• NATHAN (1/5): Epic failure at its best… - Leaving the property. Cleaning standards were poor, blood stains, pubic hairs, questionable white stains, bed bugs.

• Linda (4/5): Mooie locatie vreselijke service - Wat ons beviel was de locatie, that’s it. De service is uitermate slecht. Bij het inchecken ging het al mis en had ik al een slecht voorgevoel, en dit klopte helaas ook. 2,5 voor inchecktijd al contact gehad via de app; zij wilde weten wanneer wij aankwamen zodat de kamer op tijd klaar zou zijn. Dat klonk nog positief. Ik zei dat ik wat vroeger zou zijn en wel zou wachten. Voor mij een stel een half uur te vroeg voor inchecktijd, werden meteen naar de kamer gebracht. Om 14:00 was de inchecktijd en toen moest onze kamer nog schoongemaakt worden(?) Uiteindelijk 20 min moeten wachten ná inchecktijd… Word je niets aangeboden, koffers word je niet meegeholpen. Kamer wordt niet schoongemaakt, word je ook niet gevraagd of je dit wil. Handdoeken moesten wij zelf vragen, komt niemand verschonen. Water hebben wij niet bijgevuld gekregen wat wel de bedoeling zou zijn. Wc papier idem. Als je wat nodig hebt moet je alles vragen en duurt lang voordat je een antwoord of dienst krijgt. Lijkt niet alsof ze er überhaupt zin in hebben daar te werken. Zijn ook al heel vroeg weg in de middag, geen aanspreek punt meer. Men kan geen Engels, dus communiceren is een ramp. Afspraken worden niet nagekomen; zo hadden wij twee maal geen ontbijt waar wel voor betaald is. ‘ smorgens vroeg contact via de app over het ontbijt, na 1,5 nog geen ontbijt. Onze chauffeur kwam dus wij moesten zonder ontbijt vertrekken, wat toevallig net aankwam (wij denken dat zij dit bestellen). Diezelfde middag terug, om er zeker van te zijn dat wij de volgende dag ontbijt zouden krijgen (en op tijd). Duidelijk vermeld wanneer wij zouden uitchecken ivm onze volgende stop. Ging wederom niet goed. Zeggen overal ja op maar snappen er niks van. Trokken ook nog in twijfel of wij wel echt dit een dag van te voren doorgegeven hadden. Er werd herhaaldelijk gevraagd “bij wie dan?” Mijn vriend heeft drie keer het kantoortje benaderd die ochtend en zelfs de persoon aangewezen. Geen refund, geen communicatie, geen excuses. Als je twijfelt, niet doen!

• Tom (8/5): Great value, location and staff. - It was quiet, great location and a nice room with outdoor shower. I don’t use a tub but looked nice. I would and am staying longer. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
• Valentine (10/5): Great experience, lovely service - beautiful area, we saw one of the most beautiful sunsets from our bedroom. the bathroom was spacious and open air, big bathtub, i love it. They also offered us pool tray breakfast, lovely for the internet point! umm, that we didn't stay longer

• Valentine (10/5): great view of rice field - Great location, not really in the center of Ubud which is great, not so crowded and it helped us to relax more. At night we did see some fireflies! it was magical. We had breakfast while we swam in the pool and the staff provided us with floating tray, very fun. the bath tub was under the shade of this tree, lovely, and we can see the stars while soaking. recommended that our stay was too short, we were there for 2 nights only

• Ariel (2/5): Not enjoyable - The pool was ok. Small but good to cool down in. The bathroom was pretty. But… Looks beautiful in pictures but is actually not that clean. The tub was dirty, the bedsheets had stains. Ants and spiders were in the bed. The roof has holes in it so a gecko got in a night making noise. A mouse also got in through a crack in the door! I saw it in the morning as it scurried out. The breakfast is very limited 3 options. And The property is out from center (15 mins) and not safe to walk at night *too dark. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights but I checked out a day early.
