Guest Reviews
- Anthea (1/5): Very very disappointing - Location Cold and damp. Mice (eat our Christmas food)
- Stuart (10/5): Comfortable and great location. - Great location and the owner made a beach car parking pass available.
- Vicki (10/5): Great we’ve been three years running now. Thanks - Beautiful views, and the owners are so lovely and helpful. N/A
- Mark (7/5): Good -
- Grant (4/5): Of all the Air BnBs I’ve stayed at this was the only one without a welcome pack. - Location Dog hair everywhere. A welcome pack with coffee and tea would have been a nice touch.
- Susan (7/5): All we needed for a holiday with the dogs - Location and view Construction noise at 8am every morning.
- Sonja (10/5): Great little venue for rest and relaxation - Location, everything really N/A
- Chris (8/5): Very good -
- Karen (7/5): Great location with comfortable beds and sofas - The beds and sofas were comfy, kids were happy with the large TV which was easy to work.
The coffee, wine and chocolates were a wonderful and very much appreciated after a long drive.
The garage was great and very useful for storing our bikes.
Great location for Putsborough beach and the car parking ticket came in very handy. When we arrived the bedding on all 3 beds was damp.
The floor had been swept before we arrived however there was a ton of sand, dust and rubbish under the coffee table.
The sink was full of food bits when we arrived.
The door to the toilet does not close (an inch gap). Luckily we are a family and didn't mind this.
The clothes line in the garden was rusted and in bits but there is an airer.
The gas BBQ which is included in the booking was filthy and so we didn't use it.
The front door grinds on the floor and is difficult to open and close.
The house was overpriced given the state of the building. We usually stay at a nearby cottage which is £300 cheaper and in a much better condition. However the location of this property was excellent.
- Janine (9/5): Superb -
- Emma (7/5): Very nice cottage set up well with a nice view - Its a nice cottage with a distant view of the sea and lovely sofas and sun loungers. The kitchen is kitted out ok and the beds are comfortable. The coffee machine was divine as were the much appreciated coffee pods. The cottage came with a car park pass to the very expensive Putsborough Beach car park. We were thrilled by this and used it every day. We would have appreciated a few tea bags and a pint of milk on arrival as we drove 6 hours to get there from Kent! Little things! The dishwasher didn't have salt or rinse aid so the cutlery came out more dirty than it went in.
- Steph (8/5): Very good -
