• Bernard (4/5): Basic and fair - Location Booking is misleading . What I found was an Airbnb and not a serviced residence that I expected to be a part of a hotel chain
• Cristian66Dufour (8/5): Great stay in a great city. Nairobi 🥰 - Good stay at Skynest. The staff of the building is very good and polite. The pool was enjoyable and the view from the nice balcony as well. Everything worked good in the appartment and it cas a cozy stay. Very very well situated and many options around for restaurants and even a nightclub if you're into that. Only 2 points to consider: has no AC if you go during hot season, and the mattress is thin and firm so if you like to sleep on a cloud, avoid.

I arrived in the morning, texted them, no responses after over 50 messages. Got help to call them only for them to tell me to go and find other accommodation.

• Peter (10/5): Utmärkt läge med hjälpsam personal - Läget i Westlands Gymmet kunde ha fungerade vatten som jag kunde dricka under träningen samt fanns inga rengöringsmedel som jag kunde rengöra efter varje använt redskap . Solstolar var trasiga och det saknade tillräckligt med parasoll vid poolen .

Находится в очень хорошем месте в одном из лучших районов, рядом с большим торговым центром, в здании неплохой ресторан, правда с европейскими ценами. Отличный вид с крыши - здание одно из самых высоких в Найроби. На последнем этаже огромный тренажерный зал с хорошим оборудованием. Сам номер большой, есть всё, даже переходники для евро-розеток. Окна выходят во двор, тихо. Кровать удобная. Коммуникация с хозяином - без проблем. Прилегающая улица - оживлённая даже ночью, выглядела безопасно. Обязательно вернусь ещё Окна выходили во двор, с одной стороны тихо, с другой видно окна соседей, приходилось закрывать шторы.

• Michael (7/5): - When booking “Skynest Residences Nairobi, Westlands” you are booking an apartment which is operated by a third-party host, and not the hotel Skynest Residences by CityBlue. I stayed in apartment 503. In this apartment I could hear loud music from the neighboring club the entire night. The bedroom furniture was functioning but well used. Everything else was in order.

• Artem (8/5): - Location size of the room 1. I expect at list few bottles of water on arrival. There is nothing there, literally. So I had to go at night to a shell gas station to buy a water. 2. Very dirty walls. in general the apt. need a sligh rennovation. it is visible that it's being a while with no repair or rennovation. 3. Mattress doesn't fit to a bed size (it is smaller) 4. rainshower head is leaking, while you're using shower head. 5. Two pcs of random hard soap+half empty liquid soap bottle, which looks and smells more like a dishwashing liquid. No shower gel, no shampoo, no nothing. The bar on a roof very poor and works until 19:30. Seriously business day finishes at 18:00. And I have 1h max to enjoy the drinks next to the pool.

Even when we had to reschedule due to flight delays, they were very accommodating. The apartment looked great, was clean and suited exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely book here again.

• Asha (7/5): I liked the facility. But more work needs to be put into the replacements. - I loved the location. It was perfect. I liked the organized environment. The bedsheets were old. The toilet is also old. Needs replacement. Water isn't hot enough. The heater needs to be worked on. Balcony doors don't open.

It is a very beautiful place Low review because of my room/host. WiFi connection was so poor. The rooms were very basic, the host could do better with decoration, give more pillows, Instructions on hot water were not obvious so struggled with it too.

Being from the USA it was a bit different but with getting hot water. Luckily my hubby figures out the clear instructions left by the owner. So thanks. As above. Was nice to be part of a hotel system for pool and other amenities.

The amenities are as pictured but very worn (lounges worn through and pool table missing equipment). Staff very friendly and happy to help. Washer is also dryer so very convenient. The kitchen is well stocked but all the basics. Couch in sitting area was comfortable. Bed sheets were worn through with a large rip and didn’t fit the bed, pillows also in need of replacement. No hairdryer. No washing powder so bring your own. Bathroom in need of a deep clean with mould. Unit is also very loud with night clubs ect in surrounding areas, but if you want to stay central this is often the cost. Wasn’t loud enough to stop us sleeping with ear plugs.

