• Discoe (5/5): - The bathroom upstairs was nice and the towels were good. Afterwards the host did acknowledge there was a problem with the facilities from a previous unauthorized party smell, etc. We got in late 9pm on Christmas Eve for a 1 night stay. The place smelled horriblely of skunk weed and cigarettes. We tried to air it out but it was an embedded smell that was not going away without deep, deep cleaning. It had that party pad smell, and seems that is something the cleaning people would have reported to host. It had that party pad smell. It was late Christmas Eve so we had no choice but to stay. After we reported it the host, to their credit they did acknowledge there was an "unauthorized party" just previous to our stay. Although things happen, that info would have been nice to know before we got there and could have made the choice to get something else, even if we had to pay 1/2 cancellation fee, based on how bad the smell was and the reaction of my wife and grandkids. My only warning ⚠️ is to ask about the condition before staying there based on my Christmas Eve 2025 stay.

• Shaheryar Jafri (5/5): A comfortable stay in a great location, but the bug issue and lingering odor made it less ideal. - - Great location — Close to major attractions, and the Little Rock Zoo wasn’t too far away. - Spacious layout — The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family’s needs. - Comfortable beds — Everyone slept well, which is always a plus. - Unpleasant smell — There was a strong odor of marijuana when we first entered the house, which was off-putting. - Bug issue — We noticed ladybugs or beetles, especially in the room near the backyard. They kept appearing at night. I reached out to the owner, who was very kind and offered to come over immediately to vacuum them up. I declined the visit, but appreciated the prompt response and the assurance that pest control would be arranged soon. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and odor control, this place could be a solid option for families visiting the area.

• Sylvia (8/5): Clean and spacious.good value for money - It had all we needed. 3 bedrooms, clean and easy to find and park. The place was spacious and clean. The beds were a little uncomfortable.
• Renee (8/5): We loved the homey feel and we were very comfortable. - Adorable apartment, comfy furnishings, clean, very nice! My only suggestion would be to clean up the back patio to make it more inviting. Could be a very nice outdoor space. Love that it’s fenced in!

• April (10/5): Perfect for my family while I did chemo - Very spacious and quiet. Host worked with us when we needed to extend our stay. There was a cold draft coming in through sliding glass doors that kept the downstairs chilly.

• Randy (1/5): Skunky-Waste of time & money. - It’s in north Little Rock, close to my son. Spacious area. The skunk in the outside storage, getting inside from a rotted hole in the siding. Termite eaten fence (holes) , broken glass in yard, not safe for my animals. They did attempt to pick up some glass. Refrigerator obviously had a previous spill and wasn’t cleaned properly, as sticky orange gunk stuck on shelving.Freezer appears to never be wiped out. Black specks on counter appear to be roach feces, army ants inside as well as centipedes. Leftover foods from previous renters. My opinion, if cleaning crew doesn’t want, should be disposed before next. Bath tub had build up gunk seen from taking a soak bath, well attempted anyway. Not very appealing or relaxing. Cleaning crew should move all furniture to clean, remove cushions and vacuum, clean upholstery (looked like smeared mash potatoes on arm of couch, could also be bodily fluid, i didn’t investigate heavily, just avoided area like the plague. Too many options to make coffee (3), but only manual can opener. Knives, but no cutting board, no mixing bowls, no cereal bowls, no butter knives, 3 coffee cups (my guess is one for each maker :D). The stove eyes don’t fit the drip pan, makes omelet very heavy 1 side. Washing machine does not work properly, transmission seems to be failing. Water heater is actively dripping water, light bulb blown in dining area, had to move table to kitchen area for lighting, I thought being as they were told on Friday, they would make an attempt to replace the bulb while we were here. No hair dryer, no iron or board as mentioned in ad, no smoke detectors, just the spot where they mount empty. No handrail passed the opening, appears to never have been installed, but that is not to safety code. I had to sit to crawl stairs due to this. It is not 2 bathrooms, it is 1 &1/2! No shower downstairs. No trash can for powder room, empty soap dispensers. Heat does not work at door, making powder room cold. Exhaust fans for powder room does not work.

There were a few things in the house that needed fixed in house but it was a pleasant stay. - The apartment was nice and was 8 minutes away from my daughter’s graduation and 10 minutes away from her prom. My husband like the patio with table and chairs cause he sit out on it in the morning reading and studying the word of God. The one of the beds was broke but my husband was able to rig it so we could use it.

• Julie (5/5): Nice townhouse in not so nice neighborhood - The townhouse is nicely updated and has all needed items; fenced yard great for pets LOCATION!!! We did not feel safe in this area and only stayed one night (found other accommodations for the rest of the trip).

• Martha (7/5): It was a great value for what we needed. A mother, daughter, friends retreat, that was close to downtown LR and Historic - Calming in the minimalism. Very useful kitchen. We loved the attention to detail. It was a little worn around the edges. Ie: Vertical blinds we couldn’t open and Places where the laminate flooring was peeling.

Back yard was small and not very appealing didn’t match the inside but looks like they working on it since I saw hay on the ground looks like they trying to grow some grass.
