• Jared (10/5): Fantastic stay, come and enjoy Roma - The location, the host and everything that it includes we loved our stay here. Allasendro was extremely helpful in guiding us to good spots in a Rome and assisted where he could during a train strike. While the kitchen is equipped it is missing some essentials if you like to cook. A proper knife, and some bowls would be helpful.
• Rachel (10/5): Exceptional - Wow ! What a find.... everything was perfect ! The location is incredible, so close to the Colloseum and Forum. The tram and bus stop are a few steps away which makes exploring a breeze. The apartment was clean, well laid out and perfect for our needs. Great air-con, which is a must for Rome. But the most special thing was our host, Alessandro. He was so kind to us, so helpful and made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. He provided a transfer from the airport for us, he also recommended some amazing places to eat, all of which were stunning. Alessandro clearly cares about his guests, his property and ensuring everything is perfect. We will be back....... I thought we'd simply booked somewhere nice to stay in Rome, but it turns out we found a hidden gem. Nothing.

Heating easy to adjust. Alessandro was very helpful and accommodating to our requests. Would definitely stay again.

• Ade (9/5): Great place to stay for sightseeing in Rome. Highly recommend - Great location and comfy bed. But the best thing about the stay was Alessandro, our host. He couldn't have been more helpful. Great communication and helpful with tips on places to eat and things to see which was great as ours was just a fleeting visit. Also provided an airport shuttle at reasonable price which made life so much easier... particularly as there was a public transport strike on our arrival.

I’d recommend the apartment to my friends. - The hostess/owner Lucia was kind, patient and super helpful while we struggled with the lost baggage issue (low rating for Lufthansa). Location is excellent- walking distance to most landmarks on a dry day. Enjoyed the stay. Minor facility issues. Nothing so big to make our stay less comfortable or less enjoyable.