• Kirill (9/5): Рекомендую - Огромный номер с отдельной спальней и двумя ванными комнатами. Просторный балкон. Полностью оборудованная кухня. Есть даже стиральная машина и утюг. Поблизости есть рестораны и торговые центры. На крыше есть прекрасный бассейн. В общем, я очень рекомендую это место. Посуда очень плохо помыта. Качество уборки номера ниже среднего.

• Vera (9/5): Super Location mit Kaffee und Shop im Basement - Eine absolut tolle Location in Nairobi! Das Apartment ist groß und gemütlich. Die Betten sind sehr gut und jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Das ganze Haus ist angenehm, im ground floor ist ein kleiner Laden und ein Café wo es leckere scones und Croissants gibt sowie guten Kaffee. Die Preise sind entsprechend etwas upscale. Wir haben uns dennoch jeden Morgen etwas gegönnt! Ein Einkaufcenter ist in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Darin gibt es alles vom Safaricom Shop, Banken mit ATM bis zum großen Supermarkt. Es wäre toll gewesen die Basics in der Küche zu haben (Salz, Öl, Kaffee).

Good communication with the owner, always responsive via wapp. The bed was not comfortable. Too hard mattress, having back pain after first night. Definately a safe was missing. The owner said he plans to install one.I highly recommend not to book before it is intalled. Very unfriendly housekeeping. Not coming fir cleaning on time, not very reliable. Not enough towels, small handtowels were missing. Bedsheets and towels were hanging at the balcony when we arrived.

La position de l'appartement fait tel qu'il ne recoit pas les rayons de soleil donc est constament froid en hiver. Perfect location, great building with nice staff, amazing pool and sauna (+other things), a coffee shop, a convenience store and a good restaurant. The neighbourhood is cool to hang out in. The property manager were really easy to communicate with and very accomodating. I totally recommend!

That means bass shaking the room and doors from 10pm til 7am in the morning !!! Told the responsible and asked for a refund or at least our two wasted nights , in another more quiet location which was flat out refused !! You will get NO SLEEP !!

• Gemma (8/5): Good apartments in Westlands. - Nice apartments, lots of room and facilities for cleaning and cooking. Easy check in, how’s communicated well. We didn’t use the pool or mini bar but had a look and they’re good for relaxing after your safari or sight seeing. Good location about ten minutes walk to Westgate Shopping mall and the Movenpick next door for the rotating restaurant. There’s a mini supper market on site as well as a cafe/bar and chocolate shop. Good security as well.

• Shirley (8/5): Good stay - Clean Safe Gym Rooftop pool Owner/manager were very prompt with our calls and texts Attentive and helpful building staff Good location (within 5 min walk to market, mall, Safaricom for SIM card) NEED IMPROVEMENT: Tell clients that the flat is located in the Skynest Residences by City Blue building. Our taxi driver and safari tour operator had a hard time finding the place. Our taxi was turned away at the gate and spent additional 20 minutes looking for the place. We had to call the owner/manager to provide guidance. The security did not know anything about Skynest Residences by Lisa’s Paradise. No hot water upon arrival after flying 19 hours, 4 hours stopover, 1.5 hours at passport control, and 1 hour of taxi driving, we just wanted to shower and sleep at 5 am. There was no hot water and my husband ended up taking a cold shower. The hot water has to be manually turned on to heat the water. We messaged the owner ahead to let them know of our flight arrival at 2 am. We paid one extra day of rent to be able to check in early. Knowing this, hot water should have been turned on. Provide more than three towels for our family of 3. We had to ask for more towels for the pool. Provide more than three small rolls of toilet paper for our family of three who are staying for 7 days. Have proper hand washing soap. Our bottle was almost empty. Instead of providing a new bottle, water was added to the bottle so we had to use watered down hand soap. It ran out after 3 days and was finally provided a new bottle after asking for refill. We stayed 7 days and had one clean up after 4 days. Clean up did not provide fresh linen or towels.
