Sowie das Wummern des Stromgenerators ums Eck von meinem Zimmer.

Adheesh (9/5): Exceptional place to stay at Gokarna - Location. Nestled on the Kudle hill top, easily the best view we had of the beach from our room. . Also a short 10 mins walk takes to a mostly secluded beach. Plus the room was big and the bath rooms had a hold your breath, a beach view jacuzzi. Fantastic place to stay. Had a memorable time there. The restaurant had the best view of all and that is just next to.the reception. So all your travel weary body freshens ups as you enter the reception/restaurant. The access road to the resort was the best place to test my SUV. So other vehicles will have a tough time negotiating the access road. Though it is just about 200m stretch

Chytra (6/5): Beautiful property with poor customer service - We took up the room attached with private pool. and the room was luxurious and beautifully kept. loved the comfort. Walk to Kudle beach was really pleasant and amazing. Spa was superb. Reshma who was my spa attendee was amazing and worth every penny we paid for the Kerala authentic massage Even though we paid for all 3 nights for Private pool and portico, we were able to use the complete facility for only one day. the property owners were doing the constructive work and the workers were in our private area for the complete day which made us not enjoy the view and enjoy sitting the portico to watch the sea or use the pool. The last day, we complained to the property manager who cleared the workers by 6:30 PM however, they left the pool very dirty as they cleaned all the dirt into it. It is not private pool and anyone can walk in that direction. Other guests from top floors will be able to watch while we are using the pool Breakfast area is very small and we have to wait a long time for a seat. We informed the reception to call us once they have the table and they did not bother to call. When we finally found the table, food was over and the employees seem to avoid making the eye contact to ask for any help. Property refunded partial amount for one day which was credited after 3 days after frequest follow ups. they gave lame reasons that bank is not working while they used Gpay to transfer the amount. Recommendation will be that the owner needs to enable employees with better customer service skills and to handle complaints. with a beautiful property like Kudle beach resort, if the service is not good, then it doesn't make sense to pay a premium price. We are disappointed with the services provided
