• ABDERRAHIM (9/5): Fabuleux - Très bel appartement, propre, moderne et bien équipé avec des installations récentes. La vue sur la montagne et sur la plage est magnifique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille de 8 jours. Le gestionnaire a été très réactif, à l’écoute, disponible et professionnel. Je tiens à le remercier sincèrement pour la qualité de son accueil et son sens du service. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. RAS

• Mohammed Anhar (8/5): Very good apparyement across the road from a supermarket and cab ride from centre. - Very clean and homely Pool was closed in April which is disappointing not stated when booking and has lots of pictures of the pool as a selling point
• Maria del Carmen (10/5): - El piso tiene todo lo necesario y más: camas y ropa de cama muy cómodas, armarios empotrados muy amplios, cocina bien equipada al igual que los baños, sofás confortables, mucha luz, vistas preciosas... Está muy cerca de centros comerciales y sitos donde comer o tomar algo, paradas de autobús para ir a otras zonas del municipio o alrededores... pero muy tranquilo y sin ruidos. A nosotros nos ha encantado.

• Chantal (8/5): Très agréable. Cela a répondu à nos besoins et plus. - Bel appartement: grand, confortable,bien éclairé et bien situé. De plus il y a un stationnement intérieur. Mme Arti et son fils ont été très aimables et très disponibles pour répondre à toutes nos questions et à nos besoins. Ce fut pour nous un grand plaisir de faire affaire avec eux. Par un concours de circonstance hors du contrôle de la propriétaire, il y avait quelques petits problèmes d’équipement et de propreté à notre arrivée. Rapidement Mme Arti a pris les moyens pour que tout soit parfaitement en ordre et ce rapidement.

• Francisco Manuel (8/5): Tranquilo y cuidado. - El piso está bastante bien, la ubicación es tranquila, eso significa que hay bastante aparcamiento por la zona, incluso hay un centro comercial a dos minutos, pero está lejos de la playa y de la zona más turística para ir andando. Todo estaba muy limpio y en buen estado. Volvería a repetir sin problema. Es un edificio residencial, los vecinos de justo al lado, unas personas mayores, empezaron a quejarse nada más llegamos porque decían hacíamos mucho ruido. Falso, simplemente llegamos hablando seis personas a un sitio nuevo, con nuestras maletas y demás, y a las 5 de la tarde. Hay que tener cuidado en la cocina, porque como dejes comida en la encimera al momento aparecen hormigas

• Manuel Carlos (8/5): - Uno de los baños dentro del dormitorio principal. Balcón con toldo y vistas muy gratificantes. TV de inmenso tamaño. Parking interior con acceso inmejorable. Todo el mobiliario y electrodomésticos en muy buen estado. Sería perfecto de no tener que coger el coche tanto para bajar a la playa como para Torremolinos.

L'appartement est comme sur les photos Le lit simple est cassé, j'avais pourtant demandé au gérant s'il avait été réparé suite aux précédents commentaires, il la confirmé que oui . Mais ce n'était pas le cas , vu le prix c'est inacceptable. La piscine est petite et très fréquenté. Trop cher et literie a revoir

• Joanne (3/5): Unclean and heavily used apartment with an unusable 3rd bedroom as beds are broken. - The 3rd bedroom, we could not use the single beds as they were both broken and mattresses sank when lay on. Unclean and heavily used apartment with a grubby kitchen and many things ready to fall apart.

• Gistain (10/5): Exceptional - We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was clean, well-kept, and the host was extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming. The view was beautiful, and the location was excellent—right next to a shop and not far from the city centre, beach, and other amenities. The kids really enjoyed the stay, although they were disappointed that the swimming pool wasn’t open as they were really looking forward to using it. If you enjoy tennis, I’d recommend bringing a racket as there are courts nearby. The next-door neighbour seemed bothered even when the kids were just talking or playing cards quietly. He kept banging on the walls, which was a bit uncomfortable, especially since we were out for most of the day. It felt like he didn’t want any sound at all. That said, it didn’t spoil our stay. We had a great time overall and would definitely visit again. I’d happily recommend this place to friends and family.

• Valda (9/5): Perfect - Spacious and well equipped apartment. Nice view and quiet nice convenient location. There is a parking place in garage, also easy to find a parking space in the street near the house. There is a big supermarket near and nice park with big children playground only 10 min walk on foot. All was good.
• Trish (9/5): Had a lovely time , would go back no problem if sunbeds were available next time - Very well laid out , plenty of space and storage. Plenty of towels , very comfy beds, cleaning products , shower gel , shampoo etc. there so that was really good to not have to go out an buy them all. Supermarke just a few minutes away. Host was very responsive to our queries. The pool area did not have sunbeds and there weren't any fold up ones in the apartment so we didn't get to enjoy the pool each day , we went to the beach instead (20 minute walk).

• Anghii (10/5): Best apartment - This is one of the best apartments we've ever stayed. It is very clean, fully equipped with quality furniture, top quality beds, very big 4K Smart TV, nice balcony, washing machine, dishwasher, and the apartment complex is high quality with nice neighbours. Easy check in process, parking space right near the elevator. For sure will come back during the summer to also enjoy the pool. You really can't find anything negative on this one.

The air con and massive tv were made use of to cool down after being out in the sun! The communal pool was a good size and had plenty of space to relax on the grass.
