• Vladan Savić (10/5): - Il soggiorno in questa struttura in Sanremo e'stato davvero piacevole.L'appartamento era molto pulito,ordinato e dotato di tutto nacessario per un soggiorno confortevole.La posizione e'eccellente:tutti i punti principiali sono facilmente raggiungibili e la zona e'tranquilla e piacevole. L'host e stato estremamente gentile e disponibile,la co.unicazione semplice e veloce,e il check in/check out sono svolti senza alcun problema.Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente l'atmosfera accogliente e l'atenzione ai dettagli. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chiunque visiti Sanremo.Ci torneremmo sicuramente!

• Noé (10/5): Inoubliable - Emplacement en plein centre, appartement très agréable, rapport qualité-prix imbatable. Nous n'avons jamais rencontré notre hote mais les informations données étaient parfaitement claires. Nous sommes un peu frileux, nous aurions apprécié plus de couettes/couvertures

• Elodie (6/5): Beau logement mais peut mieux faire en terme de propreté pour le prix payé - L’emplacement très bien situé. La décoration moderne et la luminosité entrante dans l’appartement. Les lits très confortables. L’accueil pour notre chien. La climatisation fonctionnelle. Le manque de propreté, les draps n’étaient pas vraiment propres. Des tasses usagées avec le fond de café sec non lavés que l’on a dû laver par nous même. La cafetière avait de la poussière de café qui avait moisi. Le dessous du lit de la chambre du haut avec des chaussettes sales et un amas de poussière plus que visible. L’eau de la douche qui même au maximum du côté chaud était tiède ou froide. Pas de papier toilettes à notre arrivée ce qui est une première dans mes expériences mais nous n’avons pas payé de taxe touristique, geste commercial du propriétaire donc arrangeant.

Привітне та доглянуте середовище ідеально підходить для відпочинку. Розташування просто супер, добре сполучене та недалеко від всього, що треба. Великим плюсом є, безперечно, власник, надзвичайно добрий і завжди доступний для будь-яких потреб. Рекомендую!

Simone was great! Always checking on us, and very attentive and responsive every time I contacted him. The building is very old. The staircase is dark and not very safe carrying luggage up and down.
